[ plug-in embodiment of head-mounted accessory and earphone device ]
Please refer to fig. 3A, fig. 3B and fig. 3C, wherein fig. 3A is a schematic diagram of a jack of a first earphone unit not plugged with a headset according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 3B is a schematic diagram of a jack of a first earphone unit plugged with a headset according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 3C is a schematic diagram of a jack of a second earphone unit not plugged with a headset according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The first earphone unit 12 includes, for example, a speaker 120, a connecting portion 122 and a base 124, wherein one end of the base 124 is connected to the connecting wire 14, the other end of the base 124 is connected to one end of the connecting portion 122, and the other end of the connecting portion 122 is connected to the speaker 120. Further, the combining portion 122 is disposed between the seat 124 and the speaker 120, and the combining portion 122 is disposed with the insertion hole 12202 for the plug-in use of the head-mount 10. In another embodiment, the seat 124 may also be disposed between the speaker 120 and the combining portion 122, which is not limited in the invention.
For example, the head-wearing accessory 10 may have a semicircular arc shape to conform to the shape of a head, and the head-wearing accessory may have an appearance shape of a thin insert sheet, so that the insert sheet can smoothly pass through the through hole 12202 of the first earphone unit 12, but the invention is not limited thereto. In addition, although the positions of the headgear 10 from the middle of the head to the ears at both ends are equal in length as shown in fig. 1, the positions of the headgear 10 from the middle of the head to both ends may be different in length in other embodiments, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 3A, when the head-mount 10 is not disposed in the through hole 12202, one end of the head-mount 10 faces the through hole 12202, and then the head-mount 10 is disposed in the through hole 12202, and one end of the head-mount 10 is exposed to the other end of the first earphone unit 12 as shown in fig. 3B, at this time, the head-mount 10 is successfully combined with the combining portion 122 of the first earphone unit 12.
As shown in fig. 3C, the combination manner of the second earphone unit 16 and the headset 10 is the same as the combination manner of the first earphone unit 12 and the headset 10, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted here. In addition, when the head-mount 10 has been inserted into the through hole 12202, the head-mount 10 can be taken out from the through hole 12202 by pulling out, so as to achieve a structure design that the head-mount 10 is detachably connected to the through hole 12202.
In one embodiment, one or more positioning points 101 may be disposed on the headgear 10, and the positioning points 101 may be located on the same side or different sides of the headgear 10. The positioning points 101 are used to provide positioning and anti-slip effects so that the headset 10 can be coupled to the first earphone unit 12 through different positions of the positioning points, and details about how the positioning points 101 are coupled to the first earphone unit 12 will be described later.
[ examples of bonded portions ]
Referring to fig. 4A and 4B, respectively, fig. 4A is an exploded view of a view angle of a bonding portion according to an embodiment of the invention, and fig. 4B is an exploded view of another view angle of the bonding portion according to the embodiment of the invention. In this embodiment, the bonding portion 122 includes, for example, a fixing groove 1220, a lining 1222, and an elastic member 1224. Further, the lining 1222 is disposed between the fixing groove 1220 and the elastic member 1224, one end of the lining 1222 is connected to the elastic member 1224, and the other end of the lining 1222 moves toward the fixing groove 1220 according to the elastic restoring force of the elastic member 1224 and is in contact with the fixing groove 1220. Therefore, in this embodiment, the lining 1222 can abut against the fixing groove 1220 side or the headgear 10 side when the headgear 10 is inserted into the through hole 12202.
On the other hand, one end of the elastic member 1224 is fixed to one side of the seat 124, so that when the facing of the lining 1222 adjacent to the fixing groove 1220 is pressed by external pressure, the lining 1222 is moved by the external pressure in the direction of the elastic member 1224. That is, the position of the pad 1222 between the fixing groove 1220 and the seat 124 can be moved toward the elastic member 1224 or the fixing groove 1220 according to the pressing force.
In one embodiment, the fixing groove 1220 has a through hole 12204 formed on one side adjacent to the through hole 12202, in addition to the through holes 12202 formed on two sides thereof, and a containing space 12206 is formed inside the fixing groove 1220, and the containing space 12206 is respectively communicated with the through holes 12202 and the through holes 12204. The through holes 12202 are used for the headgear 10 to pass through, and the holes 12204 are used for the pad 1222 to pass through.
Specifically, when the head set 10 is not inserted into the through hole 12202 on both sides of the fixing groove 1220, the receiving space 12206 is not provided with the head set 10, and thus the lining 1222 is moved to the receiving space 12206 by the elastic restoring force of the elastic member 1224 and abuts against the fixing groove 1220.
When the head-mounted device 10 is inserted into the through hole 12202 on both sides of the fixing groove 1220, since the receiving space 12206 receives the head-mounted device 10, the lining 1222 abuts against one side of the head-mounted device 10 toward the opening 12204, and the lining 1222 is moved toward the elastic member 1224 from the receiving space 12206 by the pressing of the head-mounted device 10.
In one embodiment, the gasket 1222 has a groove 12222 and a guiding slope 12220 adjacent to a first side of the fixing groove 1220. The grooves 12222 are used for the fitting of the head fitting 10, and the protrusions 101 can be disposed at positions of different lengths of the head fitting 10, so that the head fitting 10 can be fitted with the grooves 12222 of the backing 1222 via the protrusions 101, and the fitting positions of the different protrusions 101 and the grooves 12222 of the head fitting 10 can be adjusted, so that the head fitting 10 can be used by users with different head sizes.
The guiding slope 12220 of the patch 1222 allows the head-mount 10 to be easily inserted into the through hole 12202. Further, when the patch 1222 is located in the receiving space 12206, the guiding slope 12220 is adjacent to the through hole 12202. Therefore, when the head-mount 10 is inserted into the through hole 12202, the guiding inclined surface 12220 contacts the guiding inclined surface 12220, and the guiding inclined surface 12220 is forced by the head-mount 10 to insert into the through hole 12202, so that the lining 1222 is pressed by the thrust force and moves toward the elastic member 1224, so that the head-mount 10 can be inserted into the accommodating space 12206 and the other through hole 12202 of the fixing groove 1220, and one of the protrusions 101 of the head-mount 10 is inserted into the groove 12222 of the lining 1222.
Further, the guide slope 12220 is provided in such a direction that the headgear 10 abuts against the fixing groove 1220 when the lining 1222 moves in the direction of the fixing groove 1220 due to the elastic restoring force of the elastic member 1224 applied to the other end of the lining 1222 when the headgear 10 is installed in the through hole 12202.
In addition, the cover 1222 has a slot 12224 adjacent to the second side of the base 124, and the slot 12224 of the cover 1222 is not communicated with the groove 12222. The slot 12224 is, for example, for embedding one end of the elastic member 1224 therein, such that the patch 1222 can be connected with the elastic member 1224 through the slot 12224. Therefore, when the lining 1222 is moved toward the elastic member 1224 by the pressing thrust of the head mount 10, the elastic member 1224 is compressed and deformed toward the seat 124 according to the magnitude of the pressing thrust.
In one embodiment, the base 124 further includes a buffer slot 1240, and the buffer slot 1240 is recessed in the base 124. A fixing member 1242 is further disposed in the buffer slot 1240, and one end of the elastic member 1224 is disposed in the fixing member 1242 in an embedded manner. In other words, the end of the elastic member 1224 adjacent to the seat 124 is a fixed end, and the end of the elastic member 1224 adjacent to the lining 1222 is a movable end. The elastic member 1224 is a spring, but the invention is not limited thereto.
For example, when the head-mounted device 10 is inserted into the through hole 12202, the head-mounted device 10 abuts against the lining 1222 and generates a pressing thrust, and the lining 1222 presses the movable end of the elastic member 1224, such that the elastic member 1224 is compressed toward the buffer slot 1240. The elastic member 1224 is compressed, the lining 1222 and the elastic member 1224 are moved into the buffer slot 1240, and the receiving space 12206 of the fixing slot 1220 contains the head-mounted device 10.
On the other hand, when the head set 10 is not inserted into the through hole 12202, the head set 10 does not generate a pressing thrust to the lining 1222, and thus the elastic restoring force of the movable end of the elastic member 1224 pushes the lining 1222 toward the fixing groove 1220. The elastic member 1224 is in an uncompressed state, and the lining 1222 is moved to the receiving space 12206 in the fixing groove 1220.
In one embodiment, the other side of the seat 124 opposite to the buffer slot 1240 is further provided with a first fixing portion 1246, and the combining portion 122 is provided with a second fixing portion 12208. The base 124 is combined and fixed with the second fixing portion 12208 of the combining portion 122 through the first fixing portion 1246.
For example, the first fixing portion 1246 may include a plurality of holes 12462 penetrating through the seat 124 and a plurality of screw assemblies 12460. The second fixing portion 12208 may include a plurality of locking grooves formed in the fixing groove 1220, and the inner wall of the locking groove is provided with threads. Therefore, the screw assembly 12460 can pass through the hole 12462 and be aligned with the locking slot for locking, so that the first fixing portion 1246 is fixed to the second fixing portion 12208, and the seat 124 and the combining portion 122 are combined with each other.
However, in other embodiments, the first fixing portion 1246 and the second fixing portion 12208 are not limited to the above-mentioned exemplary embodiments. For example, the first fixing portion 1246 and the second fixing portion 12208 may be fastening pieces that are fastened to each other, which is not limited in the present invention.
In addition, a cover plate 1248 is further disposed at one side of the base 124, and the cover plate 1248 can cover the base 124 to seal the hollow space at one side of the base 124.
In addition, the structure of the combining portion inside the second earphone unit 16 is the same as the combining portion 122 of the first earphone unit, and therefore, the detailed description thereof is omitted.
