The integrated modules/units of the electronic device 1 may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium if they are implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as separate products. The block chain is a novel application mode of computer technologies such as distributed data storage, point-to-point transmission, a consensus mechanism, an encryption algorithm and the like. A block chain (Blockchain), which is essentially a decentralized database, is a series of data blocks associated by using a cryptographic method, and each data block contains information of a batch of network transactions, so as to verify the validity (anti-counterfeiting) of the information and generate a next block. The blockchain may include a blockchain underlying platform, a platform product service layer, an application service layer, and the like.
With reference to fig. 1, the memory 12 in the electronic device 1 stores computer-readable instructions to implement a card issuance monitoring method, and the processor 13 can execute the computer-readable instructions to implement:
receiving a rights issue request, and extracting a card and ticket batch from the rights issue request;
traversing a preset database based on the coupon batches to obtain a traversal result;
if the traversal result is that the preset database does not contain the card batch, performing security verification on the rights and interests user in the rights and interests issuing request;
if the right user passes the security verification, performing allowance inspection on the card information in the right issue request to obtain an inspection result;
generating card and coupon getting information of the equity user according to the inspection result;
and carrying out abnormal identification on the card and ticket receiving information to obtain an identification result.
Specifically, the processor 13 may refer to the description of the relevant steps in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1 for a specific implementation method of the computer readable instructions, which is not described herein again.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the modules is only one logical functional division, and other divisions may be realized in practice.
The computer readable storage medium has computer readable instructions stored thereon, wherein the computer readable instructions when executed by the processor 13 are configured to implement the steps of:

if the traversal result is that the preset database does not contain the card batch, performing security verification on the rights and interests user in the rights and interests issuing request;

generating card and coupon getting information of the equity user according to the inspection result;
and carrying out abnormal identification on the card and ticket receiving information to obtain an identification result.
The modules described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as modules may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment.
In addition, functional modules in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional module.

receiving a rights issue request, and extracting a card and ticket batch from the rights issue request;
traversing a preset database based on the coupon batches to obtain a traversal result;
if the traversal result is that the preset database does not contain the card batch, performing security verification on the rights and interests user in the rights and interests issuing request;
if the right user passes the security verification, performing allowance inspection on the card information in the right issue request to obtain an inspection result;
generating card and coupon getting information of the equity user according to the inspection result;
and carrying out abnormal identification on the card and ticket receiving information to obtain an identification result.
2. The method for monitoring issuance of cards and tickets according to claim 1, wherein said traversing the preset database based on said card batch to obtain a traversal result comprises:
acquiring a preset template;
writing the card and ticket batch into the preset template to obtain a regular expression;
running the regular expression based on the preset database to obtain a running result;
and if the operation result does not contain any batch information, determining the traversal result as that the preset database does not contain the card batch.
3. The method for monitoring issuance of card and ticket of claim 1, wherein the security verification of the rights and interests user in the rights and interests issue request comprises:
identifying a generating system of the rights issue request;
acquiring the access number of the rights and interests user accessing the generating system in a preset time period;
calculating the access frequency of the rights and interests user to access the generation system based on the preset time period and the access number;
if the access frequency is less than the preset frequency, acquiring an access equipment number used when the rights and interests user accesses the generating system;
detecting whether the number of the access equipment is changed;
and if the access equipment number is not changed, determining that the rights and interests user passes the verification.

The method for monitoring issuance of a card and ticket of claim 1, wherein the card and ticket information includes a card and ticket identification and a card and ticket amount, and the performing the allowance check on the card and ticket information in the right issue request to obtain the check result includes:
extracting the card information from the rights issue request, and determining the card corresponding to the card identifier as a target card;
detecting a preset card issuing library based on the card identifier to obtain issuing information of the target card;
if the issuing information is that the target card and the ticket are issued, acquiring the remaining number of the cards and the tickets corresponding to the target card and the ticket from a preset card and ticket stock library;
if the remaining number of the coupons is larger than the preset number, acquiring the total remaining amount corresponding to the target coupons from the preset coupon stock library;
and if the total amount of the remaining money is larger than or equal to the money of the card ticket, determining the checking result as that the target card ticket passes the verification.
5. The method for monitoring issuance of a card ticket according to claim 1, wherein the generating of the card ticket retrieving information of the equity users according to the check result comprises:
generating a response result of the rights issue request according to the check result;
monitoring the receiving operation of the equity user to the response result;
and when it is monitored that the rights and interests user executes the receiving operation on the response result, card and coupon receiving information of the rights and interests user is generated according to the receiving operation.
6. The method for issuing and monitoring the card and ticket as claimed in claim 1, wherein the performing the abnormal recognition on the card and ticket getting information to obtain the recognition result comprises:
counting the number of first coupons in the coupon receiving information;
if the number of the first coupons is larger than the preset number, carrying out aggregation processing on the same coupons in the coupon receiving information to obtain aggregated information;
counting the aggregation times of the aggregation information based on the coupon obtaining information;
and if the aggregation times are larger than the preset number, determining the identification result as abnormal pickup.
7. The card issuance monitoring method according to claim 1, further comprising:
if the identification result is the abnormal reception, extracting the user identification code of the rights and interests user from the rights and interests issuing request;
generating alarm information according to the user identification code, the coupon batch and the identification result;
and sending the alarm information to the generating system.
8. A card issuance monitoring apparatus, comprising:
the extracting unit is used for receiving the right issue request and extracting the card and ticket batch from the right issue request;
the traversing unit is used for traversing a preset database based on the coupon batches to obtain a traversing result;
the verification unit is used for performing security verification on the right users in the right issue request if the traversal result indicates that the preset database does not contain the card and ticket batch;
the verification unit is further configured to perform allowance verification on the ticket information in the right issue request to obtain a verification result if the right user passes the security verification;
the generating unit is used for generating card and ticket receiving information of the rights and interests user according to the checking result;
and the identification unit is used for carrying out abnormal identification on the card receiving information to obtain an identification result.
9. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises:
a memory storing computer readable instructions; and
a processor executing computer readable instructions stored in the memory to implement the card issuance monitoring method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium characterized by: the computer-readable storage medium stores therein computer-readable instructions which are executed by a processor in an electronic device to implement the card issuance monitoring method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
