Description

Sealing device for pressure scanning valve
Technical Field
The invention mainly relates to the technical field of pressure scanning valves, in particular to a sealing device for a pressure scanning valve.
Background
Pressure scanning valves are very popular in the aerospace field. The pressure scanning valve is a multi-channel pressure scanning valve formed by integrating an intelligent pressure sensor component with a small embedded data acquisition system. The pressure measuring device belongs to high-performance pressure measuring equipment, is used for measuring the pressure of the dry non-corrosive gas in multiple channels, and is applied to wind tunnel tests, various aircrafts, engine tests and the like. The atmospheric pressure value measured by the pressure scanning valve can show temperature drift characteristics along with temperature change, and in order to compensate the temperature drift characteristics and improve the measurement accuracy of the pressure scanning valve, a large number of pressure scanning calibration experiments are required.
The sealing device is used as key equipment for pressure scanning calibration experiments, and the consistency of the gas sealing performance, the temperature and the internal temperature of the constant temperature and humidity test box can directly influence the calibration effect and the measurement precision of the pressure scanning valve. Meanwhile, the sealing device is placed inside the constant temperature and humidity test box, an operator needs to realize pressurization and ventilation (particularly, temperature exchange with gas inside the constant temperature and humidity test box) of the sealing device through simple and convenient operation outside the constant temperature and humidity test box, and convenience of sealing and gas exchange of the sealing device is also particularly important.
That is, in the current pressure calibration experiment of the pressure scanning valve, the sealing device needs to be pressurized with air from outside, which makes it difficult to ensure the air tightness of the sealing device in the high-temperature and high-pressure environment. At low temperature-40 deg.c and high temperature over +50 deg.c, high pressure (maximum pressure may reach 3.0 MPa) may result in insufficient air tightness of the sealing device, resulting in pressure inside the sealing device. Meanwhile, because no gas exchange exists between the sealing device and the constant temperature and humidity test box, when the temperature of the constant temperature and humidity test box reaches the preset experimental value, the temperature value detected by the temperature sensor in the sealing device is still far from the preset value of the constant temperature and humidity test box, and the precision index of the experiment is greatly influenced.
From the above, the technical problems in the current field are as follows: (1) poor sealing performance of the sealing device; (2) The synchronization of the sealing device and the internal temperature of the constant temperature and humidity test box cannot be realized.
The existing pressure scanning valve sealing device adopts a cuboid box body structure. The structure of the box body consists of the box body and a sealing end cover (a cable, a serial port line and a PU hose interface are arranged on the end cover). In the experiment, the pressure scanning valve to be detected is placed in the box body, the end cover (without a sealing ring) is covered, and the pre-tightening method is to fasten by adopting four M4 bolts and compress four threaded rods for the second time. The sealing device is placed in a constant temperature and humidity test box, and the cable, the serial port line and the PU hose can be led out through a sealing hole of the constant temperature and humidity test box and are connected with external experimental equipment. The data acquisition and calibration experiments of all channels of the pressure scanning valve under different temperature points and different pressures are realized by pressing external equipment and setting the temperature of a constant temperature and constant humidity test box.
This conventional approach suffers from the following disadvantages:
1. in the existing pressure scanning valve sealing device, a box body and a sealing end cover are directly fastened by bolts, and then are secondarily compressed by four threaded rods. When high-low temperature and high-pressure experiments are carried out, the sealing effect of the sealing device is poor, and air leakage easily occurs at the sealing surface; and the PU hose can not meet the experiment requirement in low temperature resistance, the root of the PU hose is broken, and the pressure of gas pumped into the sealing device by the pressurizing device can not reach a preset value.
2. During the experiment, the temperature in the sealing device can not reach the temperature value that constant temperature and humidity test box set up, and the two temperature values are far away, can directly influence the data that calibration experiment gathered.
