Based on a set of databases containing conventional relevant knowledge points, the AI intelligent interactive system can intelligently solve most of the questions posed by the audience.
2. For a few questions which cannot be solved immediately, the system feeds back to experts in the venue in time, prompts the audience to pay attention to the public number of the venue, and displays answers to the audience through the public number after the experts solve the questions. Thus, any question posed by the exhibitor may be answered satisfactorily, whether or not there is a ready answer in the database.
3. The intelligent interactive exhibition system can identify the attributes of the ages, sexes and the like of the audiences through the cameras so as to provide the audiences with interesting answers according to the big data analysis result.
4. For the exhibitors visiting on site, interested exhibition areas and interested exhibits can be known by the fixed artificial intelligence interactive exhibition system near the entrance of the exhibition hall, and the interested exhibition areas can be reached and the interested exhibits can be found quickly according to the guidance given by the artificial intelligence interactive exhibition system.
5. For the online exhibitor, a mobile phone or a computer can be used for being connected with the communication module of the artificial intelligent interactive exhibition system through the Internet. After entering the system, the online exhibitor can also know any exhibition area and any exhibit of the exhibition through the artificial intelligent interactive exhibition system as the on-site exhibitor.

Because the artificial intelligent interactive exhibition system has visually perceptible pictures and texts, images, selection buttons and the like and is provided with the auditorially perceptible voice interaction function, the artificial intelligent interactive exhibition system is as if a special interpreter is provided for a field visitor, and the labor cost is reduced; as for the exhibitors visiting on line, the exhibitors are just as personally on the scene, and are interconnected with the artificial intelligent interactive exhibition system through a mobile phone or a computer to share various exhibition information and data provided by a cloud server, a database and an artificial service.

According to the artificial intelligent interactive exhibition system, the exhibitions can be played without leaving a family, so that expenses of the exhibitors for the exhibition such as travel expenses and traffic expenses are reduced, and the problems of travel fatigue, queue waiting and the like are avoided. More importantly, under the condition that new crown diseases are abused, the gathering of people is reduced, and the method is favorable for public health and epidemic prevention and control.
8. Although the artificial intelligence interactive exhibition system according to the embodiment of the application is developed for various exhibitions, the system is completely applicable to commodity exhibition of malls, supermarkets and online stores from the aspect of application.

Claims (15)

1. An artificial intelligence interactive exhibition system, comprising:
the reception module comprises a face recognition module, a voice communication module and a wireless communication module, when the face of the exhibitor enters a preset position of the artificial intelligent interactive exhibition system or the exhibitor accesses the system through the Internet, the exhibitor is asked in a voice and screen display mode to inquire interested exhibition areas and exhibits, and the option is prompted to be selectively communicated by using the voice or be selected on a touch screen;
the human-computer interaction module is used for searching corresponding answers in the database according to question options provided by the reception module or questions put forward by exhibitors at any time, answering the questions of the exhibitors in a voice and text display mode, and converting the questions into manual service under the condition that the answers cannot be found; and
the personalized service module is used for carrying out detailed online display on a certain exhibition area or a certain exhibit, searching corresponding answers in the database according to questions provided by exhibitors, answering the questions of the exhibitors in a voice and text display mode, and converting into manual service under the condition that the answers cannot be found.

The artificial intelligence interactive exhibition system of claim 1, further comprising a shape recognition module which acquires image signals of exhibitors passing through a predetermined area through a camera and recognizes a position, an age, and a sex of the human face according to the image signals.
3. The artificial intelligence interactive exhibition system of claim 1, further comprising a knowledge question-answer interaction module, said knowledge question-answer interaction module forming a ranking list of the question-answer situation of the exhibitor and informing the exhibitor in a voice and display way.
4. The artificial intelligence interactive exhibition system of claim 1, further comprising an immersive interaction module, said immersive interaction module wearing an exhibit of accessories or living goods on the image of the exhibitor or putting the image of the exhibitor in the use environment of the exhibit.
5. The artificial intelligence interactive exhibition system of claim 1, further comprising a character interaction module for making the humanoid sculptural exhibits change in simulation of changes in body shape and expression of the exhibitor or follow the exhibitor's actions.
6. The artificial intelligence interactive exhibition system of claim 1, further comprising an information query module between said reception module and said human-computer interaction module, said information query module providing more graphic, animation, video information about the exhibits to the exhibitor.
7. The artificial intelligence interactive exhibition system of claim 1, further comprising a database culture module, said database culture module collecting information from artificial services and storing the collected information as entries into a database.
8. The artificial intelligence interactive exhibition system of claim 1, further comprising a queuing and shunting module between said human-computer interaction module and said personalized service module, when there are other audiences behind the exhibitor, advising the exhibitor friendly to the chance of participation of other audiences, and displaying a two-dimensional code, asking the exhibitor to view the information of this exhibition item by scanning the code; and when no other audience exists behind the exhibitor, prompting the exhibitor to participate in the subsequent personalized service exhibition.

The artificial intelligence interactive exhibition system of claim 1, wherein the functions of said face recognition module include capturing images of exhibitors through a camera, sending the captured images of exhibitors to a public cloud AI face detection API, determining the exhibitor's face location, age, gender.
10. The artificial intelligence interactive exhibition system of claim 1, wherein said voice recognition module comprises a microphone, a speaker and voice recognition processing software therebetween.
11. The artificial intelligence interactive exhibition system of claim 10, wherein the functions of the voice recognition module include collecting exhibitor languages with a microphone, transmitting the collected exhibitor language data to an AI public cloud, calling a language recognition semantic understanding API, converting the voices to texts, calling information of corresponding exhibits from a database and displaying on a screen.

The artificial intelligence interactive exhibition system of claim 3, wherein the knowledge question-answer interaction module comprises a question database, exhibitors extract randomly, show question-answer questions one by one, judge right-wrong answers of exhibitors, count performance and display a ranking list.
13. The artificial intelligence interactive exhibition system of claim 4, wherein the immersion interaction module functions include capturing the exhibitor's images through a high definition camera, invoking an AI face detection API, invoking an AI model for portrait segmentation, the segmented exhibitor portrait composited with the exhibits to make the exhibitor see himself immersed in the cultural relic scene.

The artificial intelligence interactive exhibition system of claim 5, wherein the character interaction module detects main key points on the human body through the human skeleton key point AI model, controls corresponding key points of the human-shaped exhibits using the detected human key points, and realizes that the famous sculpture and the exhibitor human body take the same posture.

The artificial intelligence interactive exhibition system of claim 1, wherein the artificial services include, when the question posed by the exhibitor has no answer in the database, prompting the exhibitor to pay attention to the public number, informing the exhibitor that the question posed by the exhibitor will be answered by the expert and pushed to the exhibitor by the WeChat, pushing the question to the expert by the WeChat, saving the answer to the database after the expert answers, and pushing the answer to the exhibitor by the WeChat.
