Abstract

The invention relates to a heat treatment coil mechanism and heat treatment equipment, belonging to the technical field of heat treatment equipment, wherein the coil mechanism comprises: the electromagnetic coil is used for being correspondingly arranged at the position of a tumor to be thermally treated; the induction coil is arranged on the electromagnetic coil and is used for inducing the magnetic field and/or the magnetic field change condition emitted by the electromagnetic coil; the indicating device is electrically connected with the induction coil and sends an indicating signal when the induction coil induces the magnetic field and/or the change of the magnetic field. The invention has the effect of solving the defects that when a doctor holds the coil for operation, the doctor observes the displayed information on the equipment host machine, the displayed information is inconvenient, the information is easy to miss, and improper operation is caused.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of thermal therapy equipment, in particular to a thermal therapy coil mechanism and thermal therapy equipment with the same.

At present, tumor thermotherapy refers to a therapeutic method for treating tumors by means of heating. Tumor treatment by thermal therapy is also a technique which is expected to have wide medical application prospects and becomes a tumor treatment means besides surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. The tumor thermotherapy heats the whole or local part of a human body by using physical energy, so that the temperature of tumor tissues is raised to an effective treatment temperature and is maintained for a certain time, and the treatment aim of apoptosis of tumor cells and no damage to the normal tissues is fulfilled by using the difference of the temperature tolerance capacities of the normal tissues and the tumor cells.
Common tumor thermotherapy techniques include ultrasound thermotherapy, microwave thermotherapy, radio frequency thermotherapy, magnetic induction thermotherapy, and the like. The magnetic induction thermotherapy is to introduce or target magnetic medium into tumor, and the magnetic medium is heated under the action of external alternating magnetic field during treatment to form shape or target and kill tumor cells. Because of the specificity and high targeting property of the magnetic induction thermotherapy heating, the magnetic induction thermotherapy becomes a hot point for research.
In the related art, when performing magnetic induction thermotherapy, the on-off condition, the operating state, and the like of the coil are displayed on the screen or the display device of the host device. When the coil operation is held to doctor, the demonstration information on the observation equipment host computer again, has inconvenient simultaneously, also misses the information easily, produces the defect of improper operation.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to at least solve the problems that when a doctor holds a coil to operate, the doctor observes displayed information on a device host machine, the displayed information is inconvenient, information is easy to miss, and improper operation is caused. the indicating device is electrically connected with the induction coil and sends an indicating signal when the induction coil induces the magnetic field and/or the change of the magnetic field.
According to the coil mechanism for thermal therapy, the induction coil and the indicating device electrically connected with the induction coil are arranged on the electromagnetic coil, the magnetic field generated by the electromagnetic coil during working is utilized, the induction coil converts the magnetic field into electric energy, an LC filter circuit is formed at the same time, and the indicating device electrically connected with the induction coil sends out a display signal, so that the problems that when a doctor holds the coil to operate, the displayed information on a main machine of the equipment is inconvenient to observe, information is easy to miss, and improper operation is caused are solved.

a device host;
a thermal therapy coil mechanism connected with the device main body, the thermal therapy coil mechanism being according to any one of claims 1 to 8.

As shown in fig. 1, the thermal therapy coil mechanism of the present embodiment includes:
the electromagnetic coil 50 is used for being correspondingly arranged at the position of the tumor to be thermally treated;
the induction coil 10 is arranged on the electromagnetic coil 50, and is used for inducing the magnetic field emitted by the electromagnetic coil 50;
and an indicating device 20, wherein the indicating device 20 is electrically connected with the induction coil 10, and when the induction coil 10 induces a magnetic field, the indicating device 20 sends out an indicating signal.
Specifically, two indicating devices 20 are provided, the two indicating devices 20 are electrically connected to two ends of the induction coil 10 respectively, when the electromagnetic coil 50 is powered on, the electromagnetic coil 50 serves as a transmitting part, the transmitting part vibrates to transmit a magnetic field, the induction coil 10 serves as an induction device, the induction coil 10 converts the induced magnetic field into electric energy, an LC filter circuit is formed at the same time, and the two indicating devices 20 electrically connected to the induction coil 10 are powered on and send out corresponding indicating signals. The electromagnetic effect of the electromagnetic coil 50 is directly utilized to supply energy to the induction coil 10, the working condition of the electromagnetic coil 50 and the current magnetic field condition can be displayed, the indicating signal directly comes from the induction coil 10 and is matched with the actual magnetic field condition one by one, the situation of misinformation can be avoided, the situation that the indicating device 20 is not required to be provided with a power supply independently can be realized, and the work of independently connecting the power can be omitted.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the diameter of the induction coil 10 is set to be in the range of 3-15 mm, which not only can effectively control the whole volume of the coil mechanism, but also can ensure that the coil mechanism can induce a changing magnetic field, so that when the coil mechanism is placed close to the thermal therapeutic apparatus, after the electromagnetic coil 50 is powered on, the electromagnetic coil 50 generates the changing magnetic field to enable the induction coil 10 to generate a voltage to enable the indicator 20 to be powered on, thereby enabling the indicator 20 to send an indication signal, so that a user can know the working state of the electromagnetic coil 50 in real time.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the indicating device 20 is made of a light emitting device, such as a light emitting diode, an LED, etc., and after the light emitting device is powered on and emits a light signal, the user can quickly obtain the light signal due to the faster propagation speed of the light, and the light signal is not easily interfered by the surrounding environment, so that the user can observe the light signal conveniently. A sound producing device or a digital display device may also be used, without limitation.
Referring to fig. 1, the circuit protection device 30 is electrically connected to the induction coil 10, and the circuit protection device 30 and the indicating device 20 are in a series state on the induction coil 10. In some embodiments of the present invention, the circuit protection device 30 includes a capacitor, which has advantages of simple structure and convenient connection, and after being connected to the induction coil 10, the circuit protection device can protect the indication device 20 in the power-on state, and can effectively maintain the stability of the voltage of the induction coil 10 in the alternating magnetic field, thereby greatly reducing the possibility of display distortion of the indication device 20 caused by large amplitude of the magnetic field.
In some embodiments of the present invention, circuit protection device 30 includes a resistor. The closed circuit of the induction coil 10 is protected by adopting the resistor, and when the voltage with larger variation amplitude is generated by the electromagnetic coil 50, the resistor is used as a protection element in the closed circuit, so that the possibility that the indicating device 20 is damaged due to no-load and over-burning can be effectively reduced, and the use reliability and stability of the coil mechanism are improved.
Referring to fig. 1, the alarm device 40 is electrically connected to the induction coil 10, and in some embodiments of the present invention, the alarm device 40 includes a buzzer. The buzzer has the characteristics of long service life, high use stability, convenience in installation, no interference to normal use of other charged equipment in a working state and the like. In addition, when the induction coil 10 is abnormal, the buzzer can immediately send out a sound signal to prompt the user that the coil mechanism is abnormal, so that the user can replace the coil mechanism completely at any time to continuously observe the electromagnetic coil 50.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the coil mechanism for thermal therapy further includes a handle 60 connected to the handle, and a protective cover (not shown in the drawings) is wrapped outside the handle 60, in this embodiment, the protective cover uses a high temperature resistant medical silica gel cover as a physical protective cover, and the protective cover is high temperature resistant, isolated, flame retardant, cut resistant, and wear resistant, and can protect internal devices of the handle 60.
Specifically, when the electromagnetic coil 50 inductively heats the thermal therapeutic particles during the operation, the magnetic field inside the electromagnetic coil 50 is constantly changed, so that when the electromagnetic coil 50 is energized to generate an electromagnetic field and the magnetic flux of the closed circuit is changed, an induced electromotive force is generated. The indicator 20 on the induction coil placed adjacent to the electromagnetic coil 50 will be in an energized state, and the indicator 20 will change accordingly, emitting a different display signal to show the current usage state of the electromagnetic coil 50. the thermal therapy coil mechanism is connected to the device host 70, and the thermal therapy coil mechanism is the thermal therapy coil mechanism described in any of the above embodiments and has all the features of the thermal therapy coil mechanism, and thus the description thereof is omitted.
