s50, after receiving the salary issuance confirmation information, the bank requests the salary issuing enterprise to use the encrypted public key, the salary issuing enterprise transmits the public key to the bank through a block chain by adopting a private data mode, after obtaining the public key, the bank decrypts and verifies the salary issuance information, if the verification is passed, the salary issuance is carried out, and the salary issuance request is marked to be completed.
2. The distributed compensation settlement method of claim 1, wherein in step S30, compensation information of each employee and the current salary total are encrypted with homomorphic encryption satisfying the addition, that is:
the encrypted compensation (employee 1) + the encrypted compensation (employee 2) + the encrypted compensation (…) is the total amount of the encrypted compensation.
3. The block chain-based distributed compensation settlement method of claim 1, wherein in step S40, the generation salary enterprise checks the salary information:
the first check condition is that whether the encrypted payment sum of each employee is equal to the encrypted current total amount of payment after being added is:
the encrypted salary (employee 1) + the encrypted salary (employee 2) + the encrypted salary (…) being the total amount of the current salary encrypted;
the second checking condition is whether the current total amount of the plaintext information is within the range of the salary amount signed by the salary enterprise, namely:
the current salary total of the plaintext information is less than or equal to the salary amount range;
if the first check condition and the second check condition are met, the generation salary enterprise passes the verification of the salary issuing request and generates a salary issuing confirmation message.
4. The block chain-based distributed compensation settlement method of claim 1, wherein in step S50, the bank decrypts and verifies the compensation information:
the first verification condition is whether the result of the decryption of the current salary sum is equal to the current salary sum of the plaintext information, namely:
the result after the salary total amount is decrypted is the salary total amount of the plain text information;
the second verification condition is that whether the sum of the decrypted payment amount of each employee is equal to the current payment total amount of the plaintext information, namely:
the decrypted salary (employee 1) + the decrypted salary (employee 2) + the decrypted salary (…) is the current salary total of the plaintext information;
if the two verifications are passed, the bank issues the salary and marks that the salary issuing request is completed.
5. The blockchain-based distributed compensation settlement system of claim 1, wherein the compensation information of each employee includes employee name, identity information, account information and issued compensation amount.
6. A block chain-based distributed compensation settlement system for implementing the compensation settlement method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising:
the block chain network is established among a paying enterprise, a secondary paying enterprise and a bank, the block chain network comprises an object node arranged in the paying enterprise and a secondary paying node arranged in the secondary paying enterprise, and the secondary paying node is connected with a bank interface;
the object node is used for receiving salary information of a salary enterprise and encrypting the salary information, wherein the salary information comprises salary information of each employee and current salary total amount;
the generation salary node is used for receiving a salary issuing request of the object node and checking the salary information;
the bank interface is used for receiving salary issuing confirmation information of the generation salary issuing node, decrypting and verifying the salary issuing confirmation information, issuing salary after verification is passed, and marking the completion of the salary issuing request.
7. The block chain based distributed compensation settlement system of claim 6, wherein the object node comprises:
the attendance checking system comprises an attendance checking module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the attendance checking module is used for generating and storing attendance checking information, and the attendance checking module is used for responding to a first condition and broadcasting the attendance checking information, and the first condition is one or more of a specified time, a specified period and a specified instruction;

and the encryption module is used for generating a public key and a private key pair only used by the current salary information and encrypting the salary information.
8. The blockchain-based distributed compensation settlement system of claim 7, wherein the brokering payroll node comprises:
the second auditing module is used for auditing the salary information of the salary enterprise;
and the generating module generates salary issuing confirmation information according to the auditing result of the second auditing module and sends the salary issuing confirmation information to the bank interface.

The block chain-based distributed compensation settlement system of claim 8, wherein the first auditing module comprises a standard auditing unit and a fluctuation auditing unit, and the payroll information is passed through the standard auditing unit and then enters the fluctuation auditing unit for auditing.

The blockchain-based distributed compensation settlement system of claim 9, wherein the standard auditing unit includes a standard database in which a preset fixed salary, a preset attendance time and a preset performance k are stored; the fluctuation auditing unit comprises a fluctuation database, and the fluctuation database stores the historical performance, the contemporaneous average performance and the annual average performance, and the department historical performance, the contemporaneous average performance and the annual average performance.
