The above process of the pelvic floor rehabilitation apparatus 100 may include: the rehabilitation instrument main body 10 is firstly processed, and then the individual physiological parameters of the pelvic floor muscles of the human body are obtained, wherein the individual physiological parameters comprise: static physiological parameters and dynamic physiological parameters; comparing the individual physiological parameter with a prestored physiological parameter to obtain rehabilitation compensation data; obtaining individual three-dimensional data (namely an individual three-dimensional model) of the rehabilitation instrument according to the rehabilitation compensation data; and (4) performing personalized processing on the outer sleeve body 20 of the rehabilitation instrument according to the individual three-dimensional data.
The practical conditions of the pelvic floor muscles and fibers of the user can be known through auxiliary examination such as three-dimensional pelvic floor ultrasonic examination, pelvic magnetic resonance imaging examination and the like and pelvic floor muscle force assessment, and related individual physiological parameters can be obtained.
For example, if the auxiliary examination adopts three-dimensional pelvic floor ultrasonic examination, the examination can be performed by an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus and/or a convex array probe, before the examination, the user needs to empty urine in the bladder, firstly perform two-dimensional ultrasonic examination, intercept the bladder lithotomy position image, switch to a three-dimensional reconstruction mode, respectively measure the front and back diameters, the left and right diameters and the area of the pelvic diaphragm fissure hole in the resting and anus contracting states, and repeatedly measure the front and back diameters, the left and right diameters and the area for 3 times to obtain an average value.

And each pelvic floor muscle was specifically analyzed.
Accordingly, the process of personalizing the outer casing 20 of the rehabilitation apparatus may include: digital imaging and medical communication data obtained according to ultrasonic and pelvic magnetic resonance imaging are compared with prestored physiological parameters (namely health standard parameters), rehabilitation compensation data (namely specific pelvic floor muscle parts needing to be repaired) are determined, and an individual three-dimensional model is established according to the rehabilitation compensation data, so that personalized processing is carried out according to the individual three-dimensional model.
Because different human body individual physiological parameters are different, the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument is subjected to individual three-dimensional printing processing according to the individual physiological parameters, and the vagina size and the pelvic floor muscle condition of a user can be matched. In the embodiment of the invention, the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument is obtained by performing three-dimensional modeling and personalized processing according to the individual physiological parameters of the target user, and the personalized rehabilitation data is determined according to the individual physiological parameters of the target user, so that the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument corresponds to the target user, namely the target user. The target user may be, among other things, a normal healthy individual who needs to exercise the pelvic floor muscles, but also an individual with a bulging vagina, and even a patient with pelvic floor dysfunction (e.g. urinary incontinence).
Specifically, a medical staff, an expert or an artificial intelligence system can provide a personalized rehabilitation scheme according to individual physiological parameters of different users, and different personalized rehabilitation data are set for different individuals according to the personalized rehabilitation scheme, for example, electrical stimulation and/or vibration stimulation is planned for a certain target user. Therefore, different individual rehabilitation data can be set according to different pelvic floor muscle conditions of different users, and then the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument is controlled individually, so that the individual customized dedicated pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument is realized. Therefore, the defect that the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument with a general structure causes poor user experience can be avoided, the adjustment is carried out according to different individual conditions, the satisfaction degree of a user is improved, and the using effect of the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument is further improved.
As shown in fig. 10, the embodiment of the invention discloses a control method of a pelvic floor rehabilitation apparatus, comprising the following steps:
and S1, operating the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument according to the control parameters corresponding to the individual rehabilitation data of the target user.
In this embodiment, before performing step S1, the pelvic floor rehabilitation apparatus may acquire the personal rehabilitation data of the target user when receiving the start instruction. Specifically, the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument can acquire the current user identity information using the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument when receiving a starting instruction, and send the current user identity information and a comparison instruction to the server, the server can call the identity information of the target user to compare with the current user identity information after receiving the current user identity information and the comparison instruction, and if the current user identity information corresponds to the identity information of the target user, the server sends the individual rehabilitation data corresponding to the identity information of the target user to the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument. Therefore, the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument can acquire the individual rehabilitation data of the target user from the server in a user identity verification mode.
The pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument can acquire face information, fingerprint information and/or password information and the like of a current user as identity information of the current user, compares the identity information of the current user with identity information of a target user stored in the server, and acquires individual rehabilitation data corresponding to the identity information of the target user if the identity information of the current user corresponds to the identity information of the target user. The server can store a unique Identification (ID) of each ex-factory pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument, and store the ID information of the target user corresponding to each pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument in association with the ID, and the comparison instruction carries the ID of the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument, so that the server can receive the comparison instruction and the current user Identity information sent by any one pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument, and call the corresponding target user Identity information to compare with the current user Identity information.
It should be noted that the correspondence between the current user identity information and the target user identity information is not limited to the case that the two are the same, and may also be the case that the two have a binding relationship. For example, the current user may not be the target user himself, the current user may be an intimate partner having the same individual physiological parameter as the target user, and before that, the identity information of the current user is bound with the identity information of the target user and stored in the server, and the two have a correspondence relationship of link storage. Therefore, when the server compares that the identity information of the current user and the identity information of the target user have the corresponding relation, the individual rehabilitation data of the target user can be sent to the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument for the current user to use. Preferably, the individual rehabilitation data of the target user is sent to the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument only when the identity information of the current user is compared to be matched with the identity information of the target user, namely when the identity information of the current user is the same person as the target user.
Alternatively, the pelvic floor rehabilitation apparatus may be operated periodically according to a set rehabilitation cycle. During an initial rehabilitation period, the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument can be operated by default according to control parameters corresponding to the individual rehabilitation data of the target user, and meanwhile, a signal extraction part of the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument is started to collect physiological feedback signals of the user in the initial rehabilitation period, such as the contraction force, the contraction time and the like of pelvic floor muscles. And from the second rehabilitation period, the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument can combine the physiological feedback signal acquired in the previous rehabilitation period with the individual rehabilitation data of the target user before each current rehabilitation period starts, determine the updated rehabilitation data of the current rehabilitation period, and control the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument to operate according to the control parameters corresponding to the updated rehabilitation data in the current rehabilitation period. By analogy, the physiological feedback signals of the user can be periodically monitored, the pelvic floor muscle exercise condition of the user is tracked, the control parameters of the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument are periodically adjusted, the flexible adjustment requirements of the user are met, the intelligent degree of the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument is also improved, and the user satisfaction is improved.
And S2, when the mobile terminal receives a data modification instruction aiming at the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument input by the mobile terminal user, the mobile terminal acquires the individual rehabilitation data of the target user from the server.
In the embodiment of the invention, the mobile terminal can be a terminal device, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer and the like, which is bound with the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument in advance. And an Application program (APP) is installed on the mobile terminal, so that a user of the mobile terminal can modify and set the personalized rehabilitation data of the target user through the APP on the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal user can be a user of the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument, and can also be a data maintainer, a medical worker or a rehabilitation specialist of the server.
Specifically, in step S2, when the mobile terminal receives a data modification instruction for the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument input by the mobile terminal user, the mobile terminal may further obtain the identity information of the mobile terminal user, and send the identity information of the mobile terminal user and the ID of the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument to which the data modification instruction is directed to the server, the server compares the received identity information of the mobile terminal user with the identity information of the target user, and if the identity information of the mobile terminal user corresponds to the identity information of the target user, feeds back the individual rehabilitation data of the target user corresponding to the ID of the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument to the mobile terminal. Therefore, the security verification can be carried out on the mobile terminal user, and the security of the mobile terminal user can be improved.
And S3, the mobile terminal modifies the individual rehabilitation data according to the data modification instruction to obtain set rehabilitation data, and the set rehabilitation data is transmitted to the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument through the server.
And S4, when the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument receives the set rehabilitation data, updating the individual rehabilitation data of the target user according to the set rehabilitation data.
And S5, operating the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument according to the control parameters corresponding to the set rehabilitation data.
By implementing the steps S1-S5, the user can modify or set the control parameters of the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument through the mobile terminal, so that the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument is more intelligent, and the user satisfaction is further improved.
Optionally, after the step S4 is executed and before the step S5 is executed, the pelvic floor rehabilitation apparatus may transmit updated information to the server; then, the server sends updated information and restart reminding information aiming at the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument to the mobile terminal, for example, the information is pushed by short messages; the mobile terminal can pop up the restart reminding information for the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument on a user operation interface of the mobile terminal, and the user can perform restart operation on the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument after seeing the restart reminding information popped up on the mobile terminal, for example, a specified pressing operation (such as pressing twice or pressing for 30 seconds) is performed through a switch key of the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument to input a restart instruction, and the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument can be restarted when receiving the restart instruction. Correspondingly, step S5 specifically includes: and after the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument is restarted, the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument operates by setting control parameters corresponding to rehabilitation data. So, after the user confirms to restart, the recovered appearance of pelvic floor restarts and refreshes just to carry out new control parameter, can make each use of user not interrupted the disturbance, and then improves user and use experience, and through the criss-cross human-computer interaction between mobile terminal and the recovered appearance of pelvic floor, can make the control mode of the recovered appearance of pelvic floor more intelligent, convenience of customers uses simultaneously.
Optionally, in step S5, the operation of the pelvic floor rehabilitation device in the manner of setting the control parameter corresponding to the rehabilitation data may specifically include: the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument determines at least one target action part and action parameters of each target action part from a plurality of action parts of the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument according to the set rehabilitation data; then setting the action parameters of at least one target action part and each target action part as the control parameters of the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument; and finally, controlling each target action part of the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument to send out corresponding action signals according to the corresponding action parameters.
The action part of the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument specifically includes, but is not limited to, the signal extraction part 112, the electrical stimulation part 113, the heating element 114, or the vibration element 115, and accordingly, the action parameter may be a parameter such as voltage, pulse frequency, temperature, or vibration frequency. At least one target acting part is determined from the plurality of acting parts, and the at least one target acting part may include any one or a combination of more than one of the signal extraction part 112, the electrical stimulation part 113, the heating element 114, and the vibration element 115. Wherein, except that the vibration element 115 only comprises one and acts on the whole pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument, the other signal extraction part 112, the electrical stimulation part 113 and the heating element 114 comprise at least two, and can act on different parts of the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument respectively. Wherein, the recovered appearance of pelvic floor can be provided with the code to each effect portion to can conveniently control each effect portion.
Considering that the pelvic floor of each user comprises a plurality of pelvic floor muscles, the conditions of each pelvic floor muscle are different, a plurality of electric stimulation parts, a plurality of heating elements and/or vibration elements of the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument can be fully utilized, and the action parameters of different action parts are set as control parameters aiming at different pelvic floor muscles. The mode of determining at least one target action part and action parameters of each target action part from the multiple action parts of the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument according to the individual rehabilitation data of the target user can be specifically that the pelvic floor muscle part required to be improved and the degree required to be improved (related to the damaged condition of the pelvic floor muscle) of the target user are determined according to the individual rehabilitation data of the target user, so that the pelvic floor muscle parts required to be improved by the target user can be determined corresponding to the multiple action parts of the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument, at least one target action part can be determined, and corresponding action parameters are given according to the degree required to be improved of the pelvic floor muscle part corresponding to each target action part. Therefore, different stimulation effects can be carried out on different pelvic floor muscles, a more targeted tightening exercise effect is obtained, and the control method of the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument is more personalized, targeted and intelligent.
For example, assuming that the at least one target acting portion includes two electrical stimulation portions 113, one heating element 114 and the vibration element 115, the pelvic floor rehabilitation apparatus may control the electrical stimulation portion 113 to output a stimulation current of a corresponding current value, control the heating element 114 to heat to a corresponding temperature value, and control the vibration element 115 to generate vibration at a corresponding vibration frequency.
In the use, the recovered appearance of pelvic floor controls at least one target effect portion and sends the effect signal to can produce the repeated stimulation effect to user's pelvic floor muscle, make the passive shrink of pelvic floor muscle, effective feedback inhibition sympathetic nerve reflection strengthens neuromuscular sensitivity and excitability, reaches the purpose of carrying out the exercise of compacting to the pelvic floor muscle, and then improves the control urine dysfunction and improves pelvic floor muscle contractility.
Optionally, after the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument controls each target action part of the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument to send a corresponding action signal according to the corresponding action parameter, the mobile terminal can also receive a parameter adjustment instruction input by a mobile terminal user, when the mobile terminal receives the parameter adjustment instruction input by the mobile terminal user, the mobile terminal determines the code and the adjustment parameter of the target action part to be adjusted from each target action part according to the parameter adjustment instruction, then packs the code and the adjustment parameter of the target action part to be adjusted into an adjustment instruction, and sends the adjustment instruction to the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument through the server; and after the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument receives the adjustment instruction, the action parameters of the target action part to be adjusted are adjusted according to the code of the target action part to be adjusted and the adjustment parameters of the target action part to be adjusted, and then the target action part to be adjusted is controlled to send corresponding action signals according to the adjusted action parameters. The target action parts to be adjusted need to send corresponding action signals according to the adjusted action parameters after being adjusted, and the other target action parts except the target action parts to be adjusted still send corresponding action signals according to the original action parameters. Therefore, the user can conveniently control the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument in real time through the mobile terminal, the convenience and the practicability of the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument are further improved, and the viscosity of the user is improved.
Optionally, the pelvic floor rehabilitation apparatus may further record the number of times that the action parameter of each target action portion is adjusted, and if the number of times that the action parameter of any target action portion is adjusted reaches a preset number of times, the pelvic floor rehabilitation apparatus may perform comparative analysis on the adjustment parameter of each adjustment of the target action portion to obtain a common control parameter, and use the common control parameter as a default control parameter of the target action portion, and when the pelvic floor rehabilitation apparatus is started next time, the pelvic floor rehabilitation apparatus directly controls the target action portion to send a corresponding action signal with the default control parameter. Thereby the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument is more intelligent.
