Description

Two-stage runner air water taking method and device for efficiently humidifying regenerated air
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of adsorption type air water taking, in particular to a two-stage runner air water taking method and device for efficiently humidifying regenerated air.
Background
At present, with the increasingly prominent environmental and energy problems, many countries and regions face a severe shortage of fresh water resources. While approximately 70.8% of the earth's surface is covered by water, fresh water resources account for only 3% of the total water storage. More than 68% of the water exists in frozen soil or polar regions in the form of glaciers, and about 30% of the water is distributed and evacuated as groundwater. Meanwhile, the water use problem caused by the imbalance of water resource distribution is more prominent, so that the effective method for improving the current water use situation is of great significance. Because the air has more sufficient vapor, the mode of adopting the air to get the water has great potential. The water taking from the air has high environment-friendly performance, and the liquid water taken from the air does not influence the water circulation in the nature, because the circulation regeneration capacity in the nature is strong, the water vapor lost in the air can be continuously supplemented. In addition, the air water taking technology has better adaptability, can be applied to vast inland regions, regions with dry climate, islands and the like, and is suitable for relieving the problem of shortage of fresh water resources facing the world at present.
The method for taking water from air by using the rotating wheel is proposed in recent years, and because the adsorbent in the rotating wheel simultaneously performs the adsorption process and the regeneration process in the adsorption area and the regeneration area respectively, a continuous water taking mode is formed, so that the method has great application potential. Compared with the water taking method in the form of the traditional adsorption bed, the runner air water taking method can shorten the water taking period to a greater extent, achieve the purpose of taking water instantly and meet the requirement of sustainable water use.
The conventional single-stage runner air water taking system mainly comprises a heater, a runner, a fan, a condenser, a liquid storage container and the like, as shown in fig. 5. The environmental air enters the adsorption area of the rotating wheel under the action of the fan, and the water vapor in the environmental air is adsorbed by the adsorbent and then is discharged out of the system; the regenerated air enters the heater to absorb heat under the action of the fan, enters the regeneration area of the rotating wheel to perform the desorption process of water vapor on the adsorbent after reaching a certain temperature, the humidity of the regenerated air is increased, the regenerated air enters the condenser to perform the condensation process, and then the liquid water generated in the condensation process is collected by using the liquid storage container, so that the process of taking water from the air of the single-stage rotating wheel is completed. The runner is used as a core component in a single-stage runner air water taking system, and water vapor of ambient air is transferred into regeneration air mainly by virtue of an adsorbent, so that the humidity of the regeneration air is increased to improve the water taking capacity. When the single-stage rotating wheel utilizes low-grade heat sources such as solar energy, geothermal energy and the like with relatively low temperature, as the regenerated air changes in a form close to an isenthalpic line when passing through the rotating wheel, the temperature drops rapidly, so that the water vapor transmission mass of the regenerated air is greatly reduced along with the increase of an axial coordinate, and the water vapor remained in the adsorbent cannot be effectively regenerated. Meanwhile, the ambient air of the single-stage runner can have the conditions of humidity reduction and temperature rise in the process, the adsorption quantity of the adsorbent and the humidification performance of the air in the regeneration process are influenced, and the factors cause that the water taking effect of the single-stage runner air water taking system is poor.
In the above system, there is a need to improve the current single-stage rotating wheel air water taking system, and a heat source is added in the middle part of the rotating wheel regeneration area to solve the problem that the adsorbent in the latter half section of the rotating wheel cannot be effectively regenerated, so that the system has strong adaptability, and the water taking effect is improved when the regeneration temperature is higher or relatively lower during operation, so as to expand the utilization of the low-grade heat source with a larger heat source temperature range.
