Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a law enforcement recorder management device according to a third embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 3, the law enforcement recorder management device according to the present embodiment includes: the power saving module includes a power saving reminding module 310, a frame determining module 320, an electric quantity obtaining module 330, and a power saving executing module 340.
The power saving reminding module 310 in the same group is used for sending power saving reminding to all the law enforcement recorders in the same group as the target law enforcement recorder if the recorded law enforcement recorders belong to the same group as the target law enforcement recorder. The image judging module 320 is configured to obtain an overlapping rate of images of the law enforcement recorder that confirms to enter the low power consumption mode and judge whether the overlapping rate of the images is greater than an overlapping rate threshold. The electric quantity obtaining module 330 is configured to obtain an electric quantity value of the corresponding law enforcement recorder and determine whether the electric quantity value is smaller than a preset electric quantity value when the overlapping rate of the pictures is greater than the overlapping rate threshold. The power saving execution module 340 is used for controlling the law enforcement recorder with the electric quantity value smaller than the preset electric quantity value to enter a low power consumption mode.
Law enforcement record appearance management device still obtains the module including the same group, and the module of obtaining specifically includes in the same group: the device comprises a position acquisition unit and a team forming control unit.
The position acquisition unit is used for acquiring the position information of all the law enforcement recorders which are shooting. The team formation information acquisition unit is used for receiving team formation information uploaded by the law enforcement recorder.
Further, the power saving execution module 340 is further configured to control the target law enforcement recorder to continue recording in a normal mode if there is no law enforcement recorder belonging to the same group as the target law enforcement recorder in the recording law enforcement recorder.
The power saving execution module 340 is further configured to control all law enforcement recorders entering the low power consumption mode to continue recording if the image overlap rate of the law enforcement recorder is less than or equal to the overlap rate threshold.
The preset electric quantity value is the maximum value in the electric quantity values of the law enforcement recorders corresponding to the overlapping rate threshold value when the overlapping rate of the pictures is larger than the overlapping rate threshold value.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the law enforcement recorder management apparatus further includes: the device comprises a timing position acquisition module and a first judgment execution module.
The timing position acquisition module is used for acquiring the position information of the law enforcement recorder entering the low power consumption mode after a first preset time interval. The first judging and executing module is used for judging whether the position information of the law enforcement recorder entering the low power consumption mode changes or not and controlling the law enforcement recorder with changed position information to recover the normal mode when the law enforcement recorder with changed position information exists in the law enforcement recorder entering the low power consumption mode.
Furthermore, the first judgment execution module is also used for controlling the currently shot law enforcement recorder to continuously record if the position information of the law enforcement recorder entering the low power consumption mode is not changed, and controlling other law enforcement recorders to continuously keep the low power consumption mode.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the law enforcement recorder management apparatus further includes: timing electric quantity acquisition module and second judgment execution module
The timing electric quantity acquisition module is used for acquiring the electric quantity value of the law enforcement recorder which does not enter the low power consumption mode in the law enforcement recorders corresponding to the overlapping rate threshold value after the interval of second preset time. The second judgment execution module is used for controlling the law enforcement recorder which enters the low power consumption mode to recover the normal mode and controlling the law enforcement recorder which does not enter the low power consumption mode to enter the low power consumption mode when the electric quantity value of the law enforcement recorder which does not enter the low power consumption mode is smaller than the current electric quantity value of the law enforcement recorder which enters the low power consumption mode.
Furthermore, the second judgment execution module is also used for controlling the law enforcement recorder which does not enter the low power consumption mode to continuously record if the electric quantity value of the law enforcement recorder which does not enter the low power consumption mode is larger than or equal to the current electric quantity value of the law enforcement recorder which enters the low power consumption mode, and controlling other law enforcement recorders to continuously keep the low power consumption mode.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, when the law enforcement recorder which belongs to the same group as the target law enforcement recorder exists in the shooting law enforcement recorders, the power saving reminder is sent to all the law enforcement recorders in the same group as the target law enforcement recorder; acquiring the overlapping rate of the pictures of the law enforcement recorder which confirms to enter the low power consumption mode; when the overlapping rate of the pictures is greater than the overlapping rate threshold value, acquiring the electric quantity value of the corresponding law enforcement recorder; the law enforcement recorder with the electric quantity value smaller than the preset electric quantity value is controlled to enter a low power consumption mode, whether at least one law enforcement recorder can be controlled to enter the low power consumption mode or not is judged according to the overlapping rate of the pictures of the same group of law enforcement recorders executing the same task, so that the total endurance time of the group of law enforcement recorders is prolonged, the problems that the weight of equipment is increased due to the fact that power is saved by adding hardware and the existing power saving scheme only aims at a single law enforcement recorder are solved, and the effects of saving hardware cost, lightening the weight of the law enforcement recorder and jointly saving power for the group law enforcement recorders are achieved.
The law enforcement recorder management device provided by the embodiment of the application can execute the law enforcement recorder management method provided by any embodiment of the application, and has corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects for executing the law enforcement recorder management method.
Example four
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a law enforcement recorder management server according to a fourth embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4, the law enforcement recorder management server includes a processor 40 and a memory 41; the number of processors 40 in the law enforcement recorder management server may be one or more, and one processor 40 is taken as an example in fig. 4; the processor 40 and memory 41 in the law enforcement recorder management server may be connected by a bus or other means, as exemplified by the bus connection in fig. 4.
The memory 41 is a computer-readable storage medium, and can be used for storing software programs, computer-executable programs, such as program instructions corresponding to the law enforcement recorder management method in the embodiment of the present application. The processor 40 executes various functional applications of the law enforcement recorder management server and data processing by running software programs, instructions stored in the memory 41, that is, implements the law enforcement recorder management method described above.
The memory 41 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the terminal, and the like. Further, memory 41 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some examples, memory 41 may further include memory remotely located from processor 40, which may be connected to a law enforcement recorder management server over a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The law enforcement recorder management server in this embodiment may also include an input device 42 and an output device 43, and the processor 40, memory 41, input device 42, and output device 43 may be connected via a bus or other means. Input device 42 may be used to receive entered numeric or character information and to generate key signal inputs relating to user settings and function controls of the law enforcement recorder management server. The output device 43 may include a display device such as a display screen.
EXAMPLE five
A storage medium containing computer-executable instructions which, when executed by a computer processor, perform a law enforcement recorder management method, the method comprising:
if the recorded law enforcement recorders belong to the same group as the target law enforcement recorder, sending power saving reminding to all the law enforcement recorders in the same group as the target law enforcement recorder;
acquiring the overlapping rate of the pictures of the law enforcement recorder which confirms to enter the low power consumption mode;
when the overlapping rate of the pictures is greater than the overlapping rate threshold value, acquiring the electric quantity value of the corresponding law enforcement recorder;
and controlling the law enforcement recorder with the electric quantity value smaller than the preset electric quantity value to enter a low power consumption mode.
Of course, the storage medium provided by the embodiments of the present application contains computer-executable instructions, and the computer-executable instructions are not limited to the operations of the method described above, and may also execute the related operations in the law enforcement recorder management method provided by any embodiment of the present application.
From the above description of the embodiments, it is obvious for those skilled in the art that the present application can be implemented by software and necessary general hardware, and certainly can be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better embodiment in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present application may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, such as a floppy disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a FLASH Memory (FLASH), a hard disk or an optical disk of a computer, and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the methods described in the embodiments of the present application.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the law enforcement recorder management device, the included units and modules are only divided according to functional logic, but are not limited to the above division as long as the corresponding functions can be implemented; in addition, specific names of the functional units are only used for distinguishing one functional unit from another, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the application.
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present application and the technical principles employed. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present application is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the application. Claims (10)

1. A law enforcement recorder management method, comprising:
if the recorded law enforcement recorders belong to the same group as the target law enforcement recorder, sending power saving reminding to all the law enforcement recorders in the same group as the target law enforcement recorder;
acquiring the overlapping rate of the pictures of the law enforcement recorder which confirms to enter the low power consumption mode;
when the overlapping rate of the pictures is greater than the overlapping rate threshold value, acquiring the electric quantity value of the corresponding law enforcement recorder;
and controlling the law enforcement recorder with the electric quantity value smaller than the preset electric quantity value to enter a low power consumption mode.
2. The enforcement recorder management method according to claim 1, wherein when there is a law enforcement recorder belonging to the same group as a target law enforcement recorder in the videography enforcement recorders, before sending a power saving reminder to all law enforcement recorders within the same group as the target law enforcement recorder, the enforcement recorder management method further comprises:
acquiring position information of all recorded law enforcement recorders;
and according to the position information, taking the law enforcement recorder with the distance to the target law enforcement recorder smaller than a distance threshold value as the same group of law enforcement recorders of the target law enforcement recorder.
3. The enforcement recorder management method according to claim 1, wherein when there is a law enforcement recorder belonging to the same group as a target law enforcement recorder in the videography enforcement recorders, before sending a power saving reminder to all law enforcement recorders within the same group as the target law enforcement recorder, the enforcement recorder management method further comprises:
controlling the target law enforcement recorder to form a team with other law enforcement recorders within a distance threshold range;
and receiving team formation information uploaded by the target law enforcement recorder.
4. The law enforcement recorder management method according to claim 1, wherein the preset electric quantity value is the maximum value of electric quantity values of law enforcement recorders corresponding to the overlapping rate threshold value of the pictures.
5. The law enforcement recorder management method according to claim 1,
the target law enforcement recorder is a law enforcement recorder which starts shooting and recording when the target law enforcement recorder is started or initiates a power saving request.
6. The law enforcement recorder management method according to claim 1, wherein after the law enforcement recorder with the control power value less than the preset power value enters a low power consumption mode, the law enforcement recorder management method further comprises:
acquiring position information of a law enforcement recorder entering a low power consumption mode after a first preset time interval;
and when the law enforcement recorder with changed position information exists in the law enforcement recorders entering the low power consumption mode, controlling the law enforcement recorder with changed position information to recover the normal mode.
7. The law enforcement recorder management method according to claim 1, wherein after the law enforcement recorder with the control power value less than the preset power value enters a low power consumption mode, the law enforcement recorder management method further comprises:
acquiring the electric quantity value of a law enforcement recorder which does not enter a low power consumption mode in the law enforcement recorders corresponding to the overlapping rate threshold value, wherein the overlapping rate of the pictures is greater than the overlapping rate threshold value after a second preset time interval;
and when the electric quantity value of the law enforcement recorder which does not enter the low power consumption mode is smaller than the current electric quantity value of the law enforcement recorder which enters the low power consumption mode, controlling the law enforcement recorder which enters the low power consumption mode to recover the normal mode, and controlling the law enforcement recorder which does not enter the low power consumption mode to enter the low power consumption mode.
8. A law enforcement recorder management device, comprising:
the power saving reminding module in the same group is used for sending power saving reminding to all the law enforcement recorders in the same group as the target law enforcement recorder if the law enforcement recorders which belong to the same group as the target law enforcement recorder exist in the recorded law enforcement recorders;
the picture judgment module is used for acquiring the overlapping rate of pictures of the law enforcement recorder which confirms to enter the low power consumption mode;
the electric quantity acquisition module is used for acquiring the electric quantity value of the corresponding law enforcement recorder when the overlapping rate of the pictures is greater than the overlapping rate threshold value;
and the power-saving execution module is used for controlling the law enforcement recorder with the electric quantity value smaller than the preset electric quantity value to enter a low power consumption mode.
9. A law enforcement recorder management server, characterized in that the law enforcement recorder management server comprises:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
the one or more programs, when executed by the one or more processors, implement the law enforcement recorder management method of any one of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a law enforcement recorder management method according to any one of claims 1-7.
