In fig. 3-5, the clamping device comprises an upper clamping block 14 and a lower clamping block 15, the upper clamping block 14 is positioned in the placing groove 4 of the upper frame plate 2, the lower clamping block 15 is positioned in the placing groove 4 of the lower frame plate 3, the upper clamping block 14 and the lower clamping block 15 are correspondingly arranged, the surfaces of the upper clamping block 14 and the lower clamping block 15 are respectively provided with a first through groove 16, the side edges of the upper frame plate 2 and the lower frame plate 3 are respectively provided with a second through groove 17, the first through grooves 16 are respectively corresponding to the second through grooves 17, the upper clamping block 14 is correspondingly connected with the upper frame plate 2 by utilizing a limiting frame 18, the lower clamping block 15 is correspondingly connected with the lower frame plate 3 by utilizing a limiting frame 18, the limiting frame 18 penetrates through the first through grooves 16 and the second through grooves 17, and one end of the limiting frame 18 is spirally sleeved with a second nut 19. The second screw cap 19 is unscrewed, the upper clamping blocks 14 on the inner side of the upper frame plate 2 are enabled to move downwards in the second through grooves 17 of the upper frame plate 2 under the influence of self weight, when the lower clamping blocks 15 in the lower frame plate 3 are lifted, the two end parts of the limiting blocks 18 of the lower frame plate 3 are lifted, at the moment, the limiting blocks 18 drive the lower clamping blocks 15 to move upwards on the inner side of the placing grooves 4 of the lower frame plate 3, the second screw cap 19 is screwed, the spiral effect of the second screw cap 19 and the limiting blocks 18 is utilized to further limit the positions of the upper clamping blocks 14 and the lower clamping blocks 15, the relative distance between the two upper clamping blocks 14 and the lower clamping blocks 15 can be adjusted according to the actual sizes of the upper clamping blocks 14 and the lower clamping blocks 15, and the upper clamping blocks 14 and the lower clamping blocks 15 with different shapes can be conveniently installed in the whole box body 1, and the upper clamping blocks 14 and the lower clamping blocks 15 with proper shapes can be selected according to the length of needles.
In fig. 1, 2 and 5, the bottom surface of the upper clamping block 14 and the top surface of the lower clamping block 15 are respectively provided with a plurality of parallel grooves 20 which are equidistantly arranged, the lengths of the grooves 20 are smaller than those of the upper clamping block 14, the profile of the grooves 20 is in a semi-annular structure, and the grooves 20 of the upper clamping block 14 and the grooves 20 of the lower clamping block 15 are correspondingly arranged into a cylindrical groove. After the grooves 20 of the upper clamping block 14 and the lower clamping block 15 correspond, the pin is placed by the cylindrical groove, meanwhile, the tail of the pin is clamped by the two raised strips 27, the pin can be prevented from shaking in the cylindrical groove by the clamping effect of the two raised strips 27, and the bending of the head of the pin caused by the pin is avoided.
In fig. 1-5, slots 21 are respectively provided on the front sides of the upper clamping block 14 and the lower clamping block 15, the slots 21 are in one-to-one correspondence with the grooves 20, the diameter of the grooves 20 is equal to that of the slots 21, third through grooves 22 are respectively provided on the sides of the upper clamping block 14 and the lower clamping block 15, and the bottoms of the grooves 20 are communicated with the slots 21 through the third through grooves 22. Holding the tail of the needle, enabling the head of the needle to correspond to the slots 21 of the upper clamping block 14 and the lower clamping block 15, inserting the head of the needle into the slots 21 until the tail of the needle is positioned outside the slots 21, and the tail of the needle is larger than the aperture of the slots 21, at the moment, arranging the tail of the needle in the clamping ring 26, sequentially inserting a plurality of needles into the slots 21 of the upper clamping block 14 and the lower clamping block 15, unscrewing the second screw cap 19, moving the upper clamping block 14 and the lower clamping block 15 through the limiting frame 18, enabling the slots 21 of the upper clamping block 14 and the lower clamping block 15 to correspond to the inner side walls of the placing grooves 4, screwing the second screw cap 19, facilitating the placement of the unused needles by the upper clamping block 14 and the lower clamping block 15, and further improving the internal stability of the unused needles in the slots 21 by utilizing the matching of the upper clamping frame 23 and the lower clamping frame 24.
In fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 5, the upper clamping block 14 is inserted with an upper clamping frame 23 through a third through groove 22, the lower clamping block 15 is inserted with a lower clamping frame 24 through the third through groove 22, the upper clamping frame 23 and the lower clamping frame 24 are correspondingly arranged, a plurality of movable grooves 25 are respectively arranged in the upper clamping block 14 and the lower clamping block 15, the movable grooves 25 are in one-to-one correspondence with the slots 21, a clamping ring 26 is arranged in the movable grooves 25, the outer side surfaces of the upper clamping frame 23 and the lower clamping frame 24 are fixedly connected with the clamping ring 26, and the clamping ring 26 is fixedly connected with the outer side ends of the movable grooves 25 by elastic members. The inner side surfaces of the upper clamping frame 23 and the lower clamping frame 24 are respectively provided with a plurality of raised strips 27, the top ends of the raised strips 27 penetrate through the bottom surface of the groove 20, the raised strips 27 are in one-to-one correspondence with the groove 20, annular grooves are formed in the surfaces of the raised strips 27, the annular grooves coincide with the circle centers of the groove 20, and the top ends of the raised strips 27 are higher than the horizontal plane where the groove 20 is located. In fig. 2, two sides of the upper frame plate 2 and the lower frame plate 3 are further provided with second sliding grooves 28, the top end and the bottom end of the limiting rod 8 respectively penetrate through the second sliding grooves 28 on the surfaces of the upper frame plate 2 and the lower frame plate 3, the top end and the bottom end of the limiting rod 8 are respectively and fixedly connected with the top surface and the bottom surface of the inner side of the box body 1, and the limiting rod 8 is positioned in the middle of the box body 1; the outer side end of the second sliding groove 28 is positioned in the middle of the first sliding groove 5, the inner side end of the first sliding groove 5 and the inner side end of the second sliding groove 28 correspond to each other, and the second sliding groove 28 is positioned between the first sliding groove 5 and the placing groove 4. When the needle is needed to be used, the first nut 7 is screwed, the elastic force of the first spring 9, the second spring 10 and the elastic piece is rebound, at this time, the upper clamping block 14 and the lower clamping block 15 are separated, the convex strip 27 on the inner side of the lower clamping frame 24 of the lower clamping block 15 enables the tail of the common needle to be lifted, the lower frame plate 3 can be directly pulled out from the box body 1, at this time, the lower frame plate 3 slides at the bottom of the movable rod 6 and the bottom of the limiting rod 8 respectively by utilizing the first sliding groove 5 and the second sliding groove 28 until the limiting rod 8 is positioned at the inner side end of the second sliding groove 28, and the lower clamping frame 24 of the lower clamping block 15 moves out of the box body 1, so that the common needle can be conveniently taken out from the groove 20. The upper and/or lower shelves 2, 3 are withdrawn and different types of needles may be used as desired.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
referring to fig. 1-5 of the specification, when the whole acupuncture box is used for placing needles, cover plates at openings at two ends of the box body 1 are taken down, the upper frame plate 2 and the lower frame plate 3 need to be pulled out from the inside of the box body 1, at this time, the upper frame plate 2 slides at the top of the movable rod 6 and the top of the limiting rod 8 respectively through the first sliding groove 5 and the second sliding groove 28, the lower frame plate 3 also slides at the bottom of the movable rod 6 and the bottom of the limiting rod 8 respectively through the first sliding groove 5 and the second sliding groove 28, and relatively, the limiting rod 8 gradually moves to the inner side end of the second sliding groove 28, at this time, the upper frame plate 2 and the lower frame plate 3 cannot be pulled continuously, and the upper clamping block 14 and the lower clamping block 15 can be placed respectively according to the actual sizes of the placing grooves 4.
