The backrest lock is characterized by comprising a lock tongue (40), a link mechanism and an operating part for driving the link mechanism to act; the connecting rod mechanism comprises a first connecting rod part (10), a second connecting rod part (20) and a third connecting rod part (30) which are sequentially hinged, and the first connecting rod part (10) and the third connecting rod part (30) can also rotate around another hinged point respectively; when the locking mechanism is in a locking position, the third connecting rod part (30) and the locking bolt (40) are locked in a matched mode, the operating part drives the connecting rod mechanism to act, and the third connecting rod part (30) is separated from the locking bolt (40) along with the operation.
2. Backrest lock according to claim 1, characterized in that the locking tongue (40) is also rotatable about a hinge point corresponding thereto, the hinge axis being parallel to each hinge axis of the linkage mechanism.
3. Backrest lock according to claim 2, characterized in that the locking tongue (40) is provided with a first locking tooth and the third link part (30) with a second locking tooth, the first and second locking teeth engaging when locked.
4. The back lock according to claim 3, wherein the locking bolt (40) is provided with a torsion spring driving the first locking tooth to engage with the second locking tooth, and the torsion spring drives the locking bolt (40) to rotate and unlock when the linkage mechanism is operated to disengage the third link portion (30) from the locking bolt (40).
5. Backrest lock according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one of the first link part (10) and the third link part (30) is provided with a torsion spring preventing rotation in the unlocking direction.
6. Backrest lock according to any of claims 2-5, characterized in that it further comprises a housing, to which said first link portion (10), said third link portion (30) and said bolt (40) are hinged, forming corresponding said hinge points.
7. The backrest lock of claim 6, further comprising a guard plate (90) within said housing, said third link portion (30) and said locking bolt (40) both being hingedly connected to said guard plate.
8. The backrest lock according to claim 6, further comprising a housing for mounting said locking tongue (40), said link mechanism and said cover plate (90), wherein said third link portion (30) and said hinge shaft of said locking tongue (40) have a through hole passing therethrough in the axial direction for inserting a fastening member therethrough and passing through said housing.
9. The backrest lock according to any of claims 1-5, characterized in that the operating part drives the first link part (10) to rotate and drives the second link part (20) to move, which in turn drives the third link part (30) to rotate around its hinge point.
10. A backrest lock as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that it further comprises an indicator member (80), said indicator member (80) being arranged in conjunction with said linkage mechanism or said bolt (40), said indicator member (80) being operable to give an indication of unlocking or locking when unlocked and/or locked.
11. Automobile, including back row seat, characterized in that, back row seat includes at least one back, the back with adjacent the back or with the automobile body through the back lock is connected, be adjacent the back or the automobile body is equipped with the hasp, the spring bolt (40) of back lock can block hasp (B1) with the locking, or break away from hasp (B1) with the unblock.
