A correction device for preventing knee joint dysfunction is characterized by comprising a base, a joint supporting structure and ankle fixing structures, wherein the base is provided with a containing channel for horizontally placing lower limbs, the joint supporting structure is positioned at the front part of the containing channel, the ankle fixing structures are arranged at the rear part of the joint supporting structure at intervals, and the ankle fixing structures are movably assembled and connected with the base;
the joint supporting structure comprises a swinging support, a supporting seat and a traction frame, wherein the lower part of the swinging support is hinged to the front part of the base, the supporting seat is arranged at the upper part of the swinging support, and the traction frame is connected with the upper part of the swinging support so as to apply tension or release the tension to enable the supporting seat to generate fluctuation motion;
the joint supporting structure has a supporting state and a retracting state, when in the supporting state, the traction frame exerts a pulling force effect, and the swinging bracket swings upwards away from the base so as to form a supporting height between the supporting seat and the base; when the device is in a retracted state, the traction frame releases the tensile force, the swinging bracket is laid on the base, and the supporting seat is close to the base;

The orthosis of claim 1, wherein said swing frame is a japanese-character-shaped frame, said japanese-character-shaped frame including two arms, a lower cross bar, a middle cross bar and an upper cross bar fixedly connected between said two arms, said two arms being spaced apart in parallel, said lower cross bar being hingedly connected to a front portion of said base, and said bearing base being hingedly connected to said upper cross bar.
3. The orthosis of claim 2, wherein the joint support structure further comprises a limit bracket, an upper end of the limit bracket is hinged to the middle cross bar, and the swing bracket is connected to the limit bracket to form a herringbone support structure;
the front portion of base is equipped with the second guide slot, the second guide slot along the length direction extension setting of holding passageway, the lower extreme slidable mounting of spacing support in the second guide slot.

The orthosis according to claim 3, wherein a stop member is adjustably installed in the second guide groove, the adjustment direction of the stop member is arranged along the length direction of the second guide groove, the end of the stop member located in the second guide groove forms a stop end, and the stop end is adapted to stop and cooperate with the lower end of the limit bracket in the supporting state.

the accommodating channel is formed at the interval position between the two longitudinal beams, the first guide groove is formed in the rear parts of the two longitudinal beams, and the second guide groove is formed in the front parts of the two longitudinal beams.

The orthosis of claim 6, wherein the sliding shaft is rotatably installed with two guide rollers, the two guide rollers are respectively in rolling engagement with the corresponding first guide grooves, the end of the sliding shaft protrudes outside the first guide grooves, and the elastic member is connected with the protruding end of the sliding shaft.

The orthosis of claim 7, wherein the longitudinal beam is further provided with a screw nut structure at an outer side thereof, the screw nut structure comprises a screw and a nut block which are in threaded fit, the screw extends parallel to the longitudinal beam, and a screw part is provided at an end of the screw protruding from the base;
the nut slider is assembled on the outer side of the longitudinal beam in a sliding mode, the elastic piece is a cylindrical tension spring, and the cylindrical tension spring is connected between the nut slider and the protruding end of the sliding shaft.

The orthosis of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the ankle support is an L-shaped support, the L-shaped support including a first plate and a second plate, the first plate being connected to the second plate perpendicularly, and a hook and loop fastener strap being connected to an upper side of the first plate.

The orthosis of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the lower rear portion of the base is further provided with a clamping structure, the clamping structure comprises two clamp plates and a locking bolt, one of the clamp plates is provided with a threaded hole matched with the locking bolt, and the clamping structure is used for loosening or clamping the bedstead.
