因此提高了站1的安全性。实际上,当车辆向前或向后移动时,转向系统允许力转移到分离式联接器7的工作轴线上。站1也更灵活,因为该系统允许车辆在两个方向上接近,这是目前现有设施无法安全做到的。
例如,转向壁组件10包括一个或多个弯曲壁,所述弯曲壁的曲率半径例如为5毫米至300毫米(但不限于是该范围)。例如,转向壁组件10形成会聚的管或管的一部分(曲率半径朝向上游端逐渐减小)。
如图2和图3所示,转向壁组件10可包括圆环面截面(或整个圆环面)。
转向壁组件10包括例如至少一个固定壁。
作为其的替换,或者与其结合地,转向壁组件10可包括至少一个活动壁,例如安装在(活动的或固定的)轴上并围绕该轴旋转的辊。如图4所示,引导构件9可包括两个竖直定向的转向侧壁10,这两个转向侧壁在软管部分的两侧/任一侧上形成侧向止挡,两个侧壁10可各自由辊形成,所述辊可绕竖直轴线旋转。
如图5所示,转向壁组件10可包括水平定向并且形成在软管部分的上方的竖向止挡的上壁(特别是可绕一水平轴旋转的辊)和/或水平定向并且形成在软管部分的下方的竖向止挡的下壁(特别是可绕一水平轴旋转的辊)。
这种配置使得可以将软管上的在相对两侧上的水平张力以及软管上的向上或向下的张力转移到分离式联接器7的工作轴线上。这允许张力的竖直分量和水平分量的转移。
自然,分离式联接器7的工作轴线不一定是水平的。
此外,该分离式联接器7和引导构件9可以布置在任何高度处。
优选地,该分离式联接器7和引导构件9固定在通常的联接高度,用于将软管端部联接到储罐上(在储罐入口/出口的平均高度,例如大约1米)。
在分离式联接器7固定在待填充的储罐的入口的高度处的情况下,转移力的竖直分量的水平壁10或辊是可选的。因此,引导系统可以进一步简化。
由于软管的长度通常为几米,系统的高度相对于储罐的平均高度可以相差几十厘米,而不会影响操作。因此,软管在转向系统出口处的最大倾斜角度保持在分离式联接器7的制造商推荐的值以下,并且在引导构件9的有效高度内。
本发明允许减少所需要的部件的数量(如果需要,只需要一个引导/转向方向,或者在圆环面的情况下,只需要一个引导元件)。因此,这种结构允许简化结构和组件,以及允许提高安全系统的效率,同时降低成本。
特别地,如果引导构件9包括圆环面或半圆环面,这提供了关于分配器壳体8的形状以及分离式联接器7和引导构件9的组装位置的灵活性。

Claims (9)

6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的站,其特征在于,所述转向壁组件(10)包括以下中的至少一者:水平定向并且形成位于所述软管部分上方的竖向止挡的上壁;水平定向并且形成位于所述软管部分下方的竖向止挡的下壁。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的站,其特征在于,所述分离式联接器(7)以与所述工作轴线平行或基本上平行的取向布置在所述分配器壳体(8)中。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的站,其特征在于,所述分离式联接器(7)以距离地面5厘米至3米并且优选50厘米至1米的高度布置在所述分配器壳体(8)中。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的站,其特征在于,所述气体源(2)包含燃料气体,该燃料气体包含液态和/或气态形式的氢或由液态和/或气态形式的氢组成。
