In this specification, the schematic representations of the terms used above do not necessarily refer to the same embodiment or example. Furthermore, the particular features, structures, materials, or characteristics described may be combined in any suitable manner in any one or more embodiments or examples.
In a first aspect, referring to fig. 1, the method for early warning of an ecological disaster in an offshore area according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
s100, acquiring position information of a target sea area;
s200, placing detection equipment according to the position information of the target sea area;
s300, controlling detection equipment to shoot a target sea area according to a preset detection route to obtain a water surface preliminary image of the target sea area;
s400, carrying out standardization processing on the water surface preliminary image to obtain a standard image;
and S500, carrying out ecological disaster early warning on the target sea area according to the standard image to generate an early warning record.
When the ecological disaster of the offshore area is early warned, according to the detection requirement, the position information of the target sea area is firstly obtained, the detection equipment is placed after the position information reaches the detection area of the target sea area, and then the detection equipment is controlled to shoot the target sea area according to the preset detection route, so as to obtain the preliminary water surface image of the target sea area, it is required to explain that a plurality of uniformly distributed cameras are arranged on the detection equipment body, so that the target sea area can be shot in multiple angles, and a plurality of pictures can be shot at each angle, so that the preliminary water surface image of the target sea area to be detected can be obtained through the cameras, and further the preliminary water surface image is standardized to obtain a standard image, the preliminary water surface image can be sent to a central processor, the preliminary water surface image is standardized by the central processor, the standardized processing comprises the collection processing and the labeling processing, thereby obtaining a standard image; and then, carrying out early warning analysis on the ecological disasters of the target sea area according to the standard images to generate early warning records. It should be noted that the ecological disaster of the target sea area may include storm surge, oil spill at sea, sea ice, red tide, green tide, etc. Therefore, preliminary water surface information of the target sea area can be obtained through the detection equipment, ecological disaster information of the target sea area is obtained according to image information analysis, and then early warning information is generated.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, step S300 includes:
s310, acquiring the current position of the detection equipment;
s320, if the current position does not exceed the detection range of the target sea area, controlling the detection equipment to shoot the target sea area according to the current position and the detection route to obtain a water surface preliminary image;
and S330, outputting alarm information if the current position exceeds the detection range of the target sea area.
When the ecological disaster of the target sea area is early warned, the position of the detection equipment is also obtained in real time, the position of the detection equipment is compared with the detection range of the target sea area, and when the detection equipment does not exceed the detection range of the target sea area, the detection equipment is controlled to shoot the target sea area according to a preset detection route, so that a preliminary water surface image of the target sea area is obtained; and when the detection equipment exceeds the detection range of the target sea area, outputting alarm information. It should be noted that the detection route can be set according to practical situations, and is not limited. Furthermore, because factors such as weather and wind power may cause the position deviation between the detection equipment and the detection route, so as to cause a false alarm, in order to reduce the false alarm in such a situation, the current meteorological data can be acquired through the detection equipment, and the detection range of the preset detection route is adjusted according to the meteorological data, so that the occurrence of the situation of false judgment is reduced. It should be noted that, in order to acquire meteorological data, a meteorological monitoring device may be provided at the detection device.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, step S400 includes:

and S420, performing labeling processing on the first standard image to obtain a second standard image.
In order to improve the accuracy of early warning of ecological disasters in a target sea area, the preliminary images of the water surface are required to be subjected to standardized processing, namely, the preliminary images of the water surface are subjected to collection processing. Specifically, the obtained water surface preliminary images can be divided into a training water surface preliminary image set and a testing water surface preliminary image set according to the proportion of 70% and 30%, then the size of each water surface preliminary image is normalized so as to carry out the training of the model, when the water surface preliminary images are collected and processed, the water surface preliminary images with the same ecological disaster categories and the image information corresponding to each water surface preliminary image are collected into one type, then the preliminary images are renamed, and therefore a first standard image is obtained. For example, the preliminary images of the water surface close to the storm surge are collected, and then the preliminary images of the water surface are named as standard images of the storm surge. Further, the shot water surface preliminary image needs to be checked to remove the shot fuzzy water surface preliminary image. And performing annotation processing on the first standard images, namely connecting the annotation information with each first standard image in parallel to obtain second standard images, uniformly using the square boxes during annotation, and expressing the occurrence states of the corresponding ecological disasters by using different square box colors. For example, when the standard image of the storm surge is labeled, the standard image before the storm surge occurs, the standard image when the storm surge occurs, and the standard image after the storm surge occurs can be labeled. In order to facilitate labeling, the efficiency of labeling and the accuracy of labeling are improved, and the image can be amplified and reduced in the labeling process. It should be noted that, during zooming, it needs to be ensured that the position of the labeling frame can be conveniently found, so that the image can be renamed in a manner of adding suffixes, and the efficiency of labeling is improved.
It should be noted that, when the first standard image is labeled, an arrow and a circle may be added for labeling according to actual conditions, after labeling, an ecological disaster type is selected, and preset remark information is input or selected for disaster description, and a disaster description mode is performed by renaming a photo or adding a photo watermark, and recording effective identification time records, and finally forming a document, and uploading the formed document to a server.
In some embodiments, prior to step S410, the method further comprises:
and denoising the preliminary image of the water surface to obtain a preprocessed image.
Before the water surface preliminary image is subjected to the collection processing, the water surface preliminary image is subjected to denoising processing. Specifically, a gaussian filtering denoising method may be adopted to smooth noise in an image to obtain a preprocessed image, so that image differences caused by the noise may be reduced.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, step S500 includes:
s510, extracting the features of the standard image to obtain detection information;
s520, performing ecological disaster early warning analysis on the target sea area according to the detection information to obtain analysis data;
and S530, generating an early warning record according to the analysis data.
After the standard image is obtained, feature information needs to be extracted according to the standard image, wherein the detection information includes GPS coordinates, camera information, size information, photographing position information, photographing time information, labeling information, and the like, so that early warning analysis can be performed on ecological disasters in the target sea area according to the detection information, and analysis data can be obtained. For example, the corresponding annotation image can be audited based on the detection information, that is, the standard image is audited according to the type of the ecological disaster, the annotation content of each second standard image including the annotation is judged, the judgment result is marked correspondingly, the judgment result includes three types of effective annotation, ineffective annotation and error annotation, the audit result is submitted after all auditions are completed, the annotation content can be modified in the auditing process, so that the analysis of the ecological disaster of the target sea area can be completed through the review of the standard image, and finally, the early warning record is generated according to the analysis data. Therefore, the judgment accuracy of the image annotation is improved, and early warning analysis can be conveniently carried out on the ecological disasters of the target sea area.
