Abstract
The invention discloses a concrete conveying belt with a cleaning device, which comprises a conveying belt and a support frame, wherein the support frame is arranged below the conveying belt, a conveying motor is arranged on the inner side of the conveying belt, the conveying motor is in transmission connection with one side of the conveying belt, the cleaning device is arranged on the lower side of the conveying belt, and the cleaning device is matched with the bottom surface of the conveying belt. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: (1) when the conveying belt runs, the cleaning device can be started to clean the residual concrete on the surface of the conveying belt; (2) the invention is provided with a plurality of baffles, thereby avoiding accidental sprinkling during concrete transportation.

Concrete is mainly divided into two stages and states: plastic state before setting and hardening, namely fresh concrete or concrete mixture. In the actual construction process, the concrete is transported in its plastic state, and in the process, residual concrete is left on the transporting device. After transport is complete, the transport equipment needs to be cleaned in order to ensure that it can be reused.
