second supporting strips (9-4) are arranged on the base plate and close to the first supporting strips, the two second supporting strips are connected into a whole through third supporting strips (9-5), second clamping blocks (9-6) facing outwards are arranged on the second supporting strips, connecting portions (9-7) are arranged on the third supporting strips and correspond to the first threaded holes, and the bolts penetrate through the first threaded holes and are rotatably connected with the connecting portions;
arc-shaped supporting strips (9-8) are arranged on the two sides of the bolt on the base plate, the arc-shaped supporting strips are positioned on one side, back to the first supporting strips, of the base plate, one ends of the arc-shaped supporting strips are connected with the base plate, and the other ends of the arc-shaped supporting strips are connected with the vertical parts;
the second supporting strip and the third supporting strip are elastic supporting strips;
first clamping grooves (9-9) are formed between the corresponding first supporting strips and the corresponding second supporting strips, the two first bulges are arranged corresponding to the two first clamping grooves, and second clamping grooves (7-4 a) are formed in the positions, corresponding to the second clamping blocks, of the first bulges.

the clamping piece is an elastic clamping piece;
and a second clamping groove (7-4 a) is formed in the position, corresponding to the first clamping block, of the first bulge.
