Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of electronic equipment, and particularly discloses a key structure and an intelligent terminal, wherein the key structure comprises a shell, a key circuit board and a mainboard; the interior of the shell is provided with an accommodating cavity, and the shell is provided with a plurality of transmission rods; the key circuit board is positioned in the accommodating cavity and is provided with a plurality of switch keys which are in one-to-one correspondence with the transmission rods; a plurality of metal contacts are arranged on one side of the key circuit board, which is far away from the transmission rod; the main board is positioned on one side of the key circuit board, which is far away from the transmission rod, and is electrically connected with the key circuit board through a plurality of metal elastic sheets which are in one-to-one correspondence with the metal contacts. According to the key structure and the intelligent terminal, the key circuit board and the mainboard can be electrically connected easily without inserting and arranging wires, so that the assembly difficulty is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electronic equipment, in particular to a key structure and an intelligent terminal.
Background
The shell surfaces of intelligent terminals such as intelligent sound boxes or intelligent learning machines are provided with key structures such as power keys or volume keys.
Generally, the key structure comprises a keycap, a transmission rod and a switch key welded on a key circuit board from top to bottom in sequence. When downward pressure is applied to the keycap, the keycap drives the transmission rod to move downwards and presses the switch key, the switch key generates an electric signal, and the mainboard can make key response to pressing operation. Optionally, the housing includes:
the top of the main shell is provided with an accommodating groove with an upward opening, and the bottom of the accommodating groove is provided with a plurality of rod passing holes which are in one-to-one correspondence with the transmission rods; the rod passing hole is communicated with the accommodating cavity in the main shell;
the top cover is positioned in the accommodating groove, and the bottom of the top cover is provided with a plurality of transmission rods which are in one-to-one correspondence with the transmission rod holes.
Optionally, the inner side of the main shell protrudes downwards to form a fixing column, and the key circuit board is mounted on the fixing column.
Optionally, a fixed rubber sleeve is sleeved outside the casing, and the fixed rubber sleeve is provided with a plurality of key identifiers corresponding to the transmission rods one to one.
Optionally, a profiling rubber sleeve is sleeved outside the fixed rubber sleeve; and an inlet and an outlet for the shell to pass through are formed in the bottom of the profiling rubber sleeve.
Optionally, the profiling rubber sleeve forms an ear structure corresponding to a part of the key identification.
Optionally, an avoiding cavity is arranged inside the ear structure, and a hard rubber block is arranged in the avoiding cavity.

The key circuit board 2 is located in the accommodating cavity 1011 and is provided with a plurality of switch keys 201 corresponding to the transmission rods 1021 one by one; a plurality of metal contacts 202 are arranged on one side of the key circuit board 2 away from the transmission rod 1021. The main board 3 is located on a side of the key circuit board 2 away from the driving rod 1021, and is electrically connected to the key circuit board 2 through a plurality of metal elastic pieces 301 corresponding to the metal contacts 202 one to one.
Optionally, one end of the metal elastic sheet 301 is welded to the main board 3 so as to be fixed; the other end of the metal elastic sheet 301 is abutted to the metal contact 202, so that the metal elastic sheet is convenient to disassemble. Further, the metal dome 301 has an S-shaped or W-shaped wavy structure.
It can be understood that, the key circuit board 2 and the mainboard 3 are arranged relatively, when assembling, as long as the key circuit board 2 is close to the mainboard 3 and the metal elastic sheet 301 supports against the metal contact 202 on the key circuit board 2, the key circuit board 2 can be electrically connected with the mainboard 3, the whole electrical connection process is simple and convenient, wiring is not needed, the electrical connection assembly difficulty between the key circuit board 2 and the mainboard 3 is effectively reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
In this embodiment, the housing 1 includes a main case 101 and a top cover 102. The top of the main casing 101 is provided with an accommodating groove 1012 with an upward opening, and the bottom of the accommodating groove 1012 is provided with a plurality of rod passing holes 1013 corresponding to the transmission rods 1021 one by one; the rod passing hole 1013 communicates with the receiving cavity 1011 inside the main housing 101. A fixing post 1014 protrudes downward from the inner side of the main housing 101, and the key circuit board 2 is mounted on the fixing post 1014.
The top cover 102 is disposed in the receiving groove 1012, and a plurality of driving rods 1021 corresponding to the rod passing holes 1013 are disposed at the bottom of the top cover.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3, a fixed rubber sleeve 4 is sleeved outside the housing 1, and the fixed rubber sleeve 4 is provided with a plurality of key marks 401 corresponding to the transmission rods 1021 one by one.
When assembling, the main board 3 and the key adapter board are fixed in the accommodating cavity 1011 by using fasteners such as bolts, and then the top cover 102 is placed in the accommodating groove 1012, and then the fixing rubber sleeve 4 is sleeved on the top cover to prevent the top cover 102 from being separated from the main shell 101.
Optionally, referring to fig. 4 and 5, a profiling rubber sleeve 5 is sleeved outside the fixed rubber sleeve 4; the bottom of the profiling rubber sleeve 5 is provided with an inlet and outlet 501 for the shell 1 to pass through. Specifically, the profiling rubber sleeve 5 can be made into various shapes of lovely small animals, so that the closeness of a user to the intelligent terminal is increased. Further, the size of the shell 1 is standard, that is, the same shell 1 can be sleeved with the profiling rubber sleeves 5 with different shapes, so that the freshness of a user is increased.
In this embodiment, the profiling rubber sleeve 5 forms the ear structure 502 corresponding to a part of the key mark 401, and no mark pattern needs to be additionally made on the profiling rubber sleeve 5.
Further, referring to fig. 6, an avoidance cavity is provided inside the ear structure 502, and a hard rubber block 503 is provided inside the avoidance cavity. It can be understood that the height of the ear structure 502 is larger, and the solid silicone rubber structure can be reduced for pressing hand feeling, so that the hard rubber block 503 is arranged in the ear structure 502 to enhance the pressing hand feeling of the user, and the user experience is improved.

the main board is positioned on one side of the key circuit board, which is far away from the transmission rod, and is electrically connected with the key circuit board through a plurality of metal elastic sheets which are in one-to-one correspondence with the metal contacts.
2. The key structure according to claim 1, wherein one end of the metal dome is connected to the main board by welding, and the other end of the metal dome abuts against the metal contact.

4. The key structure of claim 3, wherein fixing posts protrude downward from the inner side of the main housing, and the key circuit board is mounted on the fixing posts.
5. The key structure according to claim 3, wherein a fixed rubber sleeve is sleeved outside the housing, and the fixed rubber sleeve is provided with a plurality of key marks which correspond to the transmission rods one by one.
6. The key structure of claim 5, wherein a profiling rubber sleeve is sleeved outside the fixed rubber sleeve; and an inlet and an outlet for the shell to pass through are formed in the bottom of the profiling rubber sleeve.
7. The key structure of claim 6, wherein the contoured rubber sleeve forms an ear structure corresponding to a location of a portion of said key indicia.
8. The key structure of claim 7, wherein an avoiding cavity is formed inside the ear structure, and a hard rubber block is arranged in the avoiding cavity.
9. An intelligent terminal, characterized in that, including the button structure of any claim 1 ~ 8, the holding chamber still is equipped with the speaker.
