As shown in fig. 2, the vehicle-mounted rear-mounted camera module of the present invention includes a front case 1, lenses, a lens 4, an image sensor 5, a main circuit board, and a package board 2. The inside of preceding shell 1 is holding chamber 11, and preceding shell 1 is equipped with the light trap at the front end of holding chamber 11, is equipped with the installing port at the rear end of holding chamber 11. The lens is installed in the light hole. The lens 4, the image sensor 5 and the main circuit board are all installed in the accommodating cavity 11 through the installation opening, wherein the lens 4 is located at the front end of the accommodating cavity 11 and faces the light transmission hole, and the main circuit board is electrically connected with the lens 4 and the image sensor 5. The packaging plate 2 is used for packaging the mounting opening of the front shell 1 and is fixedly sealed with the front shell 1 through glue 3.
In the vehicle-mounted rear-mounted camera module, the structure that the glue 3 is used for sealing the packaging plate 2 is adopted to replace a rear shell, so that parts such as the rear shell, a rubber ring and screws can be omitted, the number of used parts is small, and the cost requirement of the vehicle-mounted rear-mounted camera module is reduced to a great extent on the premise of ensuring the sealing performance to achieve the purposes of water resistance and dust resistance.
To achieve the above object, the components of the on-vehicle rear-mount camera module may be arranged in various ways, and the configurations of the components will be described in detail below by taking specific embodiments as examples.
The front shell 1 comprises a first portion of smaller cross-sectional area and a second portion of larger cross-sectional area. The first portion constitutes the light transmission hole, and the cross-sectional shape may be a circular frame shape. The second part forms an accommodating cavity 11, the cross section of the accommodating cavity is rectangular frame-shaped, and the rear end of the second part is completely opened to form a mounting opening. The front shell 1 is provided with a ring-shaped boss on the shell wall which is positioned at the rear end of the accommodating cavity 11 and forms a mounting opening. The annular boss may extend continuously or intermittently along the circumference of the front housing 1. The surface of the annular boss, which faces away from the accommodating cavity 11, is provided with a positioning column, and the positioning column can extend from the wall of the front shell 1 to the direction of the annular boss. And along 1 circumference of preceding shell, can set up a plurality of reference columns at the interval on annular boss, the specific quantity of reference column specifically sets for as required.
The packaging board 2 may be a main circuit board, the main circuit board may be a PCB, the substrate material of the PCB is preferably a semiconductor chip, the main circuit board is electrically connected to a power supply of the vehicle-mounted rear-mounted camera module, and the driving power supply operates, that is, the main circuit board is a general power supply IC. The main circuit board is placed on the annular boss at the rear end of the front shell 1, the main circuit board is supported by the annular boss, the front face of the main circuit board, provided with the electronic device, faces the accommodating cavity 11, and the back face of the main circuit board, not provided with the electronic device, faces back to the accommodating cavity 11. Then, glue 3 is coated on each part of the back surface of the main circuit board, the main circuit board and the front shell 1 are sealed by the glue 3, and the main circuit board is fixed on the front shell 1. After the glue 3 is cured, the glue 3 can be flush with the rear end face of the front shell 1, and the bonding firmness of the glue 3 is guaranteed. The naturally cured organic glue 3 with poor flowability is selected, so that the deformation of the main circuit board caused by external force can be effectively avoided, and the influence on the optical imaging effect of the image sensor 5 and the lens 4 is avoided. The specific thickness of the glue 3 after curing can be specifically set according to requirements, for example, the preferable thickness is 1-2mm, the glue 3 with the thickness can effectively protect the main circuit board, the main circuit board is prevented from being deformed due to external force as far as possible, the glue 3 is thin, the amount of the glue 3 is small, and the cost of the vehicle-mounted rear-mounted camera module is effectively reduced.
Of course, the package plate 2 may be a metal plate, and the main circuit board may be fixed on a side of the metal plate facing the accommodating groove. Alternatively, a fixing seat is provided in the accommodation chamber 11, and the image sensor 5 is fixed on the fixing seat.
In addition, a connector 6 may be further provided on the side of the main circuit board facing the accommodating chamber 11. The structure of the connector 6 is the same as usual, and the connector 6 can realize the connection of the main circuit board with FPC or the like, which can be connected with the lens 4 or the like.
The vehicle-mounted rear camera module may further include a power supply and other components fixed in the accommodating cavity 11, and the power supply and other components may be fixed in various manners, for example, a fixing seat is provided in the accommodating cavity 11, and the power supply and other components are fixed on the fixing seat.
In the vehicle-mounted rear-mounted camera module, the complexity of the vehicle-mounted rear-mounted camera module is reduced, the total cost is reduced, and the aims of sealing, dust prevention and water prevention can be achieved; compact structure, rationally distributed, make the size of on-vehicle back dress camera module realize the breakthrough and reduce.
The vehicle can be an automobile, an electric vehicle and the like, and comprises the vehicle-mounted rear-mounted camera module. In the vehicle, the structure that the glue 3 is used for sealing the packaging plate 2 is adopted to replace a rear shell, so that the parts such as the rear shell, a rubber ring, screws and the like can be omitted, the number of used parts is small, and the cost requirement of the vehicle-mounted rear-mounted camera module is reduced to a great extent on the premise of ensuring the sealing performance to realize the purposes of water resistance and dust resistance; compact structure, rationally distributed, make the size of on-vehicle back dress camera module realize the breakthrough and reduce.
While the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, which are illustrative and not restrictive, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
