The method for issuing and executing the instructions of the multiple associated devices comprises the steps of firstly extracting the sub-instructions aiming at each device from a complete instruction, then recording and storing the execution results of the previous device and the next device of the device corresponding to the sub-instructions and executing the sub-instructions, firstly judging whether a device which is dependent from front to back exists when the last complete instruction is issued and executed, if so, judging, and otherwise, executing the sub-instructions. Through the scheme, the invention achieves the aims of realizing the parallel execution of a plurality of logically executing routes and realizing the integrity of the front and back dependency relationship equipment.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of multi-association equipment instruction issuing and execution, in particular to a method and a device for issuing and executing instructions during multi-association equipment.
Background
The multi-association equipment is used in industrial production, namely, the multi-equipment is associated with each other and has a dependency relationship before and after the instruction is issued and executed; at present, for a method and/or an apparatus for separately executing instructions for multiple associated devices and issuing and executing instructions without multiple associated devices, a solution for issuing and executing instructions based on multiple associated devices is urgently needed, which can implement parallel execution of multiple logical execution routes and correct execution of devices with dependencies in front and at back.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method and a device for issuing and executing instructions when multiple associated devices exist, and the method and the device are used for solving the problems that the instructions are separately executed for the multiple associated devices at present and the instructions are issued and executed when no multiple associated devices exist.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:
a method for issuing and executing instructions during multi-association equipment comprises the following steps:
s1, extracting a sub-instruction for each device from a complete instruction;
s2, recording and storing the execution result of the previous device and the next device corresponding to the sub instruction in the step S1 for executing the sub instruction;
s3, when a complete instruction is issued and executed in the step S1, whether front and back dependent equipment exists is judged when a sub instruction is executed, if yes, the step S4 is executed, and if not, the sub instruction is executed;
s4, judging whether the sub-instruction corresponding to the dependent device is executed, if yes, executing the sub-instruction of the step S3, otherwise, interrupting the execution of the sub-instruction of the step S3.
Further, in step S1, a complete sub-instruction is an instruction SPL statement; and extracting the sub-instruction of each device after the instruction SPL statement is segmented.
Further, the specific process of step S2 is: splitting the complete instruction in the step S1 into two tables, wherein one table is a relation table for recording the dependency relation of the front and back sub-instructions corresponding to each sub-instruction; the other table records the execution result state of the sub-instruction for the dependent table.
A method and device for issuing and executing instructions in the case of multiple associated devices comprises a memory: for storing executable instructions; a processor: the method is used for executing the executable instructions stored in the memory and realizing the instruction issuing and execution method when the equipment is in multi-association.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the method comprises the steps of segmenting an integral instruction, and extracting a sub-instruction corresponding to each device; then recording the former device and the latter device of the device corresponding to the sub-instruction and the execution result of the sub-instruction, and judging the dependent device when executing the whole instruction and executing the sub-instruction; therefore, parallel execution of a plurality of logically executing routes and correct execution of equipment with dependency in front and back can be realized.
(2) The invention can better realize the parallelism among the logic circuits of the multi-equipment execution and the integrity of the equipment with the front and back dependency relationship when the multi-equipment is mutually associated and the dependency relationship exists before and after the instruction is issued and executed.
(3) The front node equipment in the invention is the precondition of judging whether the statement instruction is executed, and the rear node equipment ensures the continuity of the whole sub-instruction, thereby ensuring that the multi-association equipment can realize parallel execution and complementary interference under the multi-logic performance.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, a method for issuing and executing instructions in a multi-association device is to implement control of a device in the whole instruction stream by using one instruction in a multi-association device context, and implement parallel execution of multiple execution logics without mutual interference in execution dependency logics of previous and subsequent results between devices; the specific process is as follows:
firstly, a complete instruction SPL statement is segmented, and sub-instructions for each device are extracted.
And secondly, converting the extracted sub-instructions for each device into two-dimensional tables, wherein the two tables respectively record the former device and the latter device of each device and the execution result of the instructions required to be executed by each device.
Thirdly, when the sub-instruction of the whole multi-device is issued and executed, when the device instruction in a part of sub-sentences is executed, judging whether devices which depend on the front and back exist or not at first, if so, judging the instruction execution condition of the devices which depend on the front and back exist, and executing the sub-sentence instruction of the next node only when the execution state of the front node in the sub-sentence is successful, wherein the front node is a precondition for judging whether the sub-sentence instruction is executed or not, and the back node is a precondition for ensuring the continuity of the whole sub-instruction; the success of the execution of the sub-instruction must be determined by the following criteria that all pre-dependent sub-instructions of the sub-instruction are completed and executed only if the sub-instruction is successfully executed, and the head sub-instruction does not have a dependent sub-instruction (the head sub-instruction must be directly executed).
