Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of the embodiments of the disclosure are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the present disclosure. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an information push method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the present embodiment is suitable for a situation where a user enters a sleep state while watching a live shopping mall and misses a desired purchase of a commodity, and the method may be implemented by an information push apparatus, which may be implemented by software and/or hardware, and may be generally integrated in a mobile terminal device installed with a live shopping app. Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the method specifically includes the following steps:
s110, when the fact that the user enters a sleep state in the process of watching the target shopping live broadcast room is detected, the sleep time point of the user is obtained.
Along with the gradual rise of shopping live broadcast, the anchor carries out real-time show of putting on the shelf to commodity in the shopping live broadcast room to carry out direct communication and exchange with the buyer, make the buyer can acquire commodity information fast, the audio-visual commodity material object of looking over greatly promotes user's shopping experience. The shopping live broadcast room is a network live broadcast room mainly used for displaying and selling commodities.
It can be understood that, due to work, a user usually watches a live shopping room at night or before sleeping, and easily goes to sleep when not seeing the commodities required by the anchor to introduce himself due to drowsiness during watching the live shopping room. At this time, when the user subsequently wakes up and wants to quickly view the subsequent commodities in the previous live broadcast room, the commodity information cannot be traced back because live broadcast playback is not generated or the shopping live broadcast room is not concerned.
In view of the above problems, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the state of the user after entering the live shopping room is detected in real time, so that when it is determined that the user enters the sleep state, the sleep time point of the user is recorded in time, the commodity information displayed on the shelf after the sleep time point in the current live shopping room is automatically recorded, and when the user gets up or reopens any live shopping room the next day, the recorded commodity information is pushed to the user, so as to help the user to quickly trace back the required commodity information, and the shopping experience of the user is improved.
Whether the user enters the sleep state or not can be judged by whether the user starts the sleep mode or whether the user generates interactive operation behavior within a period of time. Specifically, after a user enters a target shopping live broadcast room, if commodity information capable of being displayed is not acquired, a sleep mode can be manually selected to be started; when detecting that the user starts the sleep mode, the client may determine that the user enters the sleep state. Or, if the interactive operation of the user is not detected all the time within a period of time after the user enters the target shopping live broadcast room, the user can be considered to enter the sleep state.
Further, after the user is determined to enter the sleep state, the sleep time point of the user is recorded; for example, an on time point of the sleep mode may be determined as a sleep time point of the user; or, the occurrence time point of the last interactive operation after the user enters the target shopping live broadcast room can be determined as the sleep time point of the user.
And S120, determining an unviewed time interval according to the sleep time point and the end time point of the target shopping live broadcast.
The end time point of the target shopping live broadcast room can be the closing time point of the target shopping live broadcast room, and can also be the time point after the last commodity shelf display in the target shopping live broadcast room is finished. In this embodiment, a time interval between the sleep time point of the user and the end time point of the target shopping live broadcast may be used as the unviewed time interval of the user.
S130, obtaining at least one target commodity displayed on the shelf in the unviewed time interval in the target shopping live broadcast room.
In this embodiment, the goods displayed on the shelf corresponding to the starting time point of the unviewed time interval and the goods displayed on the shelf after the goods may be determined as the target goods.
In addition, it can be understood that in each shopping live broadcast, the goods displayed on shelves usually have a stricter display time interval on shelves. Therefore, the unviewed time interval and the display time interval of each commodity in the target shopping live broadcast room can be matched and compared, so that the commodity of which the display time interval is within the unviewed time interval is obtained as the target commodity.
And S140, generating purchase prompt information matched with each target commodity, and pushing the purchase prompt information to the user.
The purchase prompt information can include purchase links of all target commodities and play links of live broadcast playback corresponding to the target commodities; alternatively, it may be a presentation link including a commodity list of each target commodity.
In this embodiment, after determining a plurality of target commodities that a user does not watch in a target shopping live broadcast room, purchase prompt information corresponding to each target commodity may be generated; when the time range of getting up of the user is detected, the purchase prompt information can be immediately pushed to the user; alternatively, the purchase prompt message may be pushed to the user upon detecting that the user re-enters the live shopping software.
Furthermore, after receiving the push information, the user can select to view the push information by clicking. After detecting the click selection of the user on the push information, the client can automatically open shopping live broadcast software and automatically display a target commodity list; the user can preview each target commodity in the target commodity list, select a required target commodity, and perform operations such as consulting of detailed commodity information, viewing of commodity explanation, purchasing of commodities, and the like.
In the embodiment, the purchase prompt information of the commodity which is not watched in the target shopping live broadcast room at last is pushed to the user, so that the user can be prevented from manually searching the corresponding shopping live broadcast room and the corresponding commodity, and unnecessary consumption of network flow can be avoided.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the disclosure, when the fact that a user enters a sleep state in the process of watching a target shopping live broadcast room is detected, a sleep time point of the user is obtained; further determining an unviewed time interval according to the sleep time point and the end time point of the target shopping live broadcasting room; further, a plurality of target commodities displayed on shelves in the unviewed time interval in the target shopping live broadcast room are obtained, purchase prompt information matched with each target commodity is generated, and the purchase prompt information is pushed to the current user; by recording and pushing commodities in a shopping live broadcast room missed by the user during sleep, the user can be helped to quickly trace back the required purchased commodities, unnecessary network flow consumption can be avoided, and the shopping experience of the user is improved.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, the obtaining at least one target product displayed on the shelf in the unviewed time interval by the target live shopping mall may include: acquiring a program list of the target shopping live broadcast room in the user watching time period; and matching the unviewed time interval with the program list to obtain at least one target commodity of which the live broadcast shelf-loading time is positioned in the unviewed time interval.
Wherein, the live broadcast shelf-loading time of different commodities is recorded in the program list.
It can be understood that in a shopping live broadcast room, there is usually a program list of the live broadcast; the program list generally includes commodities to be shown on shelves, live broadcast shelf time corresponding to each commodity, detailed commodity information corresponding to each commodity, purchase links, sale prices, and the like. The user can preview the commodity information in advance by checking the program list, and find whether the interested commodities are included in the live broadcast, so that whether the interested commodities are left in the live shopping room or leave the live shopping room temporarily is judged, and when the live broadcast shelf-loading time of the interested commodities is reached, the interested commodities return to the live shopping room again.
In this embodiment, the unviewed time interval of the user and the live broadcast shelving time of each commodity in the program list can be sequentially matched to determine the target commodity of which the live broadcast shelving time is located in the unviewed time interval, so that the target commodity can be accurately judged, and the target commodity obtaining efficiency can be improved.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another information pushing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which is a further refinement of the foregoing technical solution, and the technical solution in this embodiment may be combined with one or more of the foregoing implementations. Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the method specifically includes the following steps:
s210, if the fact that the user starts the sleep mode in the process of watching the target shopping live broadcast room and does not exit the target shopping live broadcast room is detected, it is determined that the user enters the sleep state in the process of watching the target shopping live broadcast room.
In the embodiment, after the user is detected to enter the target shopping live broadcast room, the displayed commodity information of the target shopping live broadcast room can be detected; further, if the displayable commodity information is not acquired, for example, a commodity information button is not detected, the user may be prompted whether to start the sleep mode; alternatively, the sleep mode activation option may be presented in real time in the targeted shopping live room. If the fact that the user selects to start the sleep mode and does not exit the current target shopping live broadcast room is detected, at the moment, the fact that the user enters the sleep state in the process of watching the target shopping live broadcast room can be determined.
In this embodiment, the starting condition of the sleep mode is detected in real time during the process that the user watches the target shopping live broadcast room, so as to determine whether the user enters the sleep state during the process of watching the target shopping live broadcast room, and the confirmation accuracy of the sleep state can be improved.
And S220, acquiring the sleep time point of the user.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, the acquiring the sleep time point of the user may include:
s221, acquiring a starting time point when the user starts the sleep mode, and detecting whether a user operation behavior is generated in a target shopping live broadcast room after the user starts the sleep mode;
if yes, executing S222; if not, S223 is executed.
In one scenario, the user may not be able to enter the sleep state immediately after starting the sleep mode, but rather continue to watch the live shopping mall for some period of time. Therefore, after determining that the user starts the sleep mode, the current system time may be recorded as the start time point of the sleep mode, and in the next period of time, the user operation behavior, such as commodity browsing or purchasing, may be detected in real time to obtain the actual sleep time point of the user.
S222, determining the occurrence time point of the last user operation behavior as the sleep time point of the user;
and if the user operation behavior is successfully detected after the starting time point of the sleep mode, recording the occurrence time of each user operation behavior. Further, the real-time detection of the user operation behavior is continued until no user operation behavior is detected within a preset time period, for example, 10 minutes, after the occurrence time point of the recorded user operation behavior of one time, and the live broadcast of the current commodity in the target shopping live broadcast room is not finished, the user operation behavior of the time can be determined as the last user operation behavior, and the occurrence time of the last user operation behavior is recorded as the sleep time point of the user.
S223, determining the starting time point as the sleeping time point of the user;
in another case, if no user behavior operation is detected within a preset time period after the user starts the sleep mode, at this time, the on time of the sleep mode may be directly determined as the sleep time point of the user.
In this embodiment, after the sleep mode is started, the user operation behavior of the user in the target shopping live broadcast room is detected in real time to acquire the actual sleep time point of the user, so that the accuracy of the acquired sleep time point of the user is improved.
And S230, determining an unviewed time interval according to the sleep time point and the end time point of the target shopping live broadcast.
S240, obtaining at least one target commodity displayed on the shelf in the unviewed time interval in the target shopping live broadcast room.
And S250, generating purchase prompt information matched with each target commodity, and pushing the purchase prompt information to the user.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the disclosure, if it is detected that the user starts the sleep mode in the process of watching the target shopping live broadcast room and does not exit the target shopping live broadcast room, the user is determined to enter the sleep state in the process of watching the target shopping live broadcast room, further, the starting time point when the user starts the sleep mode is obtained, and whether user operation behaviors are generated in the target shopping live broadcast room or not is detected after the user starts the sleep mode; if so, determining the occurrence time point of the last user operation behavior as the sleep time point of the user; if not, directly determining the starting time point as the sleeping time point of the user; further determining an unviewed time interval according to the sleeping time point of the user and the end time point of the target shopping live broadcast room; the method comprises the steps of obtaining a plurality of target commodities displayed on shelves in a non-watching time interval in a target shopping live broadcast room, generating purchase prompt information matched with each target commodity, pushing the purchase prompt information to a current user, determining whether the user enters a sleep state or not according to the starting condition of the user on the sleep mode, determining the sleep time point of the user according to the starting time point of the sleep mode and the occurrence time point of the operation behavior of the user, achieving accurate determination of the sleep state of the user, accurately obtaining the sleep time point of the user, improving the accuracy of the purchase prompt information pushed to the user, and further improving the shopping experience of the user.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, the pushing the purchase prompting information to the user may include: if the user is determined to start the message pushing authority, pushing summary prompt information to the user when the predicted getting-up time of the user is detected; and responding to the user selection of the summary prompt message, and displaying the purchase link of each target commodity and/or the live playback segment sub-item.
The method comprises the steps that a user getting-up time point can be predicted according to time information of a user-set getting-up alarm clock; for example, the user sets a wake-up alarm clock to 7: 30, the predicted time to get up for the user may be determined to be 7: 30, of a nitrogen-containing gas; or, considering the user's bed-staying time, the user's bed-staying time can be jointly predicted according to the user's set up alarm clock time, the delay time of the bed-staying alarm clock, and the time when the user turns off the bed-staying alarm clock; for example, the user sets a wake-up alarm clock to 7: 30, and two 10-minute delay rings were performed, respectively, to end up in a 7: 50 turn off the wake up alarm, the predicted wake up time of the user may be determined to be 7: 50.
in this embodiment, after detecting that the user starts the message pushing authority, the purchasing link of each target commodity can be determined according to the commodity information in the target shopping live broadcast room; furthermore, the complete live playback can be segmented according to the live broadcast shelf-loading time of each target commodity, so as to obtain a live playback segment corresponding to each target commodity. Or after the live broadcast of each shopping live broadcast room is finished, the live broadcast playback segment corresponding to each commodity displayed on the shelf in the live broadcast is usually automatically generated; therefore, the live playback segment corresponding to the target commodity can be directly acquired. Finally, the purchase link of each target commodity and the corresponding live playback segment (or the playing link of the live playback segment) are stored in a list form, and the access path of the list is generated and added to the summary prompt information.
It should be noted that, after the purchase prompting information corresponding to the target product is generated, if it is determined that the user has authorized the target shopping live broadcast room to correspondingly apply the corresponding message push authority, the corresponding summary prompting information, for example, "click soon, see which product you like best at last and night" can be generated according to the purchase prompting information. Further, after the fact that the user clicks the selection summary prompt information is detected, the target shopping live broadcast room application is automatically opened, and the purchase links and the corresponding live broadcast playback segments of the target commodities are displayed in a itemized mode.
In this embodiment, after the user is determined to start the message pushing authority, the summary prompt information is pushed to the user at the predicted getting-up time of the user, so that when the user gets up the next day after watching the target shopping live broadcast, the corresponding summary prompt information can be pushed to the user in time, the user can be helped to trace back commodities quickly, and the pushing timeliness of the summary prompt information can be improved.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, the pushing the purchase prompting information to the user may further include: if the user is determined not to start the message pushing authority, providing a commodity information button for the user when the user is detected to enter any live broadcast room; and responding to the selection of the user to the commodity information button, and displaying the purchase link of each target commodity and/or the live playback segment sub-item.
If it is determined that the user does not start the message pushing authority, the purchase prompting information cannot be directly sent to the user, and the corresponding relation between the user and the corresponding target commodity list can be recorded. Furthermore, when the user is detected to log in the application next time and enters any one shopping live broadcast room, the corresponding commodity information button can be displayed in the current shopping live broadcast room. And when the selection of the user on the commodity information button is detected, displaying a target commodity list corresponding to the user so as to display the purchase links of the target commodities and the corresponding live playback segments in a itemized manner.
In this embodiment, under the condition that the message push permission of the user cannot be obtained, the purchase prompt information of the target commodity is pushed to the user in a manner of a commodity information button in the live broadcast room, so that the purchase prompt information corresponding to the unviewed commodity can be pushed to the user in time in various scenes, and the purchase prompt information can be pushed in time.
Fig. 3A is a schematic flow chart of another information pushing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which is a further refinement of the foregoing technical solution, and the technical solution in this embodiment may be combined with one or more of the foregoing implementations. Specifically, referring to fig. 3A, the method specifically includes the following steps:
s310, detecting whether the user meets a light sleep condition in real time, and if so, continuously detecting whether the user meets a deep sleep condition.
In this embodiment, it may be determined whether the user enters a sleep state by detecting a sleep mode of the user. Wherein, the sleep mode of the user can comprise a light sleep mode and a deep sleep mode; the light sleep mode refers to the state that the mental state of the user is intuitive, creative, reminiscent and fantasy; deep sleep mode, which refers to an unconscious state of deep sleep when the physiological parameters of the user fall to the lowest point of the day.
Wherein the light sleep condition is a preset judgment condition of the light sleep mode; correspondingly, the deep sleep condition is a preset judgment condition of the deep sleep mode; for example, a light sleep condition may be that, for a period of time (e.g., ten minutes), no interactive action by the user has occurred; a deep sleep condition, which may be that no interoperation behavior occurs for a longer period of time (e.g., thirty minutes); it is also possible that the context awareness parameter (e.g., state information of the device, gravity change or displacement information, etc.) satisfies a preset parameter threshold.
Optionally, the physiological parameters of the user, such as heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, pulse and other human parameters, collected by the wearable device may be further used to set the corresponding shallow sleep condition and deep sleep condition, for example, the shallow sleep condition and the deep sleep condition may be set to different physiological parameter ranges respectively, so as to accurately determine the sleep mode of the user. In the present embodiment, neither the light sleep condition nor the deep sleep condition is specifically limited.
In this embodiment, the sleep mode of the user may be detected in real time, and if it is detected that the user meets the light sleep condition, it may be determined that the user meets the light sleep mode; further, judging whether the user meets a deep sleep condition; if so, it may be determined that the user is currently entering the deep sleep mode.
And S320, if the user is determined to meet the deep sleep condition, generating interference watching prompt information and providing the interference watching prompt information for the user.
The interference viewing prompt information can comprise a prompt voice and a prompt interface. In this embodiment, if it is determined that the user satisfies the deep sleep condition, a prompt voice or a prompt interface may be provided to the user, and whether the user really enters the sleep state may be determined according to feedback of the user for the prompt voice or the prompt interface.
It should be noted that, if it is determined that the user does not satisfy the deep sleep condition, the operation of detecting whether the user satisfies the light sleep condition in real time is returned to be executed. If the user currently meets the light sleep condition but still does not meet the deep sleep condition, detecting whether the user meets the light sleep condition in real time again to realize the continuous detection of the sleep mode of the user until the user meets the deep sleep condition.
Furthermore, if the user feedback generated by the user for the interference viewing prompting information is detected, the operation of detecting whether the user satisfies the deep sleep condition is returned to be executed. Wherein, if the user gives corresponding user feedback for the provided interference viewing prompt information; for example, if interactive feedback is given for the prompt voice or the prompt interface is manually closed, which indicates that the user does not really enter the sleep state at present, the user is detected again whether the user meets the deep sleep condition until the user does not generate corresponding feedback for the given interference watching prompt information.
S330, if the user feedback generated by the user aiming at the interference watching prompt information is not detected, determining that the user enters a sleep state in the process of watching the target shopping live broadcast room.
In this embodiment, if the user does not generate any user feedback with respect to the disturbing viewing guidance information provided by the client, it may be determined that the user enters a sleep state in the targeted shopping live room.
The advantages of the above arrangement are: by setting the multi-level sleep mode judging condition, whether the user successfully enters the sleep state or not is determined, and the judging accuracy of the sleep state is improved.
And S340, acquiring the sleep time point of the user.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, the acquiring the sleep time point of the user may include:
s341, obtaining a detection time point when the user is detected to meet the light sleep condition last time;
s342, detecting whether the user generates user operation behavior in the target shopping live broadcast room after the detection time point;
if yes, executing S343; if not, S344 is executed. In this embodiment, after it is determined that the user successfully enters the sleep state, a detection time point when the last user meets the light sleep condition may be first obtained, and it is determined whether the user has performed a user interaction operation in the target shopping live broadcast room after the detection time point. If it is determined that there is a user interaction operation, it is determined that the detection time point is not the sleep time point of the user, and if it is determined that there is no user interaction operation detected after the detection time point, it may be directly determined that the detection time point is the sleep time point of the user.
S343, determining the occurrence time point of the last user operation behavior as the sleep time point of the user;
if at least one user operation behavior of the user after the detection time point is detected, the occurrence time point of the last detected user operation behavior can be determined as the final sleep time point of the user.
And S344, determining the detection time point as the sleep time point of the user.
In the embodiment, the determination accuracy of the sleep time point of the user is further improved by jointly determining the sleep time point of the user according to the detection time point when the user meets the light sleep condition and the occurrence time point of the user operation behavior after the detection time point.
And S350, determining an unviewed time interval according to the sleep time point and the end time point of the target shopping live broadcast.

And S370, generating purchase prompt information matched with each target commodity, and pushing the purchase prompt information to the user.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the disclosure, the sleep mode of the user is judged in multiple stages through the light sleep condition and the deep sleep condition, so that whether the user enters the sleep state in the process of watching the target shopping live broadcast room is accurately judged, and the accuracy of judging whether the user enters the sleep state is improved; furthermore, the sleep time point of the user is determined together according to the detection time point when the user meets the light sleep condition and the occurrence time point of the subsequent user operation behavior, and the acquisition accuracy of the sleep time point of the user is further improved.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, the foregoing technical solution may further include: and stopping the continuous playing of the target shopping live broadcast room.
In this embodiment, after it is determined that the user enters a sleep state in the process of watching the target shopping live broadcast room, the target shopping live broadcast room can be automatically closed for the user, and consumption of network traffic and electric quantity in a night sleep scene of the user can be reduced.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3B, when a user enters a live shopping room, if commodity information that can be displayed is not acquired, the user may be automatically reminded whether to start a sleep mode. If the user selects "yes", an instruction S1 is sent to the server: for identifying that a user has turned on a sleep mode; and when detecting a user operation (e.g., a product browsing, a purchase operation, etc.), sends an instruction S2: the method is used for identifying the user operation behavior after the sleep mode is started; if the user operation behavior is not detected, when the user exits the shopping live broadcast room, sending an instruction S3: the system is used for identifying that the user exits the shopping live broadcast room; otherwise, returning to execute the real-time detection operation of the user operation behavior. It is understood that, when there are multiple user operation behaviors, an instruction S2 corresponding to each user operation behavior may be generated and sent to the server.
Further, if the user does not start the sleep mode, monitoring the sleep state of the user; if it is monitored that the user attempts to enter the sleep mode, an instruction S4 is sent: for identifying that the user enters a light sleep mode; and when the user operation behavior is detected, sending an instruction to the server side S5: the method is used for identifying the user operation behavior after the user enters the light sleep mode. Wherein, the time when the server receives the last S5 command is the occurrence time point of the last user behavior operation.
If the user operation behavior is not detected, judging whether the user enters a deep sleep mode, and if so, generating voice or prompting the user through an interface; if not, returning to judge whether the sleep state is monitored. Further, if the user does not respond to the prompt voice and the prompt interface, the current target shopping live broadcast room is automatically exited, and an instruction S6 is sent: for identifying that the user enters a sleep state. And if the user makes a response to the prompt voice and the prompt interface, returning to judge whether the user enters the deep sleep mode. The content of each instruction may be preset, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, the server may determine occurrence time points corresponding to different operation behaviors and different sleep states of the user according to the system time when receiving each type of instruction, and may accurately acquire the sleep time points of the user.
In one implementation of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3C, if the user turns on the push authorization, it is determined whether the waking time point of the user is predicted; if yes, the user can be immediately pushed with purchase prompt information when the predicted getting-up time point is reached; as shown in fig. 3d (a), the purchase prompting message is displayed on the display screen of the user, and the server is synchronously instructed to S7: the method is used for identifying the pushing of the purchase prompt information to the user. After the user clicks the push message, an Application (APP) is opened immediately, and a target commodity list is automatically entered, as shown in fig. 3d (b); the user can browse commodity information intuitively through the target commodity list, preview target commodities which are not watched in the target shopping live broadcast room at last night, select favorite commodities to look up, watch live broadcast playback, purchase and the like.
If the user does not authorize the push authority, or the getting-up time point of the user is not predicted, it may be waited that the user opens the APP and enters any one live broadcast room, and obtain whether there is displayable commodity information in the live broadcast room, if so, as shown in fig. 3d (c), a commodity information button is displayed in the live broadcast room, and a synchronous instruction S7 is sent to the server: for instructing the display of the merchandise information button to the user. When the user clicks the goods information button, entering a goods list as shown in fig. 3d (b); and if the information of the displayable commodities is determined to be unavailable, no processing is carried out.
