The invention discloses a block chain-based cross-manufacturer equipment upgrading system and method, which change the condition that the traditional equipment can only depend on the platform upgrading of a manufacturer through the access of a block chain technology, and provide a cross-manufacturer upgrading method. The upgrading process authorizes the access of the blockchain system, so that the equipment can accept equipment upgrading instructions of different manufacturers (or preset platforms); in the scene of interconnection, the designated equipment can be accessed to different cloud platforms; the software/firmware upgrading of the intelligent equipment is ensured not to influence the functions of the equipment, and the upgrading process is ensured to be credible.

Background
With the development of device intelligence, billions of internet-of-things devices with increasing numbers are changing the existing network structure, and the demands of people on device control and automation are increased. In an intelligent home, interconnection and intercommunication among intelligent devices of different platforms become a basis and a necessary trend of a more comprehensive and flexible intelligent home scene, and a reasonable cross-platform device upgrading mechanism needs to be established for upgrading application software and system software of the intelligent devices. The invention realizes the purpose through the following technical scheme:
a cross-manufacturer equipment upgrading system based on a block chain comprises a block chain infrastructure, an equipment model management module, an authorization module and an upgrading module;
the block chain infrastructure is composed of different manufacturers and different entities of supervision authorities;
the manufacturer A of the equipment model management module puts the model of the equipment on the chain; other manufacturers B, C and the like can add firmware information for a certain equipment model, and equipment can be upgraded only after the manufacturer A authorizes the firmware information corresponding to the equipment model of the authorization module;
the authorization module is used for carrying out upgrading authorization on the firmware of the equipment. step 5, the platform of the manufacturer B returns the firmware upgrading information of the equipment model A of the equipment manufacturer A; judging equipment firmware information which is not from equipment of a non-manufacturer B by equipment of an equipment model A of a manufacturer A, and verifying upgrade firmware authorization information to the block chain service;
step 6, the block chain service returns the equipment upgrading authorization information of the equipment model A of the manufacturer A; the equipment of the equipment manufacturer A under the platform of the manufacturer B starts the upgrading of the equipment after the equipment of the equipment manufacturer A verifies the upgrading information.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

In any embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a blockchain-based cross-vendor equipment upgrade system of the present invention includes 4 parts, a blockchain infrastructure, an equipment model management module, an authorization module, and an upgrade module.
The block chain infrastructure is composed of different entities such as different manufacturers and monitoring organizations. The block chain provides an equipment model management module, an authorization module and an upgrading module through an intelligent contract.
And a device model management module, wherein the manufacturer places the model of the device on the chain. The manufacturer can add firmware information for a certain equipment model, and finish the equipment manufacturer authorizing the upgraded firmware information through the authorization module.
And the authorization module is used for updating the firmware of the hardware.
The upgrading module is used for managing equipment upgrading information. Including firmware version management, software version management, etc.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a method for upgrading a device across vendors based on a blockchain according to the present invention includes the following steps:

step 5, the platform of the manufacturer B returns the firmware upgrading information of the equipment model A of the equipment manufacturer A; judging equipment firmware information which is not from equipment of a non-manufacturer B by equipment of an equipment model A of a manufacturer A, and verifying upgrade firmware authorization information to the block chain service;
step 6, the block chain service returns the equipment upgrading authorization information of the equipment model A of the manufacturer A; and upgrading the equipment of the equipment manufacturer A with the equipment model A.

the authorization module is used for carrying out upgrading authorization on the firmware of the equipment and verifying whether the firmware is authorized or not when the upgrading module is used for upgrading;
and the upgrading module is used for managing equipment upgrading.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the blockchain provides the device model management module, the authorization module, and the upgrade module via smart contracts.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the upgrade module comprises firmware version management, software version management, and manufacturer authorization information for upgrading firmware.
4. The method for inter-vendor device upgrade based on blockchain as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
step 1, adding information of an equipment model A to a block chain by an equipment manufacturer A; the method comprises the steps that an equipment manufacturer B obtains equipment model A information of an equipment manufacturer A;
step 2, returning the equipment model information of the manufacturer A to the manufacturer B through the block chain service; adding the firmware information of the type A of the equipment to the block chain by the equipment manufacturer B;
step 3, the block chain service informs a manufacturer A that the equipment model A has new upgrading firmware; the equipment manufacturer A authorizes the upgrading information of the firmware of the equipment model A aiming at the equipment manufacturer B;
step 4, accessing the equipment of the equipment manufacturer A with the equipment model A into a platform of an equipment manufacturer B; the equipment of the equipment manufacturer A with the equipment model A obtains the firmware upgrading information of the manufacturer B through the platform of the equipment manufacturer B;
step 5, the platform of the manufacturer B returns the firmware upgrading information of the equipment model A of the equipment manufacturer A; judging equipment firmware information which is not from equipment of a non-manufacturer B by equipment of an equipment model A of a manufacturer A, and verifying upgrade firmware authorization information to the block chain service;
step 6, the block chain service returns the equipment upgrading authorization information of the equipment model A of the manufacturer A; the equipment of the equipment manufacturer A under the platform of the manufacturer B starts the upgrading of the equipment after the equipment of the equipment manufacturer A verifies the upgrading information.
