Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an air guide structure of an air filter air inlet and an engine air inlet system, which are used for solving the problems that when an automobile runs to a low-lying water-flooding road surface, the risk of being easily submerged by water exists, and the engine cannot obtain enough air inflow from the air inlet, so that the engine is flameout and the normal running of the automobile is affected.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the air guide structure comprises an air guide pipe body, wherein the air guide pipe body is provided with a first air inlet, a second air inlet and an air outlet, the position of the second air inlet is higher than that of the first air inlet, the position of the air outlet is higher than that of the second air inlet, the position of the first air inlet is close to an opening of a front protection grid, and the air outlet is used for being connected with an air inlet of an air filter;
the second air inlet is provided with a first openable baffle, and when the first air inlet is blocked, the first openable baffle is opened through negative pressure generated by air suction of the engine, so that air flows in from the second air inlet, and the supply of air inflow is realized.
Preferably, the opening of the first air inlet faces to the opening of the front protection grille;
the opening of the second air inlet faces downwards, so that the first openable baffle is closed by self gravity.
Preferably, an outlet is further arranged on the pipeline from the first air inlet to the air outlet of the air guide pipe body, and a second openable baffle is arranged at the outlet, so that impurities in air entering from the first air inlet push away the second openable baffle under the action of inertia and leave from the outlet.
Preferably, the air guide pipe body comprises an air guide pipe with a Z-shaped structure and an air guide pipe with an L-shaped structure, and the side wall of the upper horizontal section of the air guide pipe with the Z-shaped structure is communicated with the side wall of the horizontal section of the air guide pipe with the L-shaped structure through a straight line pipe;
the end part of the lower horizontal section of the Z-shaped air guide pipeline is the first air inlet, and the end part of the upper horizontal section is the outlet;
the end part of the vertical section of the air guide pipeline with the L-shaped structure is the second air inlet, and the end part of the horizontal section is the air outlet.
Preferably, a first annular step is formed on the inner side wall of the pipeline of the air guide pipe body close to the second air inlet, so that the diameter of the interior of the pipeline is larger than that of the second air inlet;
one end of the first openable baffle is rotatably connected to the inner side wall of the pipeline close to the first annular step, and the other end of the first openable baffle is in contact with the first annular step.
Preferably, a second annular step is formed at the end of the outlet, one end of the second openable baffle is rotatably connected to the inner side wall of the pipeline close to the second annular step, and the other end of the second openable baffle is in contact with the second annular step.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) Through setting up the second air intake on the guide duct body, when the car is gone to low-lying flood road surface, first air intake is submerged by the water, the produced negative pressure effect of engine inspiration this moment makes water be inhaled in the guide duct, when water gets into certain altitude in the guide duct, negative pressure in the guide duct risees, when the negative pressure reaches the self weight of overcoming first openable baffle of second air intake department, first openable baffle is opened, the air flows in from the second air intake, has realized the supply of engine air input and has prevented the requirement of wading. When the automobile drives away from the low-lying water-diffusing road surface and normally runs, water in the air guide pipe falls back and flows out from the first air inlet, meanwhile, the first openable baffle arranged at the second air inlet is closed by self gravity, the air suction process returns to normal, and fresh and low-temperature air outside the automobile flows in from the first air inlet through the opening of the front protective grille. The problems that when an automobile runs to a low-lying water-flooding road surface, the risk of being easily submerged by water exists, and the engine cannot obtain enough air inflow from the air inlet, so that the engine is flameout and the normal running of the automobile is influenced are solved;
2) The opening of the first air inlet is set to be an opening towards the front grille, so that fresh low-temperature air outside the automobile smoothly enters the air guide pipe, the required air inflow of the engine is ensured, and meanwhile, the opening of the second air inlet is set to be downward, so that the first openable baffle can be reliably closed by self gravity in the normal operation process of the automobile, and the use of parts is reduced;
3) Through arranging the outlet on the pipeline from the first air inlet to the air outlet of the air guide pipe body, impurities in air entering from the first air inlet push away the second openable baffle under the inertia effect and leave from the outlet, thereby realizing preliminary filtration, avoiding large-particle impurities from entering the air filter, and prolonging the service life of the air filter;
4) The first annular step is formed on the inner side wall of the pipeline of the air guide pipe body, so that the diameter of the inner part of the pipeline is larger than that of the second air inlet, one end of the first openable baffle is rotationally connected to the inner side wall of the pipeline close to the first annular step, and the other end of the first openable baffle is contacted with the first annular step, so that the one-way opening of the first openable baffle is realized; meanwhile, one end of the second openable baffle is rotationally connected to the inner side wall of the pipeline close to the second annular step by forming the second annular step at the end part of the outlet, the other end of the second openable baffle is contacted with the second annular step, thereby realizing the unidirectional opening of the second openable baffle,

The opening of the first air inlet 101 faces to the opening 201 of the front protection grille 2;
the opening of the second air inlet 102 faces downwards, so that the first openable baffle 4 is closed by self gravity.
Through setting the opening of the first air inlet to be the opening towards the front grille, fresh low-temperature air outside the automobile smoothly enters the air guide pipe, the required air inflow of the engine is ensured, and meanwhile, the opening of the second air inlet is set to be downwards, so that the first openable baffle is reliably closed by self gravity in the normal operation process of the automobile, and the use of parts is reduced.
An outlet 104 is further arranged on the pipeline of the air guide pipe body 1 from the first air inlet 101 to the air outlet 103, and a second openable baffle 5 is arranged at the outlet 104, so that impurities in air entering from the first air inlet 101 push away the second openable baffle 5 under the action of inertia and leave from the outlet 104.

Through forming first annular step on the inside wall of the pipeline of guide duct body, make the inside diameter of pipeline be greater than the diameter of second air intake department to rotate the one end of connecting first openable baffle on the pipeline inside wall that is close to first annular step, the other end contacts with first annular step, thereby has realized the one-way opening of first openable baffle.
The first openable baffle plate is unidirectionally opened, namely when the first air inlet is blocked, the engine inhales to enable negative pressure to be generated in the air guide pipe, when the negative pressure reaches to overcome the self weight of the first openable baffle plate at the second air inlet, the first openable baffle plate rotates in the air guide pipe, air flows in from the second air inlet, the supply of the air input of the engine is realized, when an automobile drives away from a low-lying water-diffusion road surface, water in the air guide pipe falls back and flows out from the first air inlet, the negative pressure disappears, the first openable baffle plate reversely rotates to a first step by self gravity to realize closing, and the first openable baffle plate cannot further rotate outside the second air inlet due to the arrangement of the first step.
The end of the outlet 104 is formed with a second circumferential step 106, and one end of the second openable baffle 5 is rotatably connected to the inner side wall of the pipeline near the second circumferential step 106, and the other end is in contact with the second circumferential step 106.
Through forming the second annular step at the tip of export, make the one end rotation of second openable baffle connect on the pipeline inside wall that is close to the second annular step, the other end contacts with the second annular step to the one-way opening of second openable baffle has been realized. a groove is formed on the inner side wall of the pipeline near the second annular step 106, and a second protrusion 501 which is clamped with the groove is formed at one end of the second openable baffle 5.
The air guide pipe body 1, the first openable baffle 4 and the second openable baffle 5 are made of plastics.
The air outlet 103 pipeline is assembled with the air inlet 3 pipeline of the air filter together through the sponge 6 in an interference way, and the air outlet 103 pipeline is fixed on the front upper member 7 of the vehicle body through bolts or clamping.
Through adopting the sponge to be in the same place with the air inlet pipeline interference fit of air outlet pipeline and empty filter, avoided the clearance inflow of the air inlet pipeline of air outlet pipeline and empty filter of radiator module 8 in place ahead, simultaneously, fix the air outlet pipeline on the preceding upper member of automobile body through bolt or joint, avoided the vehicle operation in-process, the guide duct takes place to rock.
The sponge in this example is an EPDM foam sponge.
According to the air filter air inlet air guide structure, the first air inlet of the air guide pipe body is prolonged to the position of the opening below the front protective grille, the first air inlet is used as the main air inlet of the air guide pipe, the second air inlet is additionally arranged at the same time and used as the auxiliary air inlet of the air guide pipe, the position of the second air inlet is higher than that of the first air inlet, and the first openable baffle is arranged at the position of the second air inlet. When the automobile runs off the low-lying flood road surface and enters normal running, water in the air guide pipe falls back and flows out from the main air inlet of the air guide pipe, negative pressure disappears, the first openable baffle of the auxiliary air inlet of the air guide pipe is closed under the action of self gravity, the air suction process is recovered to be normal, and fresh and low-temperature air outside the automobile enters from the main air inlet of the air guide pipe through the opening under the front protective grille again.
The mounting manner of air filter air inlet wind-guiding structure in this embodiment is, can open the first protruding joint of baffle in the recess of the annular step in the second air outlet with first, can open the second protruding joint of baffle in the recess of the step of export with the second, then paste the sponge on the lateral wall of the air outlet pipeline of air guide pipe body, in the air inlet pipeline of air filter, finally through the bolt with the air guide pipe body fixed on the preceding upper member of automobile body can, have easy operation's advantage.

According to the air filter air inlet air guide structure and the engine air inlet system, the second air inlet is formed in the air guide pipe body, when an automobile runs to a low-lying water-diffusion road surface, the first air inlet is submerged by water, at the moment, water is sucked into the air guide pipe under the action of negative pressure generated by air suction of the engine, when the water enters the air guide pipe to a certain height, the negative pressure in the air guide pipe rises, when the negative pressure reaches to overcome the self weight of the first openable baffle at the second air inlet, the first openable baffle is opened, air flows in from the second air inlet, and the air inflow of the engine and the requirements of air inflow and anti-interference are met. When the automobile drives away from the low-lying water-diffusing road surface and normally runs, water in the air guide pipe falls back and flows out from the first air inlet, meanwhile, the first openable baffle arranged at the second air inlet is closed by self gravity, the air suction process returns to normal, and fresh and low-temperature air outside the automobile flows in from the first air inlet through the opening of the front protective grille.
