Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments in the present application without any creative effort belong to the protection scope of the present application.
With the explosion of the internet industry, data and traffic begin to gather towards data centers, and in recent years, the network scale of data centers is getting larger and larger, and the data centers can be seen from the construction of large/ultra-large data centers. In the 5G era, the data aggregation situation is further aggravated, and under the large background, how to continue to improve the large-scale benefits of the data center and how to solve the problems of operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and automation of the heterogeneous network of the ultra-large cloud computing center are challenges faced by architects of each data center.
The switch, as a network device, can connect multiple devices to a computer network and forward data to a destination by means of packet switching. The switch has many ports, and these ports are identified by MAC address, that is, hardware address of network card, so as to achieve the function of data exchange.
The reliable application of radiator fan can not be left in the stability of current switch, consequently when production processing switch, also need verify the fan, verifies whether it is the yields. In the prior art, whether a fan is normal or not is mainly judged by judging whether a fan abnormal log exists or not, generating a temperature alarm log and judging whether an indicator lamp is correct or not. The method only judges whether the fan works or not so as to judge whether the fan is normal or not, but because the data center switch usually corresponds to different switches, the types of the used fans may be different, and hardware information of the fan, such as the type and the like, cannot be detected only through the working state. When the fans enter the existing network, hardware information of the fans needs to be compared one by one manually, and a large amount of manpower is wasted.
Therefore, how to comprehensively detect the information of the fan is a problem to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.
The core of the application is to provide a method, a device and a medium for detecting the information of the switch fan.
In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the disclosure, the following detailed description will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for detecting switch fan information according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s10: after receiving an instruction for detecting fan information, reading hardware information of each fan and fan state information of a switch; reading the fan status information of the switch includes: and reading the log information and the fan indicator light state of the switch.
In step S10, when the processor receives the instruction to detect the fan information, the hardware information and the status information of all the fans in the switch are read. The hardware information may be a model, a category, a serial number, and the like of each fan. In this embodiment, the log information of the switch and the status of the fan indicator light indicate all fans, which represents the overall status of all fans, for example, if the information of one fan is inconsistent, the status of the fan indicator light is a failure status, which indicates that the overall fan of the switch is not detected.
S11: and judging whether the hardware information is consistent with standard hardware information prestored in the database or not, and the fan state information meets the preset condition, if so, entering the step S12, and if not, entering the step S13.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the database is established in advance, and the database at least includes hardware information of each fan. In a particular implementation, the database should also include the IP address of the switch through which the data center can access the switch. Certainly, the database may further include the number of the fans, and when the hardware information of the fans is compared, the number of the read fans may also be compared, and it is determined whether the hardware information of all the fans is read, and whether the fan slot position of the switch is empty. When determining whether the hardware information of the fans is consistent, it may be determined whether the information such as the model and the type of each fan is consistent, or it may be determined whether the numbers of the fans are consistent. When judging whether the fan state information meets the preset condition, the method can judge whether the log information of the fan abnormity and/or the temperature abnormity is read or not, and can also judge whether the fan indicating lamp is lightened or not. It is to be understood that when all the hardware information of all the fans and the fan status information all conform to the specifications, the process proceeds to step S12, the information detection of the switch fan is confirmed to be passed, and if any one does not conform to the specifications, the process proceeds to step S13, and the detection is confirmed to be failed.
S12: confirming that the detection passed.
S13: confirming the detection failure.
It will be appreciated that in implementations, upon failure of the validation check, the processor may issue an alarm signal, the setting of which may vary depending on the information that is not in compliance. For example, if the hardware information of the fan is inconsistent with the hardware information in the database, the detection fails, and a first alarm signal is sent, which may be a control indicator lamp flashing. If the state information of the fan does not meet the preset condition, a second alarm signal is sent, and the buzzer can be controlled. Therefore, technicians are prompted timely when the fan information detection fails. Of course, the result of the detection may also be visualized by a display device. When the detection fails, the hardware information of the failed fan is sent to the display device, and technicians can conveniently locate the failed fan.
According to the switch fan information detection method provided by the embodiment of the application, after the instruction for detecting the fan information is received, all fans in the switch are subjected to information acquisition, the acquired hardware information of the fans is compared with standard hardware information stored in a database in advance, whether the fan state information of the switch meets a preset condition or not is judged, if the hardware information is consistent and the fan state information meets the preset condition, the detection is confirmed to be passed, and if not, the detection is confirmed to be failed. Compared with the prior art, whether work judgment detects whether to pass through the fan only, adopt this technical scheme, carried out comprehensive detection to the hardware information and the state information of fan, avoided the fan to get into the present net back simultaneously, need the artifical condition of comparing fan information, reduced manpower resources's waste, improved the comprehensiveness to fan information detection.
In the above embodiment, the hardware information of the fans is not limited, and in the present embodiment, reading the hardware information of each fan includes:
and reading the model, the on-site information, the PN and the SN of each fan.
In this embodiment, after the fans are inserted into the corresponding card slots, the processor may read hardware information of the fans, where the hardware information includes model numbers, in-place information, Serial Numbers (SNs), and Part Numbers (PNs) of the fans. It will be appreciated that standard hardware information for the fan has been entered in advance in the database. When comparing the hardware information of the fan, whether the model, the PN and the SN of the fan are consistent or not is compared, and whether the fan is on the corresponding card slot or not is also judged. When the standard hardware information of the fan is input into the database, the standard hardware information of the fan can be input manually, and a code scanning gun scanning mode can be adopted, wherein the standard hardware information of the fan reduces the material cost, and the code scanning gun scanning mode is more convenient and fast, so that the consumption of human resources is reduced.
The switch fan information detection method provided by the embodiment of the application reads the model, the in-place information, the PN and the SN of each fan when the hardware information of the fan is read, not only judges whether the model, the PN and the SN of the fan meet requirements or not, but also judges whether the fan is arranged on the card slot or not, and whether the number of the fans meet requirements or not, and can judge whether the fan is arranged at a corresponding position or not through mutual association, so that the comprehensive detection of the hardware information of the fan is realized.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, in this embodiment, the determining whether the fan state information satisfies the preset condition includes:
and judging whether log information of fan abnormity and/or temperature abnormity exists or not, and judging that the state of the fan indicating lamp is green.
It can be understood that the log information and the status of the fan indicator light represent the status of all fans of the switch as a whole, and in this embodiment, when the log information of the fan abnormality and/or the temperature abnormality is not read and the status of the fan indicator light is green, it is determined that the status information of the fan satisfies the preset condition. Of course, in other embodiments, the fan indicator light may not be turned on to indicate that the fan status information meets the preset condition, and compared with this, the prompting method of the embodiment is more striking and easier for a technician to distinguish.
According to the switch fan information detection method provided by the embodiment of the application, whether the fan state information meets the preset condition or not is judged by judging whether the log information of the fan abnormity and/or the temperature abnormity exists or not and judging whether the fan indicating lamp state is green, so that the technician can conveniently check the fan state information.
In the above embodiment, the detection of the state information of the whole fan is realized by reading the log information of the switch and the state of the fan indicator light. However, in the specific implementation, the rotation speed of the fan determines the heat dissipation capability of the switch, and during the test, whether the rotation speed of the fan meets the requirement cannot be verified by simply reading the log information with abnormal temperature. Therefore, on the basis of the above embodiment, in this embodiment, reading the fan status information of the switch further includes:
reading the current rotating speed of each fan;
further, determining whether the fan status information satisfies a preset condition further includes:
reading the temperature information of each single board in the switch;
calling target temperature information with the highest temperature in the temperature information;
calculating the current standard rotating speed of each fan according to the corresponding relation between the target temperature information and the rotating speed of each fan;
judging whether the difference between the current standard rotating speed and the current rotating speed of each fan does not exceed a threshold value, and if so, confirming that the fan state information meets the preset condition; if not, confirming that the fan state information does not meet the preset condition.
It can be understood that in the switch, the rotation speed of the fan should change with the change of the highest temperature in the switch, and in this embodiment, the standard rotation speed of the fan at the current moment is calculated according to the temperature information at the highest temperature of the single board. The correspondence between the temperature and the fan speed should be calculated by a calculation formula, which is usually provided by the heat dissipation engineer and stored in the database in advance in the specific implementation. The rotation speed difference in this embodiment may be a difference value, that is, a difference value between the current rotation speed and the current standard rotation speed; or a percentage, that is, after the PWM value of the fan is set, the difference between the current rotation speed of the corresponding fan and the current standard rotation speed is divided by the current standard rotation speed. Compared with the former, the percentage form is more accurate, and the method can be suitable for testing in different temperature environments.
The switch fan information detection method provided by the embodiment of the application can be used for detecting the rotating speed of the fan besides reading the log information and the states of the indicating lamps, so that the condition that the rotating speed of the fan does not meet the requirement due to the fact that no log information with abnormal temperature is generated during detection caused by the temperature environment problem is avoided. The comprehensiveness of fan information detection is further improved.
In a specific implementation, on the basis of the above embodiment, in this embodiment, if any one of the hardware information of the fan does not match the standard hardware information pre-stored in the database, all the hardware information of the corresponding fan is sent to the display device.
According to the switch fan information detection method provided by the embodiment of the application, when any one item of hardware information is inconsistent with the standard hardware information in the database, all the hardware information of the fan is displayed to a technician, so that the technician can conveniently locate the fan with problems.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, in this embodiment, if the difference between the current standard rotation speed and the current rotation speed of each fan is not greater than the threshold, the hardware information corresponding to the fan whose rotation speed difference exceeds the threshold is sent to the display device.
The method for detecting the fan information of the switch, provided by the embodiment of the application, displays the information of the fan with the rotating speed difference not meeting the requirement to a technician, and is convenient for positioning and replacing the fan.
In the implementation, when the confirmation detection fails, the hardware information of the fan may not match the information in the database, for example, the fan is installed incorrectly, the contact is not firm, and the like. It is also possible that the fan status information does not comply with a predetermined condition, such as a difference in rotational speed exceeding a threshold value. For the former problem, the technician may only need to reinsert the fan to restore to normal; for the latter problem, the fan may need to be replaced or the program modified. In order to more clearly prompt the technician of the reason for the detection failure, on the basis of the above embodiment, in this embodiment, the method further includes:
if the hardware information is uneven and is consistent with standard hardware information stored in a database in advance, a first alarm signal is sent;
and if the fan state information does not meet the preset condition, sending a second alarm signal.
In this embodiment, the first alarm signal and the second alarm signal should be in a form convenient for the technician to distinguish, for example, the first alarm signal is an indicator light flashing, and the second alarm signal is a buzzer buzzing.
According to the switch fan information detection method provided by the embodiment of the application, when the detection fails, the reason of the failure is converted into different alarm signals, so that a technician can conveniently confirm the problem and distinguish the severity of the failure.
In the foregoing embodiments, the switch fan information detection method is described in detail, and the present application also provides embodiments corresponding to the switch fan information detection apparatus.
