Wherein, limiting plate 22 is constructed to annular structure, and a plurality of inserted bars can be fixed on limiting plate 22 through threaded connection spare.
As shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments of the application, the hold-down assembly 30 includes: mount 31, slider 32 and connector 33. The mounting seat 31 is provided on a surface of the cleaning portion 10 on a side facing away from the cleaning surface 10a, and the mounting seat 31 is located on a circumferential outer side of the connection seat 12; the slider 32 is slidably disposed on the mounting base 31, and the slider 32 can slide in a direction away from the connection base 12 when the cleaning portion 10 rotates; one end of the link 33 is connected to the slider 32, the other end of the link 33 is connected to the drive assembly 20 and slidably engages the connector base 12, and the link 33 can apply a downward driving force to the connector base 12 as the slider 32 slides away from the connector base 12. The slider 32 may slide along a straight line or may slide along a curved line.
Specifically, the mounting seat 31 is used for mounting a slider 32, and the slider 32 can slide on the mounting seat 31. When the cleaning part 10 rotates, the slider 32 can slide to the side far away from the connecting seat 12 and drive the connecting piece 33 to move. Since both ends of the connection member 33 are respectively connected with the slider 32 and the driving assembly 20 and slidably engaged with the connection base 12, the connection member 33 slides with respect to the connection base 12 and applies driving force to the connection base 12 to drive the connection base 12 to move downward in the process that the slider 32 pulls the connection member 33.
In connection with fig. 1 and 4, it should be noted that, during the sliding fit of the connecting member 33 with the connecting base 12, the connecting member 33 contacts with the connecting base 12, and when the connecting member 33 moves along with the slider 32 to a side away from the connecting base 12, the driving force applied by the connecting member 33 to the connecting base 12 includes a component force of downward movement, so as to drive the connecting base 12 to move downward relative to the driving assembly 20.
In a further embodiment of the present application, the mounting seat 31 includes: the sliding block 32 is sleeved on the guide rail 311, and the limiting part 312 is arranged at the end part of the guide rail 311 and used for limiting the sliding range of the sliding block 32 on the guide rail 311. The slider 32 is slidable along the extending direction of the guide rail 311, and the stopper 312 has a restriction on the slider 32.
Referring to fig. 1, there are two limiting portions 312, the two limiting portions 312 are respectively disposed at two ends of the guide rail 311, and the slider 32 can slide between the two limiting portions 312. When the slider 32 abuts against the stopper 312, the slider 32 cannot further slide relative to the rail 311. The limiting portion 312 includes a first limiting portion 3121 and a second limiting portion 3122, the first limiting portion 3121 is disposed between the slider 32 and the connection seat 12, and the second limiting portion 3122 is disposed on a side of the slider 32 away from the connection seat 12.
In some embodiments of the present application, the driving manner of the slider 32 may include driving by a driving device and centrifugal force driving, the driving device being connected to the slider 32 and used for driving the slider 32 to slide, so as to pull the connecting member 33 through the slider 32, thereby realizing adjustment of the position of the cleaning part 10; when the cleaning portion 10 is rotated by centrifugal force, the slider 32 has a movement tendency to move toward a side away from the connection base 12, i.e., the slider 32 can perform centrifugal movement.
In a specific embodiment of the present application, the sliding direction of the slider 32 is the radial direction of the rotation axis, and the extending direction of the guide rail 311 is parallel to the radial direction of the rotation axis. Since the mounting base 31 is disposed on the cleaning part body 11, when the cleaning part 10 rotates, the slider 32 will slide to a side far away from the connecting base 12 under the action of centrifugal force, and during the sliding process of the slider 32, the slider 32 will pull the connecting piece 33, and the connecting piece 33 can apply driving force to the connecting base 12 at this time to drive the connecting base 12 to move downward relative to the driving component 20.
Wherein the centrifugal force is related to the mass of the slider 32, the rotational angular velocity of the cleaning portion 10, and the distance between the slider 32 and the rotational axis. During the rotation of the cleaning part 10, when the rotational angular velocity of the cleaning part 10 and the mass of the slider 32 are constant, the slider 32 moves away from the connecting seat 12 under the action of the centrifugal force, and at this time, the centrifugal force of the slider 32 gradually increases to drive the cleaning part 10 to move downward relative to the driving assembly 20. It will be appreciated that the centrifugal force experienced by the slider 32 may also be adjusted by adjusting the rotational angular velocity of the cleaning portion 10 when adjusting the position of the cleaning portion 10 relative to the drive assembly 20.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, in some embodiments of the present application, the upper surface of the connection seat 12 is provided with a via hole 12a, and the other end of the connection member 33 is disposed through the via hole 12a and connected to the driving assembly 20. The two ends of the connecting piece 33 are respectively connected with the driving assembly 20 and the sliding block 32, when the sliding block 32 slides to the side far away from the connecting seat 12, the sliding block 32 pulls the connecting piece 33, and at this time, the connecting piece 33 can apply driving force to the connecting seat 12 and slide relative to the through hole 12 a.
As shown in fig. 4, in a further embodiment of the present application, an arc surface is formed in the circumferential direction of the via hole 12a, and the connection member 33 abuts against the arc surface, so that the arc surface can reduce the sliding resistance between the connection member 33 and the connection seat 12, prevent the connection member 33 from being damaged in the sliding process, and prolong the service life of the connection member 33.
As shown in fig. 4, in some embodiments of the present application, the first limiting portion 3121 is provided with a through hole, and an end of the connection member 33 is penetrated through the through hole and connected to the slider 32.
In some alternative embodiments of the application, the connector 33 is a flexible member. It will be appreciated that the connector 33 is required to slidably engage the connector holder 12, and that during the sliding engagement, the connector 33 will deform, so that the connector 33 is configured as a flexible member to enhance the deformability of the connector 33 and increase the service life of the connector 33. The material of the flexible member may be synthetic fiber, natural fiber, ductile metal, etc., such as: nylon, steel wire, copper wire, etc., whereby the strength of the connection member 33 can be ensured, preventing the connection member 33 from being broken. The flexible member may also be a member having a certain elastic property, and when the slider 32 moves away from the connecting seat 12 under the action of centrifugal force, the slider 32 may stretch the flexible member, so that the slidable range of the slider 32 may be further increased, and simultaneously, the pushing driving force of the flexible member is ensured.
Referring to fig. 7, in some embodiments of the present application, one end of the connection member 33 is connected to the slider 32, and the other end of the connection member 33 is connected to the limiting plate 22. When the slider 32 pulls the connecting piece 33 to move to the side far away from the connecting seat 12, the connecting piece 33 can apply a downward driving force to the connecting seat 12, at this time, the distance between the limiting plate 22 and the through hole 12a gradually decreases, and the cleaning part 10 moves downward relative to the driving assembly 20.
As shown in fig. 8 and 11, in some embodiments of the application, the cleaning portion 10 further comprises a flange 13, the flange 13 being provided on the cleaning portion body 11, and the flange 13 extending from the edge of the cleaning portion body 11 to a side facing away from the cleaning face 10 a.
Referring to fig. 8 and 11, the flange 13 is disposed around the cleaning part body 11, and the flange 13 and the cleaning part body 11 together define an accommodating space for arranging the driving assembly 20 and the pressing assembly 30, and the flange 13 can play a good shielding role on the components disposed on the cleaning part body 11 to avoid the exposure of the components, and can also promote the appearance of the cleaning assembly 100.
In a further embodiment of the application, the cleaning assembly further comprises: the first magnetic component (not shown in the figure) includes a first magnetic member disposed on a mating surface 32a of the slider 32 opposite to the flange 13, and a second magnetic member disposed on an inner wall surface 13a of the flange 13, and attractive force is provided between the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member.
Referring to fig. 8 and 11, when the cleaning assembly 100 is rotated rapidly, the slider 32 slides to the flange 13 side by centrifugal force, the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member are respectively disposed on the slider 32 and the flange 13, and when the slider 32 approaches to the flange 13 side, the attraction force between the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member is gradually increased; when the slider 32 moves to the side away from the flange 13, the attraction force between the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member gradually decreases.
It will be appreciated that the slider 32 moves towards the flange 13 under the action of centrifugal force, the magnitude of which is related to the mass of the slider 32, the radius of the circular motion of the slider 32 and the angular rotation speed, and in order to ensure the depressing effect of the cleaning portion 10 in the cleaning assembly 100, it is necessary to keep the cleaning portion 10 rotating at a high rotational speed so that the slider has sufficient centrifugal force at a corresponding position, and keeping the cleaning portion 10 rotating at a high rotational speed for a long time will result in a larger load of the driving assembly 20 and more energy (e.g. electric energy) is consumed.
Specifically, in the present application, as the slider 32 slides toward the flange 13 side, the attraction force between the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member gradually increases, and the attraction force is the same as the direction of the centrifugal force. Thus, when the slider 32 needs to be kept at the corresponding position, the cleaning portion 10 can be driven to rotate at a high speed to make the slider 32 approach to the flange 13 side, and then the rotation speed of the cleaning portion 10 is gradually reduced, at this time, the attraction force between the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member can be equivalent to a part of centrifugal force, so that the slider 32 can be kept at the corresponding position. That is, the cleaning portion 10 can ensure the pressing effect of the pressing assembly 30 even without maintaining a high rotation speed, and the cleaning portion 10 is driven to a preset cleaning height.
As shown in fig. 8 and 11, in some embodiments of the present application, the shape of the mating surface 32a is adapted to the shape of the inner wall surface 13a of the flange 13, so that when the slider 32 abuts against the flange 13, the mating surface 32a is in fit with the inner wall surface 13a, so as to further ensure the adsorption mating effect of the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member. The "shape matching of the mating surface 32a and the flange 13" means that the mating surface 32a and the inner wall surface 13a have the same shape and size, when the slider 32 moves to the side of the flange 13, the slider can be abutted against the flange 13, at this time, the mating surface 32a is attached to the inner wall surface 13a, the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element are close in distance, and the magnetic attraction effect is good. Meanwhile, the contact area between the sliding block 32 and the flange 13 can be reasonably increased, damage caused by overlarge local stress of the flange 13 is avoided, and the reliability of the pressing process of the cleaning assembly 100 is improved.
Referring to fig. 8 and 11, in some embodiments of the present application, the cleaning portion body 11 is configured in a disc shape, the flange 13 is disposed at an edge of the cleaning portion body 11 and is configured in a circular ring shape, at this time, an inner wall surface 13a of the flange 13 is configured in an arc surface, and accordingly, a surface (i.e., a mating surface 32 a) of the slider 32 disposed opposite to the inner wall surface 13a is configured in an arc surface, and an extending direction of the arc surface is the same as an extending direction of the flange 13, and extends in a circumferential direction of the cleaning portion body 11, so that a contact area when the slider 32 is in stop-fit with the flange 13 can be ensured, and a force applied to the flange 13 is uniform.
As shown in fig. 8, in some embodiments of the present application, the mounting seat 31 includes a guide rail 311 and a limiting portion 312, one end of the guide rail 311 is connected to the inner wall surface 13a of the flange 13, the limiting portion 312 is disposed at the other end of the guide rail 311, and the flange 13 and the limiting portion 312 have a limiting effect on the sliding range of the slider 32, that is, the slider 32 can only slide between the flange 13 and the limiting portion 312.
As shown in fig. 15, in some embodiments of the present application, the cleaning assembly 100 further includes an upper cover 14 facing the cleaning portion 10 and covering the cleaning portion 10. The upper cover 14 can well shield the components (such as the driving component 20 and the pressing component 30), prevent the components from being exposed, and improve the reliability of the cleaning component 100.
As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments of the present application, the plurality of the pressing assemblies 30 are arranged at regular intervals on the outer side of the connection base 12 in the circumferential direction, so that the stability of driving the cleaning part 10 to move downward can be improved.
Referring to fig. 1, the through holes 12a and the slots on the connection base 12 are spaced apart in the circumferential direction of the rotation axis, so that interference between the connection member 33 and the insert rod and the slots can be prevented. Specifically, when the number of the insert pins and the slots is four and the number of the push-down assemblies 30 is also four, the through holes 12a and the slots are staggered one by one and arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the rotation axis.
The cleaning assembly 100 of the present application is applied to a first cleaning robot, which is used for cleaning the floor, and when the cleaning assembly 100 performs a cleaning action, the cleaning surface 10a is attached to the floor, so as to ensure the cleaning effect on the floor.
It should be further noted that the first cleaning robot is provided with a vision sensor for detecting an obstacle of the first cleaning robot on the traveling path, so that the first cleaning robot avoids the obstacle. When the first cleaning robot determines that the cleaning part 10 can be lifted up to cross the obstacle, the rotation speed of the driving assembly 20 for driving the cleaning part 10 can be reduced so as to lift the cleaning part 10, thereby facilitating the first cleaning robot to cross over the obstacle and ensuring that the cleaning part can smoothly cross over the obstacle; when the first cleaning robot determines that the obstacle cannot be passed over (the obstacle cannot be passed over even if the cleaning portion 10 is lifted up), the traveling direction of the first cleaning robot can be adjusted so that the first cleaning robot can avoid the obstacle. The functions of active obstacle crossing and active obstacle avoidance can be realized through the vision sensor, but the situation that the vision sensor does not detect the obstacle due to lower obstacle and the like still exists.
The operation of the cleaning assembly 100 to clean a floor surface according to an embodiment of the present application is described with reference to fig. 1-6:
referring to fig. 1, the cleaning assembly 100 is in an initial state in which the driving assembly 20 does not drive the cleaning part 10 to rotate and the pressing assembly 30 does not apply a driving force to the cleaning part 10.
When the driving unit 20 drives the cleaning unit 10 to rotate, the pressing unit 30 rotates synchronously with the driving unit, and the slider 32 slides along the guide rail 311 toward a side away from the connection base 12 under the centrifugal force, and the connection member 33 applies a driving force to the connection base 12 for downward movement (toward the cleaning surface side), so that the cleaning unit 10 moves downward relative to the driving unit 20 to adjust the distance between the cleaning surface 10a and the floor.
According to the first cleaning robot of the embodiment of the present application, the first cleaning robot includes the cleaning assembly 100 described above, and the pressing assembly 30 applies a driving force for downward movement to the cleaning portion 10 during rotation of the cleaning portion 10, so as to press down the cleaning portion 10, so that the cleaning surface 10a is closely attached to the ground, and the cleaning effect of the cleaning portion 10 on the ground is improved.
In some embodiments of the present application, the first cleaning robot is provided with a plurality of cleaning assemblies 100, and the plurality of cleaning assemblies 100 are arranged at intervals in the width direction of the first cleaning robot body, so that the cleaning area of the first cleaning robot can be increased, and the cleaning efficiency can be improved.

Since the cleaning assembly 100 has a function of driving the cleaning part 10 to move downward so that the cleaning surface 10a is attached to the floor, when the amount of water in the water tank is reduced, the cooperation effect of the cleaning surface 10a and the floor can be ensured, thereby ensuring the cleaning effect of the first cleaning robot on the floor.
It should be noted that, the existing robot is provided with a water tank, and uses its own weight to make its cleaning portion attach to the ground, however, as the cleaning solution in the water tank gradually flows out and decreases, the pressure of the cleaning portion on the ground gradually decreases, and the cleaning portion cannot be guaranteed to be fully contacted with the ground, so as to affect the cleaning effect of the robot on the ground.
The cleaning assembly 100 is arranged on the first cleaning robot in the application, the cleaning assembly 100 can rotate the cleaning part 10 to clean the ground and simultaneously press the cleaning part 10 downwards through the pressing assembly 30, so that the cleaning surface 10a is attached to the ground, the cleaning effect of the cleaning part 10 on the ground is ensured, and the cleaning effect is less influenced by the change of the self weight of the first cleaning robot 100.
The cleaning assembly 100 of the present application is also applicable to a second type of cleaning robot having a cleaning surface that is non-horizontal, such as a window glass surface, a wall surface, etc., as compared to the first type of cleaning robot having a cleaning surface that is a floor surface; when the cleaning assembly 100 performs a cleaning action, the self weight of the cleaning portion 10 and the water tank disposed on the cleaning portion 10 cannot be converted into the friction force between the cleaning surface 10a and the cleaning surface, and at this time, when the cleaning portion 10 is driven to rotate by the driving assembly 20, the pressing assembly 30 rotates synchronously with the driving portion, and under the action of centrifugal force, the pressure of the cleaning surface 10a on the cleaning surface increases, so that the friction force increases, and the cleaning effect on the cleaning surface is ensured.
In a further embodiment of the present application, the second cleaning robot further includes: the second cleaning robot can still keep working state when the adsorption device (not shown) ensures that the cleaning surface is non-horizontal, so as to realize cleaning of the cleaning surface.
