Abstract

本发明涉及消防产品技术领域,特指一种灭火毯,包括灭火毯本体,灭火毯本体包括由钢丝及包覆于钢丝外部的被覆线层配合构成的丝线,灭火毯本体由丝线经纺织而成,灭火毯本体的外表面涂覆有防火胶。本发明与现有玻璃纤维制得的灭火毯相比,采用由钢丝和被覆线层作为基材纺织成丝线,将丝线进一步纺织成灭火毯本体,并在灭火毯本体的外表面涂覆防火胶,由于钢丝在受热时不易变形损坏,使得可以重复使用,能够满足复杂环境的灭火需求,可有效降低使用成本。

一种灭火毯及其生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及消防产品技术领域,特指一种灭火毯及其生产工艺。
背景技术
灭火毯一种无破坏性的灭火工具,具备了优于其他灭火工具的特点,简便实用,特别是对扑灭小型火灾特别有效。目前,在很多国家或地区,灭火毯已经相当普及,是配备于家庭、商店、饭店、宾馆、娱乐场所、商场、办公楼、医院、加油站、仓库、汽车、船舶、飞机、企业、民用建筑物等场所的消防初始灭火工具。
国内针对灭火毯产品也制定有相应国家标准(GA1205-2014)。目前,国内灭火毯的制造方法,一般是直接将玻璃纤维丝纺织成布匹,然后再在布匹外表面刷涂防火材料。上述方法制得的灭火毯,由于使用的材料为纺织物,在受热后会发生变形,因此不可重复使用,使用成本较高,且通常只能用于扑灭初起小面积火,如扑灭烹饪器具内的烹饪物的着火(即F类火),导致功能单一,无法满足各类复杂环境的使用需求。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供了一种灭火毯及其生产工艺,该灭火毯可重复使用,能够满足复杂环境的灭火需求,可有效降低使用成本。
为了实现上述目的,本发明应用的技术方案如下:
一种灭火毯,包括灭火毯本体,灭火毯本体包括由钢丝及包覆于钢丝外部的被覆线层配合构成的丝线,灭火毯本体由丝线经纺织而成,灭火毯本体的外表面涂覆有防火胶。
根据上述方案,所述被覆线层沿钢丝的轴向均匀且紧密地绕设于钢丝的外部。
根据上述方案,所述被覆线层采用的材料为芳纶纤维。
根据上述方案,所述被覆线层采用的材料为玻璃纤维。
根据上述方案,所述被覆线层采用的材料为棉纤维。
根据上述方案,所述被覆线层采用的材料为尼龙纤维。
根据上述方案,所述防火胶为硅钛胶。
一种灭火毯的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤1)、选用适宜生产的钢丝和被覆线层,并通过纺织设备A将被覆线层沿钢丝的轴向均匀绕卷在钢丝的外部,从而制得丝线;
步骤2)、通过纺织设备B将制得的所述丝线纺织成布匹;
步骤3)、对所述布匹进行裁切,制成所述灭火毯本体;
步骤4)、对所述灭火毯本体的外表面喷涂防火胶,制得所述灭火毯。
本发明有益效果:
本发明与现有玻璃纤维制得的灭火毯相比,采用由钢丝和被覆线层作为基材纺织成丝线,将丝线进一步纺织成灭火毯本体,并在灭火毯本体的外表面涂覆防火胶,由于钢丝在受热时不易变形损坏,使得可以重复使用,能够满足复杂环境的灭火需求,可有效降低使用成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明的技术方案进行说明。
实施例一:
如图1和图2所示,本发明所述一种灭火毯,包括灭火毯本体,灭火毯本体包括由钢丝1及包覆于钢丝外部的被覆线层2配合构成的丝线,灭火毯本体由丝线经纺织而成,灭火毯本体的外表面涂覆有防火胶3。以上构成本发明基本结构。
本发明采用这样的结构设置,与现有玻璃纤维制得的灭火毯相比,采用由钢丝1和被覆线层2作为基材纺织成丝线,将丝线进一步纺织成灭火毯本体,并在灭火毯本体的外表面涂覆防火胶3,由于钢丝1在受热时不易变形损坏,使得可以重复使用,能够满足复杂环境的灭火需求,可有效降低使用成本。
在本实施一中,所述被覆线层2沿钢丝1的轴向均匀且紧密地绕设于钢丝1的外部。采用这样的结构设置,其制作方便,成本低。
在本实施一中,所述被覆线层2采用的材料为芳纶纤维。采用这样的结构设置,芳纶纤维具有较高的柔韧性、阻燃性及耐热性,与钢丝1配合使用,防火防爆效果更好。
在本实施一中,所述防火胶3为硅钛胶。
一种灭火毯的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤1)、选用适宜生产的钢丝1和被覆线层2,并通过纺织设备A将被覆线层2沿钢丝1的轴向均匀绕卷在钢丝1的外部,从而制得丝线;
步骤2)、通过纺织设备B将制得的丝线纺织成布匹4;
步骤3)、对布匹4进行裁切,制成灭火毯本体;
步骤4)、对灭火毯本体的外表面喷涂防火胶3,制得所述灭火毯5。
本发明所述的一种灭火毯的生产工艺,其制作非常简单,成本低。
实施例二:
在本实施二中,所述被覆线层2采用的材料为玻璃纤维。采用这样的结构设置,其制作成本低。
本实施例二与实施例一的不同之处在于所述被覆线层2的材料不同,其余均与实施例一相同,不作重复描述。
实施例三:
在本实施三中,所述被覆线层2采用的材料为棉纤维。采用这样的结构设置,其制作成本低。

实施例四:

1.一种灭火毯,其特征在于:包括灭火毯本体,所述灭火毯本体包括由钢丝(1)及包覆于钢丝外部的被覆线层(2)配合构成的丝线,所述灭火毯本体由所述丝线经纺织而成,所述灭火毯本体的外表面涂覆有防火胶(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种灭火毯,其特征在于:所述被覆线层(2)沿所述钢丝(1)的轴向均匀且紧密地绕设于所述钢丝(1)的外部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种灭火毯,其特征在于:所述被覆线层(2)采用的材料为芳纶纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种灭火毯,其特征在于:所述被覆线层(2)采用的材料为玻璃纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种灭火毯,其特征在于:所述被覆线层(2)采用的材料为棉纤维。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种灭火毯,其特征在于:所述被覆线层(2)采用的材料为尼龙纤维。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种灭火毯,其特征在于:所述防火胶(3)为硅钛胶。
8.一种灭火毯的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1)、选用适宜生产的钢丝(1)和被覆线层(2),并通过纺织设备A将被覆线层(2)沿钢丝(1)的轴向均匀绕卷在钢丝(1)的外部,从而制得丝线;
步骤2)、通过纺织设备B将制得的所述丝线纺织成布匹(4);
步骤3)、对所述布匹(4)进行裁切,制成所述灭火毯本体;
步骤4)、对所述灭火毯本体的外表面喷涂防火胶(3),制得所述灭火毯(5)。
