the blank holder is arranged at the top of the lower die holder and used for fixing a blank;
the method comprises the following steps:
placing a blank at a corresponding position on the top of the lower die holder, and giving a blank pressing force of the blank pressing ring to fix the blank;
the male die assembly integrally moves downwards until the male die assembly presses the blank into the first-layer parting cavity;
all electromagnets between the middle male die and the outer male die are powered off, the central male die and the middle male die continuously move downwards to press a part of the blank into a second parting cavity, and the outer male die is left in a first parting cavity;
and all electromagnets between the central male die and the middle male die are powered off, the central male die continuously moves downwards to press a part of the blank into a third parting cavity, and the middle male die is remained in the second parting cavity to finish the deep drawing of the blank into a corresponding workpiece.
2. The method of operation of claim 1 wherein said step of deep drawing said blank into a corresponding workpiece is completed and further comprising the steps of:
the central male die moves upwards and returns to a second-layer parting cavity until the central male die and the middle male die are assembled, and all electromagnets between the central male die and the middle male die are electrified;
the central male die and the middle male die integrally move back to a first layer parting cavity until the middle male die and the outer male die are assembled, and all electromagnets between the middle male die and the outer male die are electrified;
and the male die component integrally moves upwards and exits the first layer of sub-cavity, and the workpiece is taken out.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising an upper die holder attached to the top of the central punch, the upper die holder configured to move the central punch up and down.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the upper die base comprises an upper die plate having a retainer plate removably attached to a bottom portion thereof, and the central male die is attached to a bottom portion of the retainer plate.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the upper plate and the fixing plate are connected by countersunk screws.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the central punch is cylindrical or elliptical and the intermediate punch and the outer punch are both circular or elliptical sleeves that mate with the central punch.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the central punch is a multi-faceted cylindrical shape and the intermediate punch and the outer punch are multi-faceted sleeves associated with the central punch.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising a base, wherein the lower die holder is disposed atop the base.
