The invention relates to a bending feeding device and a bending center using the same, wherein the bending feeding device comprises a first travelling mechanism, and the first travelling mechanism comprises two groups of first screw rod transmission mechanisms which are arranged in parallel and a base fixed at the movable end of the first screw rod transmission mechanisms; the U-shaped frame is fixed on the base and parallel to the first screw rod transmission mechanism, and an opening of the U-shaped frame points to one end of the screw rod transmission mechanism; the pressing mechanism is arranged in the opening, the rotating mechanism comprises a driving end and a driven end, the driving end is fixed on a cantilever on one side in the opening, the driven end is fixed on the end portion of the pressing mechanism, a material supporting surface of the driving end is opposite to a material pressing surface of the driven end in parallel, and the material supporting surface can rotate around an axis. The bending feeding device can bend the edge of the plate at any angle while realizing continuous feeding and bending, enlarges the application range of the bendable shape, and is particularly suitable for bending the flanging of all the circumferences of various covering pieces.
