The safety mechanism 14 comprises a placing plate 1401 arranged above the drawing plate 3, a placing groove 1402 is formed in the placing plate 1401, the storage battery 4 is placed in the placing groove 1402, a plurality of first mounting grooves 1403 are formed in the bottom of the placing plate 1401, a plurality of second mounting grooves 1404 corresponding to the first mounting grooves 1403 are formed in the upper surface of the drawing plate 3, a spring 1405 is fixed at the bottom of each second mounting groove 1404, the upper end of the spring 1405 abuts against the groove bottom of the first mounting groove 1403, a limiting block 1406 is fixed on the lower surface of the placing plate 1401, and the limiting block 1406 is located inside the groove 1306; when the storage battery 4 is not placed on the placing plate 1401, the spring 1405 can lift the placing plate 1401, and simultaneously can drive the limit block 1406 to be separated from the limit groove 1311 upwards, at this moment, even if the drawing plate 3 is pushed inwards, the push-pull rod 1307 cannot push the limit rod 1309 to move after contacting the limit rod 1309, but slides along the long groove 1312 until the drawing plate 3 is completely inserted into the drawer frame 2, so that the off state of the air switch 12 is ensured, the service life of the air switch 12 is prolonged, and the safety of the device is improved.
The fixing modes are all the most common fixing connection modes in the field, such as welding, bolt connection and the like; the above electrical components such as the energy storage box 1, the air switch 12, the storage battery 4 and the like are all products in the prior art, and can be directly purchased and used in the market, and the specific principle is not repeated.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the battery needs to be overhauled or replaced, the pull-out plate 3 is pulled out, at the moment, the metal elastic sheet 10 clamps the metal sheet 6, the movable sliding rod 8 and the storage battery 4 synchronously move outwards, the push-pull rod 1307 can drive the L-shaped clamping plate 1305 to move, further, the poke rod 1303 is driven by the telescopic rod to rotate along the fixed shaft 1302, the poke sheet of the air switch 12 is poked downwards, at the moment, the air switch 12 is disconnected, the air switch 12 has an arc extinguishing effect, electric sparks are not generated during power failure, the power failure is safer, after the electric connection between the storage battery 4 and the energy storage box 1 is cut off, the pull-out plate 3 continues to be pulled outwards, the movable sliding rod 8 moves to the limit position, the metal elastic sheet 10 is separated from the metal sheet 6, at the moment, the circuit on the storage battery 4 is blocked, electric sparks are not generated, the operation is safer, the battery can be overhauled or replaced after the pull-out plate 3 is pulled out, after the overhaul is completed, the storage battery 4 is placed in the placing groove 1402, pressing a limit block 1406 into a groove 1306, then pushing the pull plate 3 inwards, enabling the extrusion block 1106 to abut against a triangular groove 1108, so that the movable sliding rod 8 cannot move, pushing the movable rod 1102 to move inwards after the metal sheet 6 is completely inserted between two metal elastic sheets 10, further enabling the extrusion rod 1104 to be separated from the extrusion block 1106, enabling the extrusion block 1106 to be separated from the triangular groove 1108 after losing the support of the extrusion rod 1104, then moving the sliding rod 8 to retract into the fixed sleeve 7, ensuring that the metal elastic sheets 10 and the metal sheet 6 are tightly connected before being powered on, at the moment, a circuit is not connected, electric sparks cannot be generated when the metal elastic sheets 10 and the metal sheet 6 rub, when the pull plate 3 continues to move inwards, the push-pull rod 1307 is contacted with the limit rod 1309, slides along a long groove 1312, and stops moving after contacting with the limit block 1406, then pushing the limit rod 1309 forwards, and opening the air switch 12, can accomplish the circular telegram, operating personnel need not control switch in the whole journey, the operation is convenient and safe more, in addition, when gag lever post 1309 removes the intermediate position to spacing groove 1311, two magnetic paths are nearest apart from, when gag lever post 1309 crosses the intermediate position, under the effort that two magnetic paths repel each other, gag lever post 1309 can remove to the other end of spacing groove 1311 fast, and push-and-pull rod 1307 can remove in elongated slot 1312, can not block the quick travel of gag lever post 1309, thereby make opening and closing of air switch 12 more fast and break, increase the security of switching on and off the electricity.
In summary, the trigger mechanism 13 can automatically and rapidly turn on and off the air switch 12 before the storage battery 4 is mounted or taken down, so that the maintenance process is more convenient and safer;
the fastening mechanism 11 prevents the electric spark generated when the storage battery 4 is electrified, improves the connection strength of the storage battery 4, and further improves the safety of the storage battery 4 in the installation and use processes;
the safety mechanism 14 does not open the air switch 12 when the battery 4 is not stored, thereby prolonging the service life of the air switch 12 and improving the practicability of the device.
