Abstract
The invention discloses a camera module for reducing moving stains and a method for reducing the moving stains of the camera module, wherein 1, the camera module for reducing the moving stains comprises a lens module; the base is fixed with the lens module, and an optical filter is arranged in the base; the circuit board is connected with the base, an image sensor is arranged on the circuit board, a closed space is formed between the base and the circuit board, at least part of the area of the base located in the closed space is provided with a glue layer, and the glue layer can stick dust or debris in the closed space. Background

a lens module 10; a base 20 fixed with the lens module 10, wherein the base 20 is provided with an optical filter 50; the circuit board 30 is connected with the base 20, the image sensor 31 is arranged on the circuit board 30, a closed space is formed between the base 20 and the circuit board 30, a glue layer 40 is arranged on at least part of the area of the base 20 located in the closed space, and the glue layer 40 can stick dust or debris in the closed space.
According to the invention, the glue layer 40 is arranged in the base, and dust and debris in the closed space can be stuck by carrying out low-amplitude high-frequency vibration on the base 20 and the circuit board 30 integrally, so that the closed space is purified, black spots or black spots on a shot picture caused by the dust and the debris falling on the photosensitive surface of the image sensor 31 are avoided, and the condition that the dust and the debris do not fall on the image sensor 31 in the subsequent use process of the camera module is ensured, so that the shot is clear, the qualification rate of products is improved, and the user experience is improved.
The adhesive layer 40 includes a non-setting adhesive. Specifically, a non-flowable and non-curable glue is selected, and the base 20 is covered with the glue by spraying.
The end of the base 20 connected to the lens module 10 is cylindrical, and has internal threads inside to match the external threads of the lens module 10. The lens module 10 is fixed to the knob of the fixing portion 20, and the screw structure facilitates the assembly and disassembly.
The light-sensing surface of the image sensor 31 is disposed on the side close to the circuit board 30. 6. The camera module for reducing moving stains according to claim 5, wherein the adhesive layer is arranged in an area enclosed by the adhesive layer protection net and the base, and/or the circuit board.

providing a base;

8. The method of reducing moving stains on a camera module of claim 7, wherein the vibration amplitude of the base and the circuit board is not more than 1cm, and the frequency is not more than 3 Hz.
9. The method of reducing camera module movement stain of claim 7, wherein the glue is a non-flowable, non-setting glue.
10. The method of claim 7, wherein the glue is prevented from contaminating the lens module and the filter during the spraying.
