本发明涉及电力电网技术领域,特别是一种电力电网数据采集系统。
背景技术
电力系统中各种电压的变电所及输配电线路组成的整体,称为电力网。它包含变电、输电、配电三个单元。电力网的任务是输送与分配电能,改变电压。电力电网在运行过程中,一旦发生故障,则会导致整个电力系统处于瘫痪状态,无法为用户提供更好的服务。因此,为了提高电力电网的安全性和可靠性,需要对电力电网中的电力设备进行监控。
目前,已经有电力电网监控相关的技术,专利号为CN201220120834.2的实用新型专利中公开了一种电力设备数据采集系统,通过3G无线通讯网络,通过市、县级终端服务器实现对市、县电力调度的数据集中采集,以提高电力系统的可靠性。但是该专利中的方案过于简单,并没有给出具体的实现方案,实施起来难度比较大,且仅针对电力调度数据进行采集,数据不够全面,会导致后续的安全评估和预警准确力低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术不足,提供一种电力电网数据采集系统。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种电力电网数据采集系统,包括总服务器、站点服务器、变电站和云可视化平台,其中,不同行政区域内具有多个电力电网的变电站,每个变电站均配制至少一个站点服务器,且变电站和站点服务器之间通过串行总线通讯;每个站点服务器均通过以太网与总控中心的总服务器连接;云可视化平台与总服务器之间通过线路连接;所述站点服务器用于接收与其连接的变电站的数据信息,并将数据信息进行存储和备份,同时,根据变电站的数据信息对变电站的运行情况进行分析,并将分析结果发送至总服务器;所述总服务器用于接收各个站点服务器发送的变电站运行情况,并对区域内的变电站运行情况进行汇总,根据汇总的结果,将各个变电站运行情况发送至云可视化平台进行显示,总控中心的操作人员根据各个变电站运行况进行调度分配、维护监控。
在本发明一实施例中,由于变电站内的设备比较多,包括但不限于变压器、导线、绝缘子、互感器、避雷器、隔离开关、断路器等电气设备,还有电容器、套管、阻波器、电缆、电抗器和继电保护装置等输变电系统中必不少的组件,因此,为了保证通讯的稳定性,所述变电站内设有多端口串口服务器和数据采集板卡,其中,所述数据采集板卡为多个,每个数据采集板卡上连接至少一个二次设备,所述二次设备作为各个数据采集板卡的数据采集单元,设置在变电站与多端口串口服务器的通讯链路上,二次设备对变电站的信息进行采集通过串口通讯网络汇总到多端口串口服务器上。通过多端口串口服务器可以有效保证庞大的数据通讯。
在本发明一实施例中,所述二次设备包括温度传感器、电压表、电流表、功率表、电能表中一种或多种。其中,温度传感器采集变电设备的温度数据,电压表采集输变电线路上的电压数据,电流表采集输变电线路上的电流数据,功率表采集输变电设备上的功率数据,电能表采集用电端的用电数据。
通过采集上述电路参数,通过分析可以在后续输电网络中设置合理的滤波器,滤除电力网络中的谐波成分,从而降低输电线路上的非线性负荷,减少对后续电力系统的损坏。
在本发明一实施例中,为了提高系统的可靠性,采用了冗余设计,每个所述站点服务器上均设有主监控节点和备份监控节点,所述主监控节点和备份监控节点之间保持通讯,保证只有一个节点连接到变电站的数据采集板卡上;当主监控节点通讯失败,则备份监控节点将开始与变电站的数据采集板卡进行通讯。
在本发明一实施例中,为了实现对不同变电站的合理控制,本发明的采集系统,对同一行政区域内的多个变电站进行等级划分,根据变电站的输出能力划分为高、中、低三级。
在本发明一实施例中,所述数据采集板卡上还设有变电信息采集单元,所述变电信息采集单元采集变电设备用电量和变电损耗。根据变电信息和用电信息调整发电,使发电总量大于等于变电和用电总量。
在本发明一实施例中,所述变电站还设有视频采集单元,所述视频采集单元包括热红外成像摄像头,所述热红外成像摄像头安装在变电站的变电室内,用于通过热成像技术实时监控变电室内设备以及环境温度,所述热红外成像摄像头与数据板卡线路连接,将温度数据发送至数据采集板卡,并通过数据采集板卡上的图像处理单元对温度数据进行判断和分析,以判断设备是否正常运行。
相较于现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明提供的一种电力电网数据采集系统,采用多级服务器以及双监控节点的设置方式,提高了数据采集系统的稳定性、实时性、全面性,保证了电力电网的安全评估能力和预警准确能力。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作详细的说明。此图为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示,本发明的一种电力电网数据采集系统,包括总服务器、站点服务器、变电站和可视化平台,其中,不同行政区域内具有多个电力电网的变电站,每个变电站均配制至少一个站点服务器,且变电站和站点服务器之间通过串行总线通讯;每个站点服务器均通过以太网与总控中心的总服务器连接;可视化平台与总服务器之间通过线路连接;所述站点服务器用于接收与其连接的变电站的数据信息,并将数据信息进行存储和备份,同时,根据变电站的数据信息对变电站的运行情况进行分析,并将分析结果发送至总服务器;所述总服务器用于接收各个站点服务器发送的变电站运行情况,并对区域内的变电站运行情况进行汇总,根据汇总的结果,将各个变电站运行情况发送至云可视化平台进行显示,总控中心的操作人员根据各个变电站运行况进行调度分配、维护监控。
由于变电站内的设备比较多,包括但不限于变压器、导线、绝缘子、互感器、避雷器、隔离开关、断路器等电气设备,还有电容器、套管、阻波器、电缆、电抗器和继电保护装置等输变电系统中必不少的组件,因此,为了保证通讯的稳定性,所述变电站内设有多端口串口服务器和数据采集板卡,其中,所述数据采集板卡为多个,每个数据采集板卡上连接至少一个二次设备,所述二次设备作为各个数据采集板卡的数据采集单元,设置在变电站与多端口串口服务器的通讯链路上,二次设备对变电站的信息进行采集通过串口通讯网络汇总到多端口串口服务器上。通过多端口串口服务器可以有效保证庞大的数据通讯。
本实施例中数据采集板卡可以采用FPGA、DSP、ARM等硬件控制单元来实现,通过构建嵌入式数据采集系统实现二次设备数据的采集、传输和处理。
具体的,所述二次设备包括温度传感器、电压表、电流表、功率表、电能表中一种或多种。其中,温度传感器采集变电设备的温度数据,电压表采集输变电线路上的电压数据,电流表采集输变电线路上的电流数据,功率表采集输变电设备上的功率数据,电能表采集用电端的用电数据。

Claims (7)

1.一种电力电网数据采集系统,其特征在于,包括总服务器、站点服务器、变电站和云可视化平台,其中,不同行政区域内具有多个电力电网的变电站,每个变电站均配制至少一个站点服务器,且变电站和站点服务器之间通过串行总线通讯;每个站点服务器均通过以太网与总控中心的总服务器连接;云可视化平台与总服务器之间通过线路连接;所述站点服务器用于接收与其连接的变电站的数据信息,并将数据信息进行存储和备份,同时,根据变电站的数据信息对变电站的运行情况进行分析,并将分析结果发送至总服务器;所述总服务器用于接收各个站点服务器发送的变电站运行情况,并对区域内的变电站运行情况进行汇总,根据汇总的结果,将各个变电站运行情况发送至云可视化平台进行显示,总控中心的操作人员根据各个变电站运行况进行调度分配、维护监控。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电力电网数据采集系统,其特征在于,所述变电站内设有多端口串口服务器和数据采集板卡,其中,所述数据采集板卡为多个,每个数据采集板卡上连接至少一个二次设备,所述二次设备作为各个数据采集板卡的数据采集单元,设置在变电站与多端口串口服务器的通讯链路上,二次设备对变电站的信息进行采集通过串口通讯网络汇总到多端口串口服务器上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电力电网数据采集系统,其特征在于,所述二次设备包括温度传感器、电压表、电流表、功率表、电能表中一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的电力电网数据采集系统,其特征在于,每个所述站点服务器上均设有主监控节点和备份监控节点,所述主监控节点和备份监控节点之间保持通讯,保证只有一个节点连接到变电站的数据采集板卡上;当主监控节点通讯失败,则备份监控节点将开始与变电站的数据采集板卡进行通讯。
5.根据权利要求4所述的电力电网数据采集系统,其特征在于,对同一行政区域内的多个变电站进行等级划分,根据变电站的输出能力划分为高、中、低三级。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电力电网数据采集系统,其特征在于,所述数据采集板卡上还设有变电信息采集单元,所述变电信息采集单元采集变电设备用电量和变电损耗。
7.根据权利要求6所述的电力电网数据采集系统,其特征在于,所述变电站还设有视频采集单元,所述视频采集单元包括热红外成像摄像头,所述热红外成像摄像头安装在变电站的变电室内,用于通过热成像技术实时监控变电室内设备以及环境温度,所述热红外成像摄像头与数据板卡线路连接,将温度数据发送至数据采集板卡,并通过数据采集板卡上的图像处理单元对温度数据进行判断和分析,以判断设备是否正常运行。
