In the embodiment, a stirring plate 23 is arranged in the cleaning tank 2, two ends of the stirring plate 23 are respectively and rotatably connected with two side walls of the cleaning tank 2, a second rotary driving device 22 for driving the stirring plate 23 to rotate is arranged in one side wall of the cleaning tank 2, the cross section of the stirring plate 23 is of an oval structure, and the stirring plate 23 rotates to enable water above the stirring plate 23 in the cleaning tank 2 to flow from the front side to the rear side; when the hair is washed by the shampoo and then the hair is washed by the clean water, the washing tank 2 is not drained, a part of water is stored in the washing tank 2, the hair tips of the user float in the water, the water flowing after the stirring plate 23 rotates washes the hair tips of the user, the stirring plate 23 can stir the hair tips of the user in the rotating process, the hair tips of the user swing, the stirring plate 23 and the water flow are beaten, and the washing effect on the hair tips of the user is improved.

In the embodiment, an annular rubber pad 30 is arranged at the bottom edge of the cover 26; a linear motor 31 is arranged in the drainage channel 3, the linear motor 31 is connected with the inner side wall of the drainage channel 3 through a plurality of support rods 32, an actuating rod of the linear motor 31 is vertically upwards connected with the bottom of the shell 24, the shell 24 is separated from the bottom end of the drainage pipe 17, the linear motor 31 drives the shell 24 to reciprocate in the vertical direction, the shell 24 drives the rotating motor 25, the anti-blocking component and the cover 26 to reciprocate in the vertical direction, when the cover 26 moves upwards to an upper position, the annular rubber gasket 30 at the bottom of the cover 26 is separated from the bottom of the cleaning tank 2 to form a drainage state, and when the cover 26 moves downwards to a lower position, the annular rubber gasket 30 at the bottom of the cover 26 contacts with the bottom of the cleaning tank 2 to form a water blocking state; the cover 26 does not need to be opened or closed manually in the working process; in practical application, a rubber telescopic sleeve is arranged between the linear motor 31 and the shell 24, and an actuating rod of the linear motor 31 is positioned in the rubber telescopic sleeve; is used for protecting the actuating rod of the linear motor 31 and reducing the contact between sewage and the actuating rod of the linear motor 31.
In this embodiment, the liquid supply system includes a liquid medicine tank 33, a liquid shampoo tank 34, a three-way pipe fitting 35, a water supply pump 36, a liquid medicine pump 37 and a liquid shampoo pump 38, the clean water tank 5 is communicated with a main inlet of the three-way pipe fitting 35 through a first pipeline 41, the water supply pump 36 is arranged on the first pipeline 41, a second pipeline 42 is connected to the first pipeline 41 between the water supply pump 36 and the three-way pipe fitting 35, the second pipeline 42 is communicated with a water inlet of the arc-shaped pipe 19, a second electric control valve 52 is arranged on the second pipeline 42, and a first electric control valve 51 is arranged on the first pipeline 41 between the second pipeline 42 and the three-way pipe fitting 35; the liquid medicine tank 33 is communicated with a branch inlet of the three-way pipe fitting 35 through a third pipeline 43, the liquid medicine pump 37 is arranged on the third pipeline 43, a third electric control valve 53 is arranged on the third pipeline 43 between the liquid medicine pump 37 and the three-way pipe fitting 35, and an outlet of the three-way pipe fitting 35 is communicated with the liquid inlet pipe 15 of the circular disc body 8 through a fifth pipeline 45; the shampoo box 34 is communicated with the liquid inlet pipe 15 of the circular tray body 8 through a fourth pipeline 44, and the shampoo pump 38 is arranged on the fourth pipeline 44; the inlet of the liquid inlet pipe 15 is provided with a two-in one-out type water diversion valve 39, a fifth pipeline 45 is communicated with one inlet end of the two-in one-out type water diversion valve 39, a fourth pipeline 44 is communicated with the other inlet end of the two-in one-out type water diversion valve 39, and the outlet end of the two-in one-out type water diversion valve 39 is communicated with the liquid inlet pipe 15; the fifth pipeline 45 or the fourth pipeline 44 is controlled to be communicated with the liquid inlet pipe 15 by utilizing the two-in one-out water diversion valve 39; the passage of each pipeline can be controlled by each valve according to actual use requirements; the water supply pump 36 is used for pumping clear water, the liquid medicine pump 37 is used for pumping liquid medicine, and the liquid shampoo pump 38 is used for pumping liquid shampoo; in practical application, each valve and pump can be uniformly controlled by a PLC controller, and check valves can be arranged on each pipeline as required.
In this embodiment, a metering valve 40 is disposed on the third pipe 43 between the liquid medicine pump 37 and the three-way pipe 35, and the metering valve 40 is used for controlling the flow rate of the liquid medicine; a heating device for heating clear water is arranged in the clear water tank 5; the heating device is used for heating the clean water in the clean water tank 5 so that the temperature of the clean water meets the body temperature of a user.
The present embodiment is provided with a static mixer 46 on the fifth pipe 45; when the concentrated liquid medicine is used, the concentrated liquid medicine needs to be diluted by clear water for use, the static mixer 46 can be used for fully mixing the concentrated liquid medicine with the clear water, the dilution effect of the clear water on the concentrated liquid medicine is improved, and the smearing uniformity of the follow-up plurality of arc-shaped elastic liquid spraying pipes 11 when smearing the head of a user is ensured.
When the embodiment is used, a deck chair needs to be arranged at the front side of the box body 1, so that a user can lie down for use; or a plurality of universal wheels 47 with locking functions are arranged at the bottom of the box body 1, the box body 1 is moved to the side of a sickbed through the universal wheels 47, and a patient on the sickbed stretches out the head and then places the head in the washing tank 2; meanwhile, a cover for shielding the cleaning tank 2 may be provided above the cleaning tank 2.
The hair washing process of this embodiment is as follows:
(1) Hair washing preparation: the user places the head in the cleaning tank 2, the neck of the user is positioned at the concave arc part 9 at the top edge of the front side wall of the cleaning tank 2, the concave arc part 9 is provided with a silica gel pad, the neck of the user is tightly contacted with the silica gel pad, the comfort level is good, and the head of the user is rested on the supporting cushion block 10 arranged on the inner side surface of the front side wall of the cleaning tank 2;
(2) Wet hair: the linear driving device 16 drives the circular disc body 8 to reciprocate back and forth, the massage ball body 12 of the plurality of arc elastic spray pipes 11 arranged in a circumferential array on the circular disc body 8 repeatedly contacts with and separates from the head of a user, in the process, the spray holes 13 on the massage ball body 12 spray clear water to the head of the user, and meanwhile, the arc pipe 19 can be used for matching, so that a plurality of water spray nozzles on the arc pipe 19 spray clear water to the head of the user at the same time until the hair is fully wetted by the clear water;
(3) The hair washing work: the linear driving device 16 drives the circular tray body 8 to continuously reciprocate back and forth, the massage spheres 12 of the plurality of arc-shaped elastic liquid spraying pipes 11 which are circumferentially arranged on the circular tray body 8 repeatedly contact with and separate from the head of a user, and in the process, liquid spraying holes 13 on the massage spheres 12 spray shampoo to the head of the user; after the shampoo is sprayed, the linear driving device 16 drives the circular tray body 8 to continuously reciprocate back and forth, so that the massage spheres 12 of the plurality of arc-shaped elastic liquid spraying pipes 11 circumferentially arranged on the circular tray body 8 repeatedly contact and separate from the head of a user, and the massage spheres 12 massage the head of the user and knead the hair of the user in the continuous contact and separation process;
(4) Cleaning hair: the linear driving device 16 drives the circular disc body 8 to reciprocate back and forth, the massage ball body 12 of the plurality of arc elastic spray pipes 11 arranged in a circumferential array on the circular disc body 8 repeatedly contacts with and separates from the head of a user, in the process, the spray holes 13 on the massage ball body 12 spray clear water to the head of the user, and simultaneously, the arc pipe 19 is matched, so that a plurality of water spray nozzles on the arc pipe 19 spray clear water to the head of the user simultaneously; in the hair washing process, the washing tank 2 does not drain water, the hair tips of the user float in water, and the poking plate 23 rotates to poke the hair tips of the user, so that the hair tips swing, and the poking plate 23 and water flow are beaten; stopping cleaning and starting drainage after the preset cleaning time is reached; then repeating the step (4) for cleaning again until the shampoo on the hair is cleaned;
(5) And (3) drainage: in the drainage process, the rotating motor 25 drives the anti-blocking component to rotate, and the anti-blocking component winds and collects falling hair entering the inside of the drainage pipe 17, so that the phenomenon that the falling hair blocks the drainage pipe 17 is avoided.
The steps of the present embodiment when used for applying a liquid medicine are similar to the hair washing process, and the difference is only that: the liquid medicine smearing step is added before the hair washing process step (2) wets the hair, the linear driving device 16 drives the circular disc body 8 to continuously reciprocate back and forth, the displacement of the back and forth reciprocating motion is small, the massage spheres 12 of the plurality of arc-shaped elastic spray pipes 11 circumferentially arranged on the circular disc body 8 are repeatedly contacted with and temporarily separated from the head of a user, and in the process, the spray holes 13 on the massage spheres 12 spray the liquid medicine to the head of the user; in the continuous contact and short separation process, the massage ball 12 forms liquid medicine coating and massage on the head of the user; after the liquid medicine coating time is reached, the head of the user is cleaned once by using clear water.
The invention can be used for smearing liquid medicine on patients suffering from scalp diseases on the basis of having the hair washing function, is very suitable for serving as medical instruments in hospitals, improves the body feeling comfort of the patients in the hair washing and liquid medicine smearing processes, and can effectively reduce the use amount of water and liquid medicine by virtue of the design of a plurality of arc-shaped elastic liquid spraying pipes, reduce waste and improve the utilization rate of the liquid medicine; meanwhile, after the plurality of arc-shaped elastic liquid spraying pipes are used, the surfaces of the arc-shaped elastic liquid spraying pipes can be directly disinfected in a mode of spraying alcohol or other disinfectants, so that the arc-shaped elastic liquid spraying pipes are convenient to clean and disinfect and maintain later; in the drainage process, the rotating motor drives the anti-blocking assembly to rotate, and the anti-blocking assembly winds and collects dropped hair entering the drainage pipe, so that the drainage pipe is prevented from being blocked by the dropped hair; after the use is finished, the cover body can be detached, and the anti-blocking assembly is taken down from the output shaft of the rotating motor to be cleaned or replaced with a new anti-blocking assembly.
