Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cleaners, in particular to a belt cleaner and a belt conveyor using the same.
Background
The sweeper is one of the main parts of a belt conveyor, and in order to prevent dust emission in the process of conveying materials and meet the requirements on production technology, most of conveyed materials need to keep certain water content, for example, the water content of coal conveying belts of many power plants is about 12%, so that the water-containing materials are bound on the belts, and the water-containing materials are scattered continuously after colliding with return rollers in the process of running the belts if not cleaned.
The existing sweeper mostly adopts a rigid scraper, when attachments adhered to a belt conveyor belt are mixed with hard stones, the stones easily cause impact abrasion to a blade part of a scraper blade body, a gap or a rolling edge of the blade part of the scraper blade body can be caused for a long time, the use effect of the scraper blade is influenced, and the service life of the scraper blade is reduced.
In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a cleaner, wherein an elastic sheet is provided at the bottom of a blade body as a buffer structure of the blade, when the blade is impacted by a hard object such as stone, the blade transmits the impact to the elastic sheet to cause the elastic sheet to compress, and when the blade vibrates, and when the vibration is transmitted to a belt, the attachment on the belt is simultaneously impacted and vibrated at a certain frequency to be detached.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the utility model provides a belt cleaner, including the cantilever, the pivot that set up relatively, with the articulated pendulum rod in the cantilever outside and set up the scraper blade in the pivot, the both ends of pivot cup joint with the cantilever respectively, the pivot that extends in the cantilever outside has all cup jointed the one end of connecting rod, and the other end and the pendulum rod of connecting rod cup joint, are equipped with the tensioning spring between the one end of keeping away from the cantilever on the pendulum rod and the connecting rod, the scraper blade includes cutter body, and pivot fixed connection's base plate and flexure strip, cutter body and base plate sliding connection, the flexure strip sets up the gap between cutter body and pivot.
After the structure is adopted, the elastic sheet buffers the impact force of hard objects attached to the belt, the direct impact abrasion of the blade part of the cutter body is avoided, and the service life of the blade is prolonged.
Preferably, the vibration machine is arranged on the cantilever, and the output end of the vibration machine is connected with the rotating shaft; the vibrating machine drives the scraper to vibrate through the transmission of the rotating shaft, and the scraper generates vibration cutting force in the vibration process.
Preferably, a pressure-sensitive sensor is arranged in the elastic sheet, and the vibrating machine works when the pressure-sensitive sensor is triggered.
Preferably, the vibration frequency of the vibrator is 20 to 1500 Hz.
Preferably, the base plate is provided with a plurality of kidney-shaped holes, and the cutter body penetrates through the kidney-shaped holes through bolts to be connected with the base plate; the arrangement of the waist-shaped hole enables the cutter body and the base plate to be fixed in the transverse direction, and the cutter body and the base plate have relative movement stroke in the direction.
A belt conveyor applies any one of the belt cleaners, and comprises a belt driving roller and a belt, wherein the belt driving roller drives the belt to advance, and a scraper on the belt cleaner is close to the outer surface of the belt.
Through the arrangement, the belt cleaner can treat attachments on the belt conveyor.
Preferably, two of the belt sweepers are used, respectively called a first sweeper for treating the belt at the end of the conveyor and a second sweeper for treating the belt at the bottom of the conveyor.
Preferably, the scraper of the belt cleaner is disposed along a tangent line of the traveling direction of the belt.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the scraper in the prior art adopts a rigid structure as a whole, when hard objects attached to a belt are treated, the hard objects directly impact the cutting edge of the scraper, or a spring is added, and the spring is compressed to avoid the hard objects when the hard objects impact the scraper, so that the problem of stubborn attachment of the hard objects cannot be effectively solved; and the scraper blade adopts elastic construction among this application, and when hard thing direct impact scraper blade, the cutter body in the scraper blade slides with the base plate relatively, compresses the flexure strip to reach the effect of buffering, slow down the direct contact between hard thing and the scraper blade, reduce the impact wear of scraper blade, improve the life of scraper blade.
2. The vibrating machine is arranged on the rotating shaft and drives the scraper to vibrate at a certain frequency, when attachments on the belt are in direct contact with the scraper, vibration waves of the scraper are transmitted to the attachments, so that the attachments and the belt vibrate relatively, meanwhile, the attachments are cut by the blade part of the scraper, and hard objects which are stubborn and attached to the belt can be removed through the combination of the two modes.
3. In practical application, the proportion of hard matters adhered to the belt in the total amount is low, and unnecessary waste is easily caused by long-time starting of the vibrating machine; therefore, the pressure-sensitive sensor is arranged in the elastic sheet, when a hard object impacts the cutter body, the cutter body extrudes the elastic sheet so as to trigger the pressure-sensitive sensor, and after the information of the pressure-sensitive sensor is fed back, the vibrator is connected with a circuit to work to drive the scraper blade to vibrate.
4. In the prior art, the outer surface of the scraper is of a streamline structure, and after the scraper scrapes annual adherends on the belt, the annual adherends are led out through the streamline profile, but when some adherends with higher viscosity are encountered, the outer side of the scraper still uses certain residues, and the residues are accumulated continuously, so that the scraping effect of the scraper is easily influenced; and the scraper blade has the function of vibration in this application, even be the residue that is stained with on the scraper blade, the residue drops in the middle of the process of vibration, has guaranteed the effect of hanging of scraper blade.
