Abstract
The invention provides a performance improvement system under the support of big data, which comprises an external acquisition device, an information acquisition system, a performance management terminal and an employee performance comprehensive display system; the external acquisition device can acquire a plurality of data types; the information acquisition system collects and stores information obtained by all external acquisition devices, and all data are collected to form a large employee behavior database; the performance management system compares the employee behaviors with the standard behaviors according to an algorithm in the system, maps the behaviors of the employees to a large database of the standard behaviors, searches the scores of the behaviors, and accumulates the scores one by one to quickly calculate the performance score of the employee; the staff performance comprehensive display system comprises a common staff display system and a leader display system, wherein the common staff display system can view the self condition, and the leader display system can view the whole information of the department.
Description
Technical Field

the performance management system stores the large database of employee behaviors and the storage device of the large database of standard behaviors externally, compares the employee behaviors with the standard behaviors according to an algorithm in the system, maps the behaviors of the employees to the large database of standard behaviors, searches scores of the behaviors, and accumulates the scores one by one to quickly calculate the performance score of the employee;

Preferably, when the information acquisition system processes information transmitted by an external acquisition device, different information is preprocessed according to company regulations, attendance time information is normally or abnormally reported after being preprocessed, local operation time and webpage browsing time information of employees are reported to be real time, when work summary information uploaded by the employees every day is filled, the work summary information is required to be filled according to a preset template, and the work summary information is automatically classified and summarized after entering the system.

the external acquisition device 3 is a system for reporting personal summaries of employees, can be designed into a web page mode, and is filled by the employees, various types of tasks which may exist, including but not limited to doc file editing, code writing, online data searching, client communication and the like, are preset in the system in advance, and when the employees fill in, the personal summaries need to be filled one by one according to the classification.
The information acquisition system collects information obtained by all external acquisition devices, data are preprocessed and then stored according to different types of the information, the size of the information required to be stored every day is calculated according to company requirements, the reserved storage space is 120% of the actual size, the information quantity every day is multiplied by the information storage time, and the size specification of a final storage can be obtained.
The performance management system stores the employee behavior big database and the standard behavior big database externally, compares employee behaviors with the standard behaviors according to an algorithm in the system, maps the behaviors of the employees to the standard behavior big database, searches scores of the behaviors, and accumulates the scores one by one to quickly calculate the performance score of the employee, wherein the example is shown in table 1:
