Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a bending adjusting device, a bending adjusting sheath tube and a medical system.
Background
With the improvement of the living standard of people, the incidence rate of cardiovascular diseases is gradually increased. For the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, the treatment process involves the protection of all important organs of the whole body, including brain, spinal cord, lung, liver and other organs, the operation is difficult, the complication occurrence rate is high, and the treatment effect is not ideal. The common treatment mode is that on the basis of the intervention treatment in the aortic cavity, a bracket technology is introduced into trunk surgery, namely, a self-expanding metal bracket is lined at the distal end of an artificial blood vessel, the trunk blood vessel with the bracket is implanted to the distal end of the thoracic descending aorta through an aortic arch incision or a proximal descending aorta incision in an anterograde way through a conveying system, and the proximal end of the trunk artificial blood vessel of the bracket is anastomosed with the reconstructed aortic arch after the release. When the delivery system passes through the aortic arch, the head of the delivery system needs to perform a bending motion to pass smoothly through the aortic arch because the aortic arch is arcuately curved.
Chinese patent application No. 201920119087.2 discloses a stent delivery system, characterized in that the system comprises a conveyor for delivering a stent and a pull wire, the conveyor is provided with a guide head at the front side of the stent and a lumen at the rear side of the stent, the pull wire has a body inner end releasably connected to the outer surface of the guide head and an outer end extending outside the patient, the pull wire between the two ends extends from the outside of the stent back into the lumen, but in such a stent delivery system the pull wire is always in a free state, and during operation, the free pull wire, especially in a tensioned state, runs the risk of damage to cardiac chordae, papillary muscles, leaflets and soft tissues in the heart.
