Abstract
The invention discloses a detection device of an alternating current charging pile tester. The invention comprises the following steps: the automatic detection package is used for loading test data to simulate faults existing in the alternating-current charging pile so as to detect the fault diagnosis function of the alternating-current charging pile tester, wherein the test data is any one of the following data: controlling guide analog data, semaphore analog data, environment analog data and GPS data; and the power loop is used for simulating the working power of the alternating-current charging pile and the charging power of the electric automobile so as to detect the electrical performance test function of the alternating-current charging pile tester. The invention solves the technical problems that the detection result of the alternating current charging pile tester in the related technology is lower in authority and credibility because no corresponding effective means exists for detection.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electric automobile charging, in particular to a detection device of an alternating current charging pile tester.
Background
Charging pile is an important infrastructure for green trip, and has been vigorously promoted and developed in recent years. Along with the development of charging pile construction, the requirement for developing field tests on the already-put-into-operation charging piles is higher and higher. Timely and effective field test work plays an important role in guaranteeing normal work of the charging pile and timely eliminating safety and fault hidden dangers. Especially, alternating-current charging stake, power is big, and the structure is complicated, and the frequency of use is high, therefore its fault rate is also higher. This provides more requirements for field testing of the ac charging post.
In the related art, the field test work of the alternating-current charging pile is generally completed by using equipment such as an alternating-current charging pile tester and the like, and the electrical performance and interoperability test is carried out. When the instruments are tested, the instruments need to work under high current and high voltage, and the influence on equipment is large.
At present, there is not effectual means to the detection of alternating-current charging stake tester, only developed the calibration work of measuring accuracy, but then do not develop to the detection of the health status of function and equipment, also lack corresponding instrument, this accuracy that just can't guarantee alternating-current charging stake tester test result, on the other hand, the alternating-current charging stake tester needs at the field work at present, the service environment of field test is comparatively abominable, lead to the fault rate high, the test work of filling the stake has been influenced greatly. Thereby affecting the authority and credibility of the detection result.
In view of the above problems in the related art, no effective solution has been proposed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a detection device of an alternating-current charging pile tester, which aims to solve the technical problems that the authority and the credibility of a detection result of the tester are low because no corresponding effective means exists in the detection of the alternating-current charging pile tester in the related technology.

Further, the power circuit includes: the high-precision alternating current load is used for simulating the charging power of the electric automobile and sending a charging signal according to the charging power; and the alternating current test power supply is used for receiving the charging signal and simulating the working power of the alternating current charging pile to provide test power for the detection of the alternating current charging pile tester after receiving the charging signal.
Further, the alternating current test power supply is also used for simulating whether the alternating current charging pile provides a corresponding protection mechanism when the alternating current charging pile has an electrical fault, and detecting the protection mechanism, wherein the protection mechanism corresponding to the electrical fault is at least one of the following: the system comprises an output short circuit protection mechanism, an over-temperature protection mechanism, an emergency stop protection mechanism, a contactor adhesion protection mechanism, an electric leakage protection mechanism, a door opening protection mechanism and a power supply input power loss protection mechanism.
Further, the automatic detection package includes: the control guidance circuit testing module is used for simulating a control guidance circuit of the alternating-current charging pile and setting a preset step to provide control guidance simulation data, wherein the preset step is at least one of the following steps: the method comprises the steps of connection confirmation of an alternating-current charging pile and an electric vehicle, preparation of the alternating-current charging pile, starting and charging of the alternating-current charging pile, charging ending, charging connection control sequence testing, CC disconnection testing, CP grounding testing, loss of continuity of a protective grounding conductor, output overcurrent testing, disconnection switch testing and CP circuit voltage limit testing.
Further, the automatic detection package further comprises: the external signal testing module is used for simulating the semaphore simulation data received by the alternating-current charging pile so as to test the input function of the alternating-current charging pile tester, wherein the semaphore simulation data is at least any one of the following semaphore data: entrance guard signal data, emergency stop signal data and electronic lock signal data.
Further, the automatic detection package further comprises: the environment testing module is used for providing environment simulation data and GPS data, wherein the environment simulation data at least comprises a temperature signal and a humidity signal of the current charging environment.
Further, the power of the high-precision alternating current load is 7kw, and the voltage is 220V.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the detection device of the alternating current charging pile tester is provided.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a detection device of an ac charging pile tester according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the invention comprises the following parts: automatic detection packet, power loop.
Specifically, the automatic detection package is used for loading test data to simulate a fault existing in the alternating-current charging pile so as to detect a fault diagnosis function of the alternating-current charging pile tester, wherein the test data is any one of the following data: control guidance analog data, semaphore analog data, environment analog data, and GPS data.
Specifically, the power loop is used for simulating the working power of the alternating-current charging pile and simulating the charging power of the electric automobile so as to detect the electrical performance test function of the alternating-current charging pile tester.
