With reference to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the pedal assembly includes a pedal plate 302 disposed obliquely, the bottom end of the oblique side of the pedal plate 302 is rotatably disposed on a support 301, and the support 301 is fixedly mounted on the base 300; the bottom end of the first lifting rod 400 is fixedly provided with a guide convex rod 401, the pedal plate 302 is slidably sleeved on the guide convex rod 401 through a long strip-shaped through hole 303 formed in the pedal plate 302, and when a user steps on the pedal plate 302, the first lifting rod 400 can move downwards for a certain distance under the pushing and pulling action of the guide convex rod 401 by downwards stepping on the pedal plate 302, so that the piston block 501 moves downwards in the hydraulic cylinder 500.
Referring to fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, a cover 101 is further disposed on the top of the box 100, and after the cover 101 is opened, the disinfecting liquid is conveniently replenished into the box 100; the bottom of the box 100 is further provided with a discharge port 104, and when the discharge port 104 is opened, the residual sterilizing liquid in the box 100 can be conveniently discharged.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in order to realize the rotation of the second lifting rod 700, in the embodiment of the present invention, an operating component is disposed on the box 100, a rectangular guide rod 702 is mounted on the operating component, and the rectangular guide rod 702 axially slides and extends into the second lifting rod 700, so that when the rectangular guide rod 702 is rotated by the operating component, the second lifting rod 700 can be synchronously driven to rotate, and further, according to the rotation direction of the second lifting rod 700, the height position of the piston block 501 in the fluid cylinder 500 can be adjusted, that is, the initial stroke position of the piston block 501 in the fluid cylinder 500 is adjusted, it can be understood that, due to the change of the initial position of the piston block 501 in the fluid cylinder 500, when a user steps on the foot pedal 302, the foot pedal 302 can be pressed for a longer distance, that is, the foot pedal 302 is made to be more horizontal, so that the amount of disinfectant extruded through the fluid cylinder 500 to be discharged through the liquid outlet nozzle 600 is larger.
It will be appreciated that by moving the adjustment piston block 501 up the second lifting rod 700, i.e. by moving the piston block 501 up the cylinder 500, the rectangular lifting block 800 returns to the initial position when the resilient support is in the unstressed state, and the volume of the chamber of the cylinder 500 located below the piston block 501 increases, so that the downward stroke of the foot pedal 302 can be increased when the disinfectant is taken out, so that the quantity of disinfectant squeezed out through the cylinder 500 is increased.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, the operating assembly includes a circular cylinder 703 rotatably disposed on the box 100, and the circular cylinder 703 is coaxially and fixedly connected with the rectangular guide rod 702; the circular cylinder 703 is internally provided with a rectangular sliding block 704 in a supporting and sliding manner through a third spring 705, and the rectangular sliding block 704 is fixedly connected with a handle 707 through an operating shaft 706, so that the circular cylinder 703 can be driven to rotate by operating the handle 707, that is, the rectangular guide rod 702 is driven to rotate.
Furthermore, a limit pin 708 is fixedly arranged on the handle 707, and a limit groove 709 corresponding to the limit pin 708 is formed in the box body 100, so that when the operating assembly is not used, the limit pin 708 can be embedded into the corresponding limit groove 709 under the elastic force of the third spring 705, so as to lock the operating assembly.
In the embodiment of the present invention, since the rectangular guide bar 702 is slidably inserted into the second lifting/lowering rod 700 while being locked, the operation assembly does not affect the displacement change of the second lifting/lowering rod 700 in the vertical direction.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the box 100 is supported and fixedly mounted on the base 300 by the vertical supporting plate 200.
While embodiments of the invention have been disclosed above, it is not intended to be limited to the uses set forth in the specification and examples. It can be applied to all kinds of fields suitable for the present invention. Additional modifications will readily occur to those skilled in the art. It is therefore intended that the invention not be limited to the exact details and illustrations described and illustrated herein, but fall within the scope of the appended claims and equivalents thereof.
