As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the two ends of the connection hole core 1355 are formed with insertion holes, the socket electrical connection wires 133 can be inserted into the insertion holes at one end to form electrical connection, and the plug assembly 15 is inserted into the pin insertion slots 1353 and then further inserted into the insertion holes to form electrical connection. Of course, the socket electrical connection wire 133 and the connection hole core 1355 can also be connected by welding.
Further, in order to improve the sealing property of the hole core contact 135 and simplify the manufacturing process, the socket sealing body 1351 is formed by vulcanization molding with the connection hole core 1355 and the pin insertion groove 1353. Not only convenient processing, and the leakproofness is good. The socket sealing body 1351 is made of rubber. That is, in the vulcanization molding process of the mold, after demolding, the socket sealing body 1351, the connecting hole core 1355 and the pin inserting groove 1353 are integrally molded by injecting a raw material made of a rubber material into the mold, and the socket sealing body 1351 is made of the rubber material and has better insulation property, so that the safety is ensured.
Further, a first inserting hole 13551 and a second inserting hole 13553 are respectively formed at both ends of the connection hole core 1355, the receptacle electrical connection wire 133 is inserted into the first inserting hole 13551, and the second inserting hole 13553 is communicated with the pin inserting groove 1353 for inserting the pin 1553 of the plug assembly 15.
As shown in fig. 7 and 11, a first plugging hole 13551 and a second plugging hole 13553 are formed at both ends of the connection hole core 1355, respectively, and the receptacle electrical connection line 133 is plugged into the first plugging hole 13551, and the second plugging hole 13553 is communicated with the pin plugging groove 1353, as shown in fig. 11, so that the connection hole core 1355 constitutes a conductor for connecting the pin 1553 with the receptacle electrical connection line 133 after the pin 1553 of the pin cartridge assembly 155 passes through the pin plugging groove 1353 and is plugged into the second plugging hole 13553.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the header seal body 1551 and the receptacle seal body 1351 are attached to the corresponding end surface of the header seal body 1551 after the pins 1553 are inserted into the pin insertion grooves 1353, thereby forming a good seal.
As shown in fig. 10 and 12, the pins 1553 are disposed in the header sealing body 1551 and are inserted into the second mating holes 13553, as shown in fig. 11, third mating holes 15531 are formed at an end of the header sealing body 1551 facing away from the pins 1553, and the third mating holes 15531 are used for mating with the header electrical connections 153.
Furthermore, a sealing boss 15533 is formed on the outer periphery of the pin 1553, and the sealing boss 15533 is limited and inserted into the pin insertion groove 1353.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, in order to improve the sealing performance of the plug, a sealing boss 15533 is formed on the outer circumference of the pin 1553, and as shown in fig. 10, the sealing boss 15533 is limitedly inserted into the pin insertion groove 1353.
Further, as shown in fig. 12 and 13, the pins 1553 are disposed in the plug housing 151 such that when the pins 1553 are inserted into the second insertion holes 13553, at least another portion of the hole core contacts 135 are disposed in the plug housing 151, so that the plug housing 151 is wrapped with the hole core contacts 135 to improve the connection stability.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, the plug housing 151 is provided with a positioning notch 1511, and a positioning protrusion 1357 matched with the positioning notch 1511 is convexly arranged on the hole-core contact element 135, so that when the pin is butted, the positioning protrusion 1357 is conveniently butted to the positioning notch 1511, the pin 1553 is quickly corresponding to the pin inserting groove 1353, and the installation efficiency is improved.
Further, the plug sealing body 1551 and the contact pin 1553 are formed into an integral structure by a mold vulcanization molding method; and/or the plug sealing body 1551 is made of rubber; and/or the plug assembly 15 further comprises a plug potting adhesive 157, a plug potting cavity 1510 is formed in the plug housing 151, and the plug potting adhesive 157 is arranged in the plug potting cavity 1510 to encapsulate the stylet assembly 155 and the plug electrical connection wire 153 in the plug housing 151; and/or the plug electrical connection 153 is soldered to the third socket 15531.
As shown in fig. 14, the plug sealing body 1551 and the contact pins 1553 are formed into an integral structure by a mold vulcanization molding method, so that the forming process is simple and the production is convenient, the integral structure has better sealing performance and better waterproof effect, and the plug sealing body 1551 is made of rubber.
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, in order to improve the sealing and integrity of the connection between the plug electrical connection wire 153, the stylet assembly 155, and the plug housing 151, the three are connected together by a potting compound. That is, a plug potting cavity 1510 is formed within the plug housing 151, and a plug potting compound 157 is disposed within the plug potting cavity 1510 to encapsulate the plug electrical connection lines 153 and the stylet assembly 155 within the plug housing 151. The process comprises the following steps: the plug electrical connection wire 153 and the stylet assembly 155 are connected into a whole and can be connected in an electrical welding mode; the integral plug electrical connection wires 153 and the stylet assembly 155 are located in fixed positions within the plug housing 151; then, the potting adhesive is injected into the plug housing 151, and after the adhesive is cured, the three are integrally formed.
As shown in fig. 13, the plug electrical connection line 153 may be inserted into the third insertion hole 15531, and the plug electrical connection line 153 is soldered to the third insertion hole 15531 for improving connection reliability.
The present application further provides an electrical device, where the electrical device includes a connector assembly 100, and since the connector assembly 100 adopts all technical solutions of all the embodiments, all beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the embodiments are at least achieved, and are not described herein again.

Claims (10)

1. A connector assembly, characterized in that the connector assembly comprises:
the connector comprises a connector body (10), wherein a clamping groove (11) is formed in the connector body (10);
the connector comprises a mounting main body (30), wherein the mounting main body (30) is provided with an inserting groove (31), at least one part of the connector body (10) is inserted into the inserting groove (31), and the clamping groove (11) is accommodated in the inserting groove (31);
the limiting locking piece (50) is connected to the mounting main body (30) and is limited to be inserted into the clamping groove (11) so as to connect the connector body (10) to the mounting main body (30);
the mounting main body (30) is further provided with a limiting groove (33), the limiting locking piece (50) is arranged in the limiting groove (33), the insertion groove (31) is communicated with at least one part of the limiting groove (33), and the clamping groove (11) is exposed at the communicating position.
2. The connector assembly of claim 1, wherein the positive lock (50) comprises:
a crimping part (51), wherein the crimping part (51) is detachably mounted in the limiting groove (33); and
the plug part (53) is connected to the crimping part (51) in a bending mode and is inserted into the clamping groove (11).
3. The connector assembly according to claim 2, wherein the groove wall of the insertion groove (31) is formed with a limiting step (311) in a direction away from the groove opening, and the end of the connector body (10) abuts against the limiting step (311).
4. A connector assembly according to claim 3, wherein the connector body (10) comprises:
the socket assembly (13), one end of the socket assembly (13) is inserted in the insertion groove (31); and
the plug assembly (15) is plugged at one end, away from the plugging groove (31), of the socket assembly (13).
5. Connector assembly according to claim 4, wherein the receptacle assembly (13) comprises:
the plug-in type plug connector comprises a socket shell (131), at least one part of the socket shell (131) is inserted into a plug-in groove (31), the clamping groove (11) is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the socket shell (131), a butting step (1311) is further formed in the outer peripheral surface of the socket shell (131), the butting step (1311) is abutted to the limiting step (311), a sealing groove is further formed in the outer peripheral surface of the socket shell (131), and a sealing ring (1313) is arranged in the sealing groove; and
a socket electrical connection wire (133), the socket electrical connection wire (133) being connected within the socket housing (131) and inserted into the insertion slot (31).
6. The connector assembly of claim 5, wherein the receptacle assembly (13) further comprises:
a bore-core contact (135), at least a portion of the bore-core contact (135) being disposed within the socket housing (131), the socket electrical connection (133) being connected to the bore-core contact (135);
the socket shell (131) is internally provided with a socket filling cavity (1310), and the socket filling colloid (137) is arranged in the socket filling cavity (1310) so as to encapsulate the hole core contact element (135) and the socket electric connection line (133) in the socket shell (131).
7. The connector assembly of claim 6, wherein the bore-core contact (135) comprises:
a socket sealing body (1351), at least a part of the socket sealing body (1351) is arranged in the socket shell (131), and a pin inserting groove (1353) is formed on one end face of the socket sealing body (1351);
a connection hole core (1355), the socket sealing body (1351) is provided with the connection hole core (1355) along one end away from the pin inserting groove (1353), and the socket electric connection wire (133) is connected to the connection hole core (1355).
8. The connector assembly of claim 7, wherein the socket sealing body (1351) is formed by vulcanization molding of the connection hole core (1355) and the pin insertion groove (1353) by a mold;
and/or the socket sealing body (1351) is made of rubber.
9. The connector assembly according to claim 7, wherein the connection hole core (1355) is formed at both ends thereof with a first insertion hole (13551) and a second insertion hole (13553), respectively, the receptacle electrical connection line (133) is inserted into the first insertion hole (13551), and the second insertion hole (13553) is communicated with the pin insertion groove (1353) for inserting the pin (1553) of the plug assembly (15).
10. An electrical device comprising a connector assembly as claimed in any of claims 1 to 9.
