and the distribution module is used for sequencing the matching degrees of the team members and the plurality of emergency teams according to the management matching rate, acquiring the emergency team with the highest matching degree and distributing the team members to the emergency team with the highest matching degree.
Further, in some optional embodiments of the invention, the apparatus further comprises:

and selecting the target number of players as target players from high to low according to the sequencing result, and distributing the target players to the current emergency event.
Further, in some optional embodiments of the present invention, the emergency team allocation module further comprises:
and the team leader determining unit is used for respectively comparing the historical emergency events participated by the target team member with the event types of the current emergency events, calculating the times of the same event types, and allocating the target team member with the most times corresponding to the same event types as the team leader of the current emergency event.
Further, in some optional embodiments of the invention, the apparatus further comprises:
and the historical emergency event recording unit is used for summarizing the processing results of the current emergency event into a report form, extracting key information in the report form, wherein the key information comprises the event type of the current emergency event, and adding the key information to the historical emergency event of the target team member.

In summary, in the emergency team management device according to the above embodiment of the present invention, by acquiring the tag information of the team member and the emergency attribute of the emergency team, where the tag information includes the historical emergency event and professional skill information that the team member participates in, the matching rate between the tag information and the emergency team responsibility is calculated according to the matching rule, and the team member is assigned to the emergency team with the highest matching rate. Emergent team matching rules have guaranteed objectivity and the clarity that emergent team distributes, and emergent team is distributed according to the historical emergency incident that the team member participated in for the team member can work in emergent team according to the experience, distributes emergent team according to professional skill, makes the team member more professional when working in emergent team, thereby improves emergent team member's team member distribution rationality, has solved emergent team member's among the background art and has distributed unreasonable problem.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the emergency team management method in the above embodiment.
Example four
In another aspect, the present invention further provides an emergency team management apparatus, which includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and running on the processor, and when the processor executes the computer program, the emergency team management method in the above embodiments is implemented. In some embodiments, the processor may be an Electronic Control Unit (ECU), a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a controller, a microcontroller, a microprocessor or other data processing chip, and is configured to run program codes stored in the memory or process data, such as executing an access restriction program.
Wherein the memory includes at least one type of readable storage medium including flash memory, hard disks, multimedia cards, card-type memory (e.g., SD or DX memory, etc.), magnetic memory, magnetic disks, optical disks, etc. The memory may in some embodiments be an internal storage unit of the vehicle, such as a hard disk of the vehicle. The memory may also be an external storage device of the vehicle in other embodiments, such as a plug-in hard drive provided on the vehicle, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) card, a flash memory card (FlashCard), and the like. In summary, in the emergency team management system in the above embodiment of the present invention, by obtaining the tag information of the team member and the emergency attribute of the emergency team, where the tag information includes the historical emergency event and the professional skill information that the team member participates in, the matching rate between the tag information and the emergency team responsibility is calculated according to the matching rule, and the team member is assigned to the emergency team with the highest matching rate. Emergent team matching rules have guaranteed objectivity and the clarity that emergent team distributes, and emergent team is distributed according to the historical emergency incident that the team member participated in for the team member can work in emergent team according to the experience, distributes emergent team according to professional skill, makes the team member more professional when working in emergent team, thereby improves emergent team member's team member distribution rationality, has solved emergent team member's among the background art and has distributed unreasonable problem.

Additionally, the computer-readable medium could even be paper or another suitable medium upon which the program is printed, as the program can be electronically captured, via for instance optical scanning of the paper or other medium, then compiled, interpreted or otherwise processed in a suitable manner if necessary, and then stored in a computer memory.
It should be understood that portions of the present invention may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or a combination thereof. In the above embodiments, the various steps or methods may be implemented in software or firmware stored in memory and executed by a suitable instruction execution system. For example, if implemented in hardware, as in another embodiment, any one or combination of the following techniques, which are known in the art, may be used: a discrete logic circuit having a logic gate circuit for implementing a logic function on a data signal, an application specific integrated circuit having an appropriate combinational logic gate circuit, a Programmable Gate Array (PGA), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.

Claims (10)

1. An emergency team management method, the method comprising:
acquiring tag information of a team member and emergency attributes of a plurality of emergency teams, wherein the tag information comprises historical emergency events and professional skill information of the team member;
respectively calculating attribute matching rates of the historical emergency events and the professional skill information with the emergency attributes;
according to the attribute matching rate of the historical emergency events and the emergency attributes and the attribute matching rate of the professional skill information and the emergency attributes, respectively combining the proportions of the historical emergency events and the professional skill information in the matching rules of the team members and the emergency teams to carry out synthesis calculation, and respectively obtaining the management matching rates of the team members and the emergency teams;
and sequencing the matching degrees of the team members and the plurality of emergency teams according to the management matching rate, acquiring the emergency team with the highest matching degree, and distributing the team members to the emergency team with the highest matching degree.
2. The method for emergency team management according to claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring emergency information of a current emergency event, acquiring a target emergency team corresponding to the current emergency event according to the emergency information, and allocating the target emergency team to the current emergency event.
3. The method for managing emergency teams according to claim 2, wherein the step of obtaining emergency information of a current emergency event and obtaining a target emergency team corresponding to the current emergency event according to the emergency information comprises:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining emergency information of a current emergency event, extracting keywords in the emergency information, determining an event type of the current emergency event according to the keywords, and obtaining a target emergency team corresponding to the event type according to the event type.
4. The method for managing emergency teams as claimed in claim 3, wherein the step of obtaining the target emergency team corresponding to the current emergency event according to the emergency information comprises:
and determining the number of emergency personnel of the current emergency event according to the keywords, and determining the number of target personnel in the target emergency team according to the number of the emergency personnel.
5. The method for managing emergency teams according to claim 4, wherein the step of obtaining the target emergency team corresponding to the current emergency event according to the emergency information further comprises:
determining emergency personnel symptoms of the current emergency event according to the keywords;
matching the emergency personnel symptoms with professional skill information of a plurality of team members in the target emergency team to respectively obtain skill matching rates of the emergency personnel symptoms and the plurality of team members in the target emergency team, and sequencing the skill matching rates of the plurality of team members;
and selecting the target number of players as target players from high to low according to the sequencing result, and distributing the target players to the current emergency event.
6. The method for managing emergency teams as claimed in claim 5, wherein the step of obtaining a target emergency team corresponding to the current emergency event according to the emergency information and assigning the target emergency team to the current emergency event further comprises:
respectively comparing the historical emergency events participated by the target team members with the event types of the current emergency events, calculating the times of the same event types, and allocating the target team members with the maximum times corresponding to the same event types as the team length of the current emergency events.
7. The method for emergency team management according to claim 5, further comprising:
summarizing the processing results of the current emergency event into a report form, extracting key information in the report form, wherein the key information comprises the event type of the current emergency event, and adding the key information into the historical emergency event of the target team member.
8. An emergency team management apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises an information acquisition module, a display module and a display module, wherein the information acquisition module is used for acquiring tag information of a team member and emergency attributes of a plurality of emergency teams, and the tag information comprises historical emergency events and professional skill information of the team member;
the attribute matching rate module is used for respectively calculating the attribute matching rates of the historical emergency events, the professional skill information and the emergency attributes;
the management matching rate module is used for performing synthesis calculation according to the attribute matching rate of the historical emergency events and the emergency attributes, the attribute matching rate of the professional skill information and the emergency attributes and the proportion of the historical emergency events and the professional skill information in the matching rules of the team members and the emergency teams respectively to obtain the management matching rates of the team members and the emergency teams respectively;
and the distribution module is used for sequencing the matching degrees of the team members and the plurality of emergency teams according to the management matching rate, acquiring the emergency team with the highest matching degree and distributing the team members to the emergency team with the highest matching degree.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program, wherein the program, when executed by a processor, implements the method for emergency team management according to any of claims 1-7.
10. A data processing apparatus comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the program implements the method for emergency team management according to any of claims 1-7.
