A bar-shaped groove 21 with a semicircular section is formed in the position, corresponding to the water inlet, of the water guide part 13, a cotton thread 22 is connected in the bar-shaped groove 21, and one end of the cotton thread 22 penetrates through the water inlet and extends into the water storage cavity 17; the cotton thread 22 is embedded into the strip-shaped groove 21, so that the rainwater absorption efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the rainwater is filtered, impurities such as sediment and the like are reduced to enter the water storage cavity 17, and the smoothness of the drain hole 18 and the spray pipe 19 is further ensured.
The inner wall of the water storage cavity 17 is communicated with an overflow hole 23 near the middle part, and the height of one end of the cotton thread 22 positioned in the water storage cavity 17 is higher than the height of the overflow hole 23; the height of the water level in the water storage cavity 17 is controlled through the overflow holes 23, so that the volatilization and dissipation of rainwater through the capillary action of the cotton thread 22 are reduced.

During operation, the heat preservation effect of the tile is improved by arranging the cavity 14 in the body 1 and filling the heat preservation perlite particles, meanwhile, the influence on the heat preservation effect in the transportation and installation processes is reduced, perlite in the tile is not easy to spill through the sealing of the pin 16 to the filling hole 15, meanwhile, when raining, rainwater is stored through the water inlet hole and the water storage cavity 17, then under the high-temperature insolation in a tropical region, the diethyl ether is gasified and then expanded, the rainwater after the air pressure in the water storage cavity 17 is increased is filled into the spray pipe 19 through the water drainage hole 18, then the rainwater is sprayed on the surface of the tile, heat is taken away through evaporation, the heat is further prevented from entering the indoor space at the bottom of the tile, and the heat insulation and heat preservation effect of the tile is improved; the cotton thread 22 is embedded into the strip-shaped groove 21, so that the rainwater absorption efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the rainwater is filtered, impurities such as sediment and the like are reduced from entering the water storage cavity 17, and the smoothness of the drain hole 18 and the spray pipe 19 is further ensured; the water level in the water storage cavity 17 is controlled through the overflow holes 23, so that the volatilization and loss of rainwater through the capillary action of the cotton thread 22 are reduced; the volume of the water-absorbing resin in the elastic bag 28 is reduced by water loss and dryness in high-temperature weather, then the frame 25 is ejected out through the spring 27, the frame 25 is extended downwards and then abuts against the body 1 overlapped at the lower part, then the end part of the body 1 where the frame 25 is positioned is lifted, further ventilation holes are formed between the bodies 1, the efficiency of outward flowing of indoor hot air is improved, the dissipation of indoor heat is further increased, the indoor temperature is reduced, meanwhile, the elastic bag 28 is expanded in volume after absorbing water in raining, the elastic bag 28 extrudes the water guide part 13 and the top end of the frame 25, the gap is reduced after the end part of a tile is fallen down, the waterproof performance is further improved, and the leakage of rainwater is reduced; the elastic bag 28 is supported by the membrane 3, so that the cutting of the elastic membrane 45 by the sharp edge of the through groove 24 is reduced, meanwhile, the rainwater is reversely flowed, and the influence of human impurity particles or soil contained in the rainwater on the normal operation of the frame 25 caused by entering the through groove 24 is reduced; the arched part 12 is cut to form the notch 31, then the notch 31 is expanded, the spray pipe 19 is led out of the notch 31, the spray pipe 19 is extruded through the elastic deformation of the notch 31, so that the spray pipe 19 is sealed to a certain extent when no water is sprayed, sand and dust carried by wind and sand are reduced to enter and block the spray pipe 19, the smoothness of the spray pipe 19 is kept, meanwhile, the end part of the spray pipe 19 is further flattened by matching with the mutual attraction between the magnetic sheets 32 and the traction of the tension spring 39, the tightness of the end part of the spray pipe 19 is improved, meanwhile, the dispersion efficiency of a water curtain is improved at the end part of the flat spray pipe 19 when the spray pipe 19 sprays water, the uniform spraying of the water curtain on the top of the body 1 is further improved, and the evaporation heat absorption efficiency is improved; compressed air in the balloon 2 is filled into the sliding cylinder 38 to push the sliding rod 35 to rise, so that the elastic sheet 36 and the column 37 close to the top jack up the cotton thread 22 upwards, the cotton thread 22 stretches elastically for a certain distance, then the elastic rope 33 drives the cotton thread 22 to be loosened from the elastic sheet 36 at the corresponding position and fall between the next-stage elastic sheet 36 and the sliding rod 35 when reaching the elastic limit, the cotton thread 22 is separated from the strip-shaped groove 21 and continuously vibrates, the shaking-off efficiency of dust impurities adhered on the cotton thread 22 is increased, and the water absorption and water guide efficiency of the cotton thread 22 is ensured; the annular groove 42 is pressed when the elastic coil spring 43 expands outwards, so that the sealing performance of the sliding cylinder 38 is improved by matching with the elastic body 41, and the ejection efficiency of the sliding rod 35 is further improved.
The process for producing the heat-insulating sound-insulating regenerated plastic tile comprises the following steps:
s1, sorting and cleaning the recycled plastics, crushing the recycled plastics by crushing equipment, granulating by an extruder, and cooling the formed recycled plastics particles for later use;
s2, mixing the recycled plastic particles in the step S1 with the polyethylene raw material, adding a coloring agent, fully stirring, hot-melting by an extruding machine, filling into a tile production mould, and then filling the mould with air to form a hollow cavity 14 body; cooling and demoulding to form a blank;
s3, deburring and polishing the blank produced in the step S2, punching the blank through punching equipment to form a through groove 24, loading ore bodies into the through groove 24, fixedly connecting an elastic bag 28 and a baffle 26 through an adhesive, drying through a hot air machine to accelerate glue solidification, cutting a notch 31 through a cutting knife, leading out a spray pipe 19 from the notch 31 through traction equipment, fixing cotton threads 22 in the strip groove 21, filling perlite particles into the cavity 14, and sealing, thus finishing the production of the plastic tile.
