Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying examples.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the water purifier in this embodiment includes a front filter element 104, a membrane filter element 100, a first water pipe, a second water pipe, an elastic wave generator 10, and a main control board 106, where the first water pipe 101 is connected between a water outlet end of the front filter element 104 and a water inlet end of the membrane filter element 100, the pure water outlet end of the membrane filter element 100 is provided with the second water pipe 102, the elastic wave generator 10 is arranged on an outer wall of the first water pipe 101 and is capable of pressurizing water flow in the first water pipe 101, and the second water pipe 102 is provided with a flow meter 105. The first water pipe 101 is provided with a check valve 107 and a water inlet solenoid valve 108 at the previous time before the elastic wave generator 10. The membrane cartridge 100 in this embodiment may be a nanofiltration cartridge, an ultrafiltration cartridge, or the like.
The principle of the elastic wave making the liquid flow is as follows: the elastic wave generator applies external force to periodically act on the pipe filled with liquid, so that the elastic wave is transmitted in the pipe wall, finally the liquid starts to flow along the pipeline, the elastic wave is transmitted in the pipe wall, vibrates and moves the liquid layer close to the pipe wall, and then the liquid layer close to the pipe wall starts to move relative to the adjacent liquid layer. And the relative operation of the liquid layers can generate friction force between the layers, the friction force can drag liquid in the adjacent layers, and the steps are repeated, so that the pressurized flow of the liquid is finally realized.
The elastic wave mentioned therein is one of stress waves, and is a form in which stress and strain caused by disturbance or external force action are transmitted in an elastic medium. An elastic wave is a wave formed by propagation of minute vibrations of a substance particle propagating in a solid material, and is called an elastic wave because only minute deformations cause an object to be in an elastic state.
The elastic waves comprise impact elastic waves, ultrasonic waves and sound waves, wherein the impact elastic waves are generated by impact of a hammer or other vibration excitation devices, and the elastic waves have the characteristics of large vibration excitation energy and simplicity in operation. That is, the impact elastic wave is an elastic wave excited by physical means such as manual hammering and electromagnetic excitation.
Referring to fig. 2, the main control board 106 is connected to the elastic wave generator 10, the flow meter 105 and the water inlet solenoid valve 108.
The one-way valve is arranged in front of the elastic wave generator or the water inlet electromagnetic valve is matched for use, when the elastic wave generator applies periodic external force, the one-way valve can ensure that liquid can only flow towards the membrane filter element in a one-way mode, the one-way valve is simple in structure and simple to control, but when the elastic wave generator stops working, as friction force can be slowly reduced, purified water still slowly flows to the membrane filter element from the front composite filter element, the pressure at the front part of the elastic wave generator is increased, and parts are high in bearing pressure and easy to fatigue damage; if the water inlet electromagnetic valve (normally closed) is matched with the water inlet electromagnetic valve, the main control board controls the water inlet electromagnetic valve to be in a closed state when the elastic wave generator applies external force, and controls the water inlet electromagnetic valve to be in an open state when the elastic wave generator does not apply external force, so that the flow direction of water flow is ensured through cyclic switching.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the elastic wave generator 10 in the present embodiment is a hydraulic elastic wave generator. The device comprises a frame 1, a rotary table 4a, a cylinder body 1a, a diaphragm 6a, a connecting rod 3a and a piston rod 2a, wherein the rotary table 4a is rotatably arranged on the frame 1 through a bearing 41 a; the diaphragm 6a can adopt silica gel, and the diaphragm 6a is hermetically arranged on the inner side of the cylinder body 1 a; the middle part of the diaphragm 6a is provided with a hollow cavity for the first water pipe 101 to penetrate through; the piston rod 2a is arranged in the cylinder body 1a in a way of axially moving back and forth, the piston rod 2a is in sealing fit with the inner wall of the cylinder body 1a, and particularly, a sealing ring is arranged at the head part of the piston rod 2 a; the area of the cylinder block 1a between the inner end of the piston rod 2a and the outer wall of the diaphragm 6a is formed with an oil chamber 7a, and hydraulic oil is contained in the oil chamber 7 a.
One end of the connecting rod 3a is movably connected with the rotary disc 4a through a bearing 42a, and the other end is movably connected with the outer end of the piston rod 2a through a bearing 43 a. A guide sleeve 5a is arranged on the port of the cylinder body 1a, and the piston rod 2a penetrates through the guide sleeve 5 a. The turntable 4a may be driven directly by a motor not shown or by a gear change mechanism. Other structures refer to example 1.
The working principle of the elastic wave generator in the embodiment is as follows:
when the piston rod moves linearly downwards, hydraulic oil is compressed, pressure is applied to the diaphragm, the diaphragm applies pressure to the first water pipe, when the piston rod moves linearly upwards, the hydraulic oil releases pressure, the first water pipe is in a pressure release state, and therefore when the piston rod moves linearly upwards and downwards in a reciprocating mode, cyclic periodic external force is applied to the first water pipe, and elastic waves are generated to drive purified water to flow in a pressurized mode. The linear reciprocating motion of the piston rod is realized by driving the connecting rod to rotate by the turntable.
When the main control board receives a flow regulation demand, the main control board controls the rotation angle of a rotary disc of the hydraulic elastic wave generator, the rotation angle of the rotary disc directly determines the strength of the piston rod moving downwards to compress hydraulic oil, when the rotation angle of the rotary disc is large, the distance of the piston rod moving downwards in a straight line is long, the pressure on the hydraulic oil is large, the amplitude of a first water pipe is large, and the flow of purified water is large; on the contrary, when the rotating angle of the rotating disc is small, the distance of the downward linear motion of the piston rod is small, the pressure on the hydraulic oil is small, the amplitude of the first water pipe is small, and the flow rate of purified water is small.
The elastic wave generator in the embodiment has the advantages of high amplitude control precision and high amplitude intensity.
The purpose of using the elastic wave generator is that the water production flow can meet the requirement, and in order to ensure that the water production flow can meet the requirement of the water purifier flow, the required elastic wave amplitude is calculated according to the following formula.
Wherein, q is the mass flow of the liquid caused by elastic wave of the pipe wall, kg/s;
a-elastic wave amplitude, m;
d-tube diameter, m;
cs-the speed of sound of the material inside the tube, m/s;
rho-liquid density, kg/m 3 ;
From the above formula, it can be known that the larger the diameter of the pipe is, the larger the amplitude of the elastic wave required to reach when the same flow rate is reached is, and a general water purifier only uses 2 branch pipes and 3 branch pipes, so 3 branch pipes with larger diameters are selected as an example; the booster pump selected by the water purifier is 400G or 600G standard, and here, a 600G booster pump with a larger flow rate is selected as an example.
Therefore, when the pipe is a first 3-minute water pipe (with an inner diameter of 6.35 mm) and the flow rate of the clean water is required to reach the flow rate (i.e. 1.58L/min) provided by the 600G booster pump, the amplitude of the elastic wave to be reached is calculated, and the sound velocity of the first water pipe is 2.48X103m/s, and the above parameters are substituted into the formula 1:
namely, the amplitude of the elastic wave only needs to reach 0.2205mm, and is very small and extremely easy to reach. When the diameter of the pipe is smaller (when 2 pipes are adopted), the flow rate is smaller, the amplitude is smaller, and the method can be completely realized on a household water purifier. Even can be applied to commercial large-scale water purification equipment, when calculating that the flow demand of the commercial water purifier reaches 5L/min in the same way, the amplitude A is only 0.3237mm.
In addition, a flowmeter is added at the water production end for detecting the flow, the detected flow is fed back to the main control board, the main control board calculates the amplitude required by the elastic wave according to the logic program of the formula 1, and outputs an intensity adjusting signal of the elastic wave generator, so that the amplitude of the elastic wave is adjusted, the flow is finally influenced, and the strong self-adaptive pressurization flow is realized, and the logic diagram is shown in the following figure 5.
