本发明是一种翅片换热器,涉及换热器技术领域,尤其涉及一种强化射流式换热器。包括管箱、管板、筒体、换热管、折流板、拉杆与定距管,筒体横向设置,管箱、管板、筒体依次相连,管箱、管板、筒体轴线相同,换热管、拉杆固接在管板上,折流板与定距管套接在拉杆上,折流板通过定距管确定间距;换热管包括光管、翅片与支撑环,多个翅片圆周分布,固接在光管的外壁上,支撑环固接在翅片上,换热管之间通过支撑环支撑;折流板为整环形板。本发明采用外翅片强化传热,减小换热器体积;有效地消除了流体诱导振动,减少了管束的磨损;有效地强化了传热,同时因为扰流的自洁作用,也使得污垢不易沉积。

技术领域
本发明涉及换热器技术领域,尤其涉及一种翅片换热器。
背景技术
现有换热器采用折流板或支持板作为管束的支撑结构,流体按规定的路径多次错流通过管束,提高壳程的换热系数。但是由于流体需要多次横掠过管束,反复改变冲刷方向,而且冲刷的角度大致是垂直方向,所以流体的流动阻力很大,在局部存在流动死区,而且容易引起诱导振动,致使换热管振动磨损,最终导致换热管泄露。
现有换热器的换热管采用光管,换热器体积大,成本高。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种翅片换热器,采用外翅片强化传热,减小换热器体积;有效地消除了流体诱导振动,减少了管束的磨损;有效地强化了传热,同时因为扰流的自洁作用,也使得污垢不易沉积。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
一种翅片换热器,包括管箱、管板、筒体、换热管、折流板、拉杆与定距管,筒体横向设置,管箱、管板、筒体依次相连,管箱、管板、筒体轴线相同,换热管、拉杆固接在管板上,折流板与定距管套接在拉杆上,折流板通过定距管确定间距;换热管包括光管、翅片与支撑环,多个翅片圆周分布,固接在光管的外壁上,支撑环压制环形槽固定在翅片上,换热管之间通过支撑环支撑;折流板为整环形板。
所述换热管采用正方形或者转角正方形排列。
所述多个翅片圆周均布固接在光管的外壁上。
所述定距管设置在折流板边缘。
所述支撑环与折流板个数和位置一致,折流板固接在筒体内壁,折流板支撑换热管。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明换热管包括光管、翅片与支撑环,多个翅片圆周分布固接在光管的外壁上;换热管采用外翅片强化传热,减小换热器体积。
2、本发明采用整环形折流板,使得原来的以横向流和错流为主的壳程流体的流向变成了沿壳体轴向的纵向流,不但流场分布比较均匀,几乎没有传热死区,还有效地减小了管束与支撑结构间的剪切应力,而且也消除了对管束的横向冲刷,有效地消除了流体诱导振动,减少了管束的磨损。
3、本发明由于壳程中的流体是顺着管束流动,因此当它遇到折流板就会产生扰流,在扰流的强度减弱后,又会遇到下一个折流板,再次产生扰流,如此多次扰动减薄了层流边界层,有效地强化了传热,同时因为扰流的自洁作用,也使得污垢不易沉积。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明:
如图1-5所示,一种翅片换热器,包括管箱1、管板2、筒体3、换热管4、折流板5、拉杆6与定距管7。
筒体3为圆形筒体,横向设置,轴线水平。筒体3左端与管板2相连,管板2与管箱1相连,管箱1、管板2、筒体3轴线相同。
拉杆6两端均设有螺柱,拉杆6通过螺纹固接在管板2上,折流板5与定距管7交错套接在拉杆6上,折流板5为整环形板,外沿圆周均布四个拉杆孔,定距管7设置在折流板5边缘,折流板5之间通过定距管7确定间距。
换热管4包括光管8、翅片9与支撑环10,翅片9为长条形,多个翅片9圆周均布轴向固接在光管8的外壁上,多个支撑环10轴向等间距固定在翅片9上。支撑环10压制环形槽固定在翅片9上.
换热管4采用正方形或者转角正方形排列,换热管4之间通过支撑环10支撑。折流板5为整环形板,中部设有与换热管4相应的孔,便于换热管4穿过。
支撑环10与折流板5个数和位置一致,折流板5固接在筒体3内壁,折流板5支撑换热管4管束,换热管4之间通过支撑环10支撑。
本发明换热管4采用外翅片强化传热,减小换热器体积。本发明采用整环形折流板5,使得原来的以横向流和错流为主的壳程流体的流向变成了沿壳体轴向的纵向流,不但流场分布比较均匀,几乎没有传热死区,还有效地减小了管束与支撑结构间的剪切应力,而且也消除了对管束的横向冲刷,有效地消除了流体诱导振动,减少了管束的磨损。
本发明由于壳程中的流体是顺着管束流动,因此当它遇到折流板就会产生扰流,在扰流的强度减弱后,又会遇到下一个折流板,再次产生扰流,如此多次扰动减薄了层流边界层,有效地强化了传热,同时因为扰流的自洁作用,也使得污垢不易沉积。

1.一种翅片换热器,包括管箱、管板、筒体、换热管、折流板、拉杆与定距管,筒体横向设置,管箱、管板、筒体依次相连,管箱、管板、筒体轴线相同,换热管、拉杆固接在管板上,折流板与定距管套接在拉杆上,折流板通过定距管确定间距;其特征在于:换热管包括光管、翅片与支撑环,多个翅片圆周分布,固接在光管的外壁上,支撑环压制环形槽固定在翅片上,换热管之间通过支撑环支撑;折流板为整环形板。
