The invention discloses a suspension cylinder pressure maintaining test device for an electric wheel dumper, which comprises: the device comprises a base, side plates, a baffle plate and a vertical plate; the bottoms of the two pairs of side plates and the baffle plates are respectively connected to the top of the base 1, the outer sides of the two baffle plates are respectively provided with a vertical plate, the bottom edge and the side edge of the vertical plate are respectively connected with the base and the baffle plates, and the upper parts of the vertical plates are provided with hoisting holes; the side plates on the inner sides of the baffles are provided with pin holes, and safety pins are respectively arranged in the two pairs of pin holes on the two side plates. The invention also discloses a use method of the suspension cylinder pressure maintaining test device of the electric wheel dumper. The invention can perform pressure maintaining test on the suspension cylinder of the large electric wheel dumper and solve the problems in the prior art.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of mining dump trucks, and particularly relates to a suspension cylinder pressure maintaining test device for an electric wheel dump truck and a using method thereof.
Background
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a suspension cylinder of an electric wheel dump truck in the prior art.
The cylinder head 61 of the suspension cylinder 6 of the electric wheel dumper is connected to the cylinder body, one end of the suspension cylinder rod head 62 is positioned in the cylinder body, and the other end extends out of the cylinder body; the inflation valve 63 is provided on the cylinder.
Before the electric wheel dumper suspension cylinder 6 is put into use, the performance of the electric wheel dumper suspension cylinder needs to be tested, and the test contents comprise an air leakage test, an oil leakage test, a pressure maintaining test, a circulation test and the like. The existing pressure maintaining test device is mainly used for the suspension cylinder of a small-tonnage mechanical transmission dumper and can not meet the pressure maintaining test requirement of the suspension cylinder of the large-sized electric wheel dumper.

The invention aims to provide a pressure maintaining test device for a suspension cylinder of an electric wheel dump truck and a using method thereof, which can perform pressure maintaining test on the suspension cylinder of the large-scale electric wheel dump truck and solve the problems in the prior art.

the lifting hook extends into the lifting hole, and the lifting equipment integrally moves the suspension cylinder of the electric wheel dumper and the test device to the pressure maintaining test platform; and (3) injecting nitrogen into the cylinder body from the inflation valve, stopping injecting the nitrogen after the rod head of the suspension cylinder extends to tightly push the right baffle, and screwing the plug on the inflation valve to perform a pressure maintaining test.
Preferably, after the suspension cylinder of the electric wheel dumper is inflated, installed and fixed, a pressure maintaining test is performed.
Preferably, the cylinder head abuts against the baffle on the left side, and the cylinder hanging rod head abuts against the baffle on the right side.
The invention has the technical effects that:
the suspension cylinder fixing device for the electric wheel dumper is simple in structure and convenient to use, can ensure that the suspension cylinder of the electric wheel dumper is not damaged through integral hoisting and carrying, and can fix the suspension cylinder of the electric wheel dumper during a pressure holding test, so that the pressure holding test can be safely and effectively completed in the test process.

Electronic round of tipper jar pressurize test device hangs includes: base 1, curb plate 2, baffle 3, riser 4. The bottoms of the two pairs of side plates 2 and the baffles 3 are respectively connected (welded) with the top of the base 1, the two side plates 2 are parallel to each other, and the two baffles 3 are parallel to each other; vertical plates 4 are respectively arranged at the outer sides of the two baffles 3, the bottom edges and the side edges of the vertical plates 4 are respectively connected (welded) with the base 1 and the baffles 3, and hoisting holes 41 are arranged at the upper parts of the vertical plates 4; the side plates 2 on the inner sides of the baffle plates 3 are provided with pin holes, and safety pins 21 are respectively arranged in two pairs of pin holes on the two side plates 2.
The base 1 is formed of a single rectangular steel plate to support a large suspension cylinder. Two blocks of curb plates 2 symmetry welding are in base 1 both sides to improve base 1's intensity, two risers 4 can improve the intensity of baffle 3. The space enclosed by the baffle 3, the side plate 2 and the base 1 is used for fixing the suspension cylinder 6 of the electric wheel dumper when the pressure maintaining test is carried out, and the safety pin 21 plays a safety protection role.
The reinforcing ribs 5 are positioned between the vertical plate 4 and the side plate 2, and the sides of the reinforcing ribs 5 are respectively connected (welded) with the vertical plate 4, the baffle plate 3 and the side plate 2. Eight reinforcing ribs 5 are symmetrically welded between the baffle 3 and the vertical plate 4 so as to improve the strength of the vertical plate 4 and the baffle 3.

step 1: placing the suspension cylinder 6 of the electric wheel dump truck in a space defined by the baffle 3, the side plate 2 and the base 1, and positioning the inflation valve 63 at the top; the cylinder head 61 and the cylinder suspension rod head 62 are positioned between the two baffle plates 3; two safety pin holes 21 are respectively arranged in two pairs of pin holes of the side plate 2, and the two safety pin holes 21 are respectively positioned at the upper parts of the cylinder head 61 and the suspension cylinder rod head 62;
the cylinder head 61 abuts against the left baffle 3, and the suspension cylinder head 62 abuts against the right baffle 3.
Step 2: the lifting hook extends into the lifting hole 41, and the lifting equipment integrally moves the suspension cylinder 6 of the electric wheel dump truck and the test device to the pressure maintaining test platform; and (3) injecting nitrogen into the cylinder body from the inflation valve 63, stopping injecting the nitrogen after the suspension cylinder rod head 62 extends to tightly push the right baffle 3, and screwing the plug on the inflation valve 63 to perform a pressure holding test.

the lifting hook extends into the lifting hole, and the lifting equipment integrally moves the suspension cylinder of the electric wheel dumper and the test device to the pressure maintaining test platform; and (3) injecting nitrogen into the cylinder body from the inflation valve, stopping injecting the nitrogen after the rod head of the suspension cylinder extends to tightly push the right baffle, and screwing the plug on the inflation valve to perform a pressure maintaining test.
5. The use method of the electric wheel dump truck suspension cylinder pressure maintaining test device according to claim 4, characterized in that the pressure maintaining test is performed after the electric wheel dump truck suspension cylinder is inflated, installed and fixed.
