In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the outer fire holes 511 are arranged along the axial direction of the outer fire cover 51 to form a combustion net 512 in a honeycomb shape, and the combustion net 512 is covered on the top of the outer ring premixing chamber 411 of the air distributor.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the extending direction of the outer fire holes 511 is arranged in parallel along the axial direction of the outer fire cover 51, and the outer fire holes 511 are arranged at intervals on the outer fire cover 51 to form a combustion net 512, thereby forming an infrared burner.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, there are three air distribution disk outer ring premixing chambers 411, which are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the air distribution disk main body 41, and the air distribution disk outer ring premixing chambers 411 are respectively in a spiral trumpet shape and extend from the center of the air distribution disk main body 41 to the edge of the air distribution disk main body 41.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the air distributor plate assembly 4 further comprises a flow distribution plate 42 spaced apart from the air distributor plate outer ring premix chamber 411, wherein the flow distribution plate 42 extends from the center of the air distributor plate main body 41 to the edge of the air distributor plate main body 41.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the flow equalizing plate 42 extends radially along the profile of the premixing chamber 411 outside the gas distributor, so that the gas in the premixing chamber 411 outside the gas distributor diffuses along the extending direction of the flow equalizing plate 42, thereby improving the uniformity of the diffusion of the gas.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the gas distribution plate assembly 4 further comprises a flow distribution plate 43 sandwiched between the combustion net 512 and the gas distribution plate main body 41, and the flow distribution plate 43 is connected to the gas distribution plate main body 41 and is provided with through holes 431 at intervals.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the uniform flow disk 43 is disposed between the combustion net 512 and the gas distribution disk main body 41 and has an annular structure, and the pressure of the central air flow closer to the gas distribution disk main body 41 is higher and lower, so that the uniform flow disk 43 is disposed near the center of the gas distribution disk main body 41, the uniform flow disk 43 is provided with through holes 431, and after the mixed gas enters the gas distribution disk outer ring premixing chamber 411, a part of the mixed gas diffuses outward along the uniform flow plate 42, and the other part of the mixed gas diffuses upward uniformly through the through holes 431, so that the mixed gas is more uniform when reaching the combustion net 512.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the upper inlet burner further comprises a central inlet pipe 6 or a dry-burning prevention device, the center of the burner base and the center of the gas distribution plate assembly 4 are respectively provided with a mounting hole, and the central inlet pipe 6 or the dry-burning prevention device is arranged in the mounting hole. The chassis 2 is provided with a central gas channel 25, and the central gas inlet pipe 6 is communicated with a gas supply pipeline through the central gas channel 25.

The upper air inlet burner comprises a burner base, an air distribution plate assembly 4 and a fire cover assembly 5. The outer ring is arranged on the base body 1 of the furnace end base and penetrates the upper portion 11 of the pipe and the inner ring is arranged on the upper portion 12 of the pipe, the outer ring is formed by connecting the upper portion 11 of the pipe with the base plate 2 through the outer ring, the inner ring penetrates the upper portion 12 of the pipe and is connected with the base plate 2 to form the inner ring, the thickness of the furnace end base is greatly reduced, and further the thickness of the whole upper air inlet burner is reduced. The burner base is matched with the gas distribution disc main bodies 41 of different types to form the upper air inlet burners of different types, the interchangeability is good, the cost is saved, and the production efficiency is improved.

the outer ring injection pipe upper portion (11) is installed on the base body (1) to form an outer ring injection pipe, the inner ring injection pipe upper portion (12) is installed on the base body (1) to form an inner ring injection pipe, the outer ring injection pipe is communicated with the air supply pipeline through the outer ring air inlet (21), and the inner ring injection pipe is communicated with the air supply pipeline through the inner ring air inlet (22).

the air distribution disc assembly (4) comprises an air distribution disc main body (41) connected to the base main body (1), the air distribution disc main body (41) is provided with an air distribution disc outer ring premixing chamber (411) and an air distribution disc inner ring air passage (412), the air distribution disc outer ring premixing chamber (411) is communicated with the base outer ring air passage (13), and the air distribution disc inner ring air passage (412) is communicated with the base inner ring air passage (14); and
