After the disinfectant flows into the material bearing box 2 through the flow guide pipe 111, when the flow rate of the disinfectant reaches the preset value of the water flow sensor 121, the control module controls the speed reducing motor 123 to work, the output shaft of the speed reducing motor 123 drives the second rotating shaft 124 and the scraper 125 to rotate, in the process that the disinfectant washes the material bearing box 2, the scraper 125 scrapes off the residual vomitus on the material bearing box 2, so that the material bearing box 2 is cleaned, when the flow rate of the disinfectant is smaller than the preset value of the water flow sensor 121, the control module controls the speed reducing motor 123 to stop working, and the scraper 125 stops rotating along with the flow rate.
