Claims (2)
1. A network public opinion management and control system based on data analysis is characterized by comprising a public opinion management and control platform, wherein a server is arranged in the public opinion management and control platform and is in communication connection with a public opinion judgment unit, a public opinion monitoring unit, a platform monitoring unit, an effect analysis unit and an adjustment control unit;
the public opinion management platform is used for monitoring and controlling public opinions in a network, the server generates a public opinion monitoring signal and sends the public opinion monitoring signal to the public opinion monitoring unit, and the public opinion monitoring unit is used for analyzing and monitoring network real-time topics; the method comprises the steps that real-time topics are divided into hot topics and cold topics through analysis, the hot topics and the cold topics are sent to a server, the server receives the hot topics and the cold topics, then public opinion judgment signals are generated and sent to a public opinion judgment unit, and the public opinion judgment unit is used for judging various types of influences on the hot topics and the cold topics; the hot topics and the cold topics are refined into negative hot topics, positive hot topics, negative cold topics and positive cold topics through analysis; carrying out effect analysis on the front hot topic by an effect analysis unit; analyzing and monitoring the propagation path of the front cold topic by a platform monitoring unit; controlling the negative hot topic and the negative cold topic by an adjusting control unit;
the monitoring process of the public opinion monitoring unit is as follows:
collecting real-time topics in a network, setting a label i of the real-time topics as a natural number larger than 1, setting monitoring time, collecting the webpage times, the real-time visiting number and the corresponding comment number of the topics, which appear in the real-time topics within the monitoring time, and respectively marking the webpage times, the real-time visiting number and the corresponding comment number of the topics as CSi, RSi and SLi; by the formulaObtaining influence analysis coefficients Xi of real-time topics within monitoring time, wherein a1, a2 and a3 are all preset proportionality coefficients, and a1 is larger than a2 and larger than a3 is larger than 0; comparing the influence analysis coefficient of the real-time topic in the monitoring time with an influence analysis coefficient threshold value:
if the influence analysis coefficient of the real-time topic in the monitoring time is not less than the influence analysis coefficient threshold value, judging that the influence of the corresponding real-time topic is large, and marking the corresponding real-time topic as a hot topic; if the influence analysis coefficient of the real-time topic in the monitoring time is smaller than the influence analysis coefficient threshold value, judging that the influence of the corresponding real-time topic is small, and marking the corresponding real-time topic as a cold topic; sending the hot topic and the cold topic to a server;
the public opinion judging unit comprises the following judging processes:
collecting the number of persons who are negotiated corresponding to historical topics in the network and the active time of the historical topics, comparing the number of persons who are negotiated corresponding to the historical topics in the network and the active time of the historical topics with a threshold of the number of persons who are negotiated and a threshold of the active time, and if the number of persons who are negotiated corresponding to the historical topics in the network exceeds the threshold of the number of persons who are negotiated and the active time of the historical topics is less than the threshold of the active time, marking the corresponding historical topics as negative historical topics; if the number of the persons to be discussed corresponding to the historical topics is smaller than the threshold value of the number of the persons to be discussed, and the active time length of the historical topics is larger than the threshold value of the active time length, marking the corresponding historical topics as front historical topics; respectively extracting keywords from the negative historical topics and the positive historical topics, and constructing a negative keyword set and a positive keyword set;
extracting keywords of the hot topics and the cold topics, and if the keywords corresponding to the hot topics are consistent with the subsets in the negative keyword set, marking the corresponding hot topics as negative hot topics; if the keywords corresponding to the hot topics are consistent with the subsets in the front keyword set, marking the corresponding hot topics as front hot topics; if the keywords corresponding to the cold topic are consistent with the subsets in the negative keyword set, marking the corresponding hot topic as a negative cold topic; if the keywords corresponding to the cold topic are consistent with the subsets in the front keyword set, marking the corresponding hot topic as the front cold topic; sending the negative hot topic, the positive hot topic, the negative cold topic and the positive cold topic to a server;
the effect analysis process of the effect analysis unit is as follows:
acquiring the growth speed of the real-time participated talkaround people on the front hot topic and the duration in the network, and comparing the growth speed of the real-time participated talkaround people on the front hot topic and the duration in the network with a growth speed threshold and a duration threshold respectively:
if the growth speed of the number of people participating in the talks in real time of the front hot topic is greater than the growth speed threshold value and the duration in the network is greater than the duration threshold value, judging that the network transmission efficiency of the corresponding front hot topic is qualified, generating a transmission efficiency qualified signal and sending the transmission efficiency qualified signal to a server;
if the growth speed of the number of people participating in the talkings on the front hot topic is smaller than the growth speed threshold or the duration in the network is smaller than the duration threshold, judging that the network transmission efficiency of the corresponding front hot topic is unqualified, generating a signal with unqualified transmission efficiency and sending the signal with unqualified transmission efficiency to a server; after receiving the signal with unqualified propagation efficiency, the server sends the corresponding front hot topic to the adjusting and controlling unit, the adjusting and controlling unit enlarges the corresponding value of the limited flow of the corresponding front hot topic, and increases the pushing times of the front hot topic.
2. The system according to claim 1, wherein the monitoring process of the platform monitoring unit is as follows:
collecting a transshipment network platform corresponding to the front cold question, marking the corresponding transshipment network platform as k, wherein k is a natural number larger than 1, collecting the number of the registered user terminals of the transshipment network platform, the number of the received negative comments and the daily average generated flow value, and respectively marking the number of the registered user terminals of the transshipment network platform, the number of the received negative comments and the daily average generated flow value as ZSLk, JCPk and LLZk; and analyzing to obtain a credibility analysis coefficient Ck of the transshipment network platform, and comparing the credibility analysis coefficient of the transshipment network platform with the credibility analysis coefficient:

the passive platform and the active platform corresponding to the front cold topic are sent to a server; after the server receives the front cold topic, the corresponding passive platform and the positive platform, a reprint adjusting signal is generated and sent to the adjusting control unit, after the adjusting control unit receives the reprint adjusting signal, time limit increasing is carried out on the reprint interval duration corresponding to the negative platform of the front cold topic, and the active platform reprint interval duration of the front cold topic is shortened.
