receiving an editing instruction, editing the resource document in the feedback document information according to the editing instruction, and generating a replacement resource document, wherein the replacement resource document is used for replacing the resource document in the cloud storage module, and the replacement resource document comprises a document replacement request data segment;
and forwarding the replacement resource document through the access connection module.
