In a further aspect of the above embodiment, the second claws 410 are uniformly abutted to the periphery of the fastener 300 by the plurality of second claws 410 in the periphery of the fastener 300, so that the effect of preventing the fastener 300 from moving toward the first claws is good.
Of course, each step 310 on the fastener 300 may be disposed at a different location in the axial direction of the fastener 300, so long as each second jaw 410 can abut against the corresponding step 310 toward the table of the first jaw 200 to limit the movement of the fastener 300 toward the first jaw 200. In addition, when a plurality of second claws 410 are provided, the intervals between the circumferential directions of the respective second claws 410 may also be different. The arrangement mode of the steps 310 is more flexible, and when the internal structure of the faucet assembly is complex, the anti-loosening effect can be improved, and meanwhile, part of structural components can be avoided.
As a further aspect of the foregoing embodiment, the fastener 300 is a hollow annular structure with two ends penetrating, the step 310 is disposed on the inner wall of the fastener 300, and the second claw 410 abuts against the step 310 in the inner cavity of the fastener 300.

The anti-loose ring 400 is provided with the connecting arm 450 extending towards the direction of the first claw 200, the second claw 410 is arranged on the connecting arm 450, the distance between the anti-loose ring 400 and the step 310 is conveniently overcome through the extension of the connecting arm 450, the step 310 is conveniently arranged on the end face of the fastener 300 far away from the anti-loose ring 400, the second claw 410 is conveniently abutted with the step 310, the position limitation on the step 310 is small, and the processing is easier when the step 310 is arranged on the end face of the fastener 300.
Of course, the step 310 may be provided on either the outer or inner wall of the fastener 300 of the hollow annular structure. When the step 310 is disposed on the inner wall of the fastener 300, the connecting arm 450 and the second jaw 410 thereon pass through the gap between the fastener 300 and the shaft seat 100 to the step 310. When the step 310 is disposed on the outer wall of the fastener 300, the second claw 410 is wound around the step 310 from the outside of the fastener 300 to be in abutment with the table surface of the step 310 facing the first claw 200.
The second claw 410 may be an elastic claw, a movable claw capable of stretching, rotating, or the like, or a detachable claw, when the detachable claw is adopted, the second claw 410 is mounted on the anti-loose ring 400 after the anti-loose ring 400 is mounted in place, and the second claw 410 is abutted against the step 310.
As a further solution to the above embodiment, the fastener 300 may be an annular fastener, including an annular main body, where an inner wall of the annular main body has an internal thread, and an outer wall of the shaft seat 100 has an external thread adapted to the internal thread, and the fastener 300 is in threaded connection with the shaft seat 100 through the matching of the internal thread and the external thread.
In a further aspect of the above embodiment, a threaded connection is used to adapt to different thickness of the fixing table 600 and facilitate adjusting the clamping force between the fastener 300 and the first jaw 200.
When the fastening member 300 is connected to the shaft seat 100 by other linking methods such as clamping, riveting, welding, etc., the fastening member 300 may not have a ring structure, and at this time, the fastening member 300 may have a dispersed block structure, so long as the fastening member 300 is connected to the shaft seat 100 and fixed, and then the fastening member 300 can be clamped with the first claw 200 on the other side of the fixing table 600 to clamp the fixing table 600.
As a further solution of the above embodiment, at least two first claws 200 are provided, and all the first claws 200 are uniformly disposed along the circumferential direction of the shaft seat 100 at the same axial position of the shaft seat 100.
In a further aspect of the above embodiment, when clamping and fixing the fixing table 600, the plurality of first claws 200 simultaneously clamp and fix the fixing table 600, and if one or several of the first claws 200 is damaged, the clamping and fixing of the shaft seat 100 and the fixing table 600 can be maintained.
Of course, only one first claw 200 may be provided, when one first claw 200 is provided, the fastener 300 is provided at the corresponding position of the other side of the fixing table 600, and the fixing table 600 can be clamped by clamping fit of the fastener 300 and the first claw 200, and when only one first claw 200 is provided, the cost is saved, and the disassembly and assembly are convenient.

The first assembly structure and the second assembly structure can be corresponding clamping structures; the first and second assembly structures may be assembly holes 440 engaged with the screws 430, and the screws 430 pass through the assembly holes 440 formed in the first and second planar areas 130 and 420 to connect and fix the first and second planar areas 130 and 420, and at this time, the assembly holes 440 may be formed at positions corresponding to the faucet 700, and the same screws 430 may be used to sequentially pass through the assembly holes 440 formed in the faucet 700, the assembly holes 440 formed in the second planar area 420, and the assembly holes 440 formed in the first planar area 130 to connect and fix the shaft seat 100, the locking ring 400, and the faucet 700, thereby saving installation components.
In a further aspect of the above embodiment, the shaft seat 100 and the locking ring 400 are assembled through the corresponding first planar area 130 and second planar area 420, which is beneficial to quickly finding the assembly position, so that the first assembly structure and the second assembly structure which are mutually matched are corresponding, and the installation is convenient; and the slipping phenomenon can be avoided when the screw 430 and other structures are used for installation.
The first plane area 130 can extend to the first claw 200 along the axial direction of the shaft seat 100, the side wall of the shaft seat 100 is formed by surrounding and connecting two oppositely arranged first plane areas 130 and two oppositely arranged curved surface areas 140, the fastening piece 300 can be sleeved outside the shaft seat 100, the shaft seat 100 is fixedly connected with the fastening piece 300 through the two oppositely arranged curved surface areas 140, the inner wall of the fastening piece 300 is attached to the two oppositely arranged curved surface areas 140, the fastening piece 300 can be prevented from moving radially on the shaft seat 100, when external threads are arranged on the shaft seat 100, the external threads are arranged on the curved surface areas 140, the fastening piece 300 is in threaded connection with the curved surface areas 140 when the fastening piece 300 is an annular main body with internal threads, and at the moment, the second claw 410 and the connecting arm 450 penetrate through a gap between the first plane area 130 and the fastening nut so that the second claw 410 is abutted against the step 310 arranged on the inner wall of the fastening nut. The second claw 410 and the connecting arm 450 are provided with two pairs, which are correspondingly arranged at the two first plane areas 130, so as to improve the anti-loosening effect.
The inner wall of the locking ring 400 and the two first plane areas 130 are correspondingly provided with two opposite second plane areas 420, the two opposite first plane areas 130 are respectively provided with a first assembly structure, the two opposite second plane areas 420 are respectively correspondingly provided with a second assembly structure, and the shaft seat 100 and the locking ring 400 are fixedly connected through the two opposite first plane areas 130 and the second plane areas 420, and are fixedly connected.
As a further solution to the above embodiment, the first jaw 200 has a connection end and a free end, the connection end of the first jaw 200 is rotatably connected with the shaft seat 100 through the pin 150, and the free end of the first jaw 200 is rotated close to or far away from the shaft seat 100, so that the first jaw 200 is switched between the opened state and the contracted state.

In the further scheme of the above embodiment, by rotating the first claw 200, the first claw 200 is conveniently opened or tightened, and the pin 150 in rotational connection is disposed at one end of the first claw 200, the area of the opened first claw 200 is large, which is beneficial to increasing the contact area with the fixing table 600, and the installation is more stable.
When the shaft seat 100 is connected with a plurality of first claws 200, each first claw 200 is disposed on different sides of the shaft seat 100 at the same axial position through the pin shafts 150 at the connecting ends thereof, so that the abutting is more stable. In order to achieve both the production cost and the stability of the abutting clamping of the first claws 200, 2 first claws 200 may be provided relatively.
The outer wall at the intersection of the first abutment surface 220 and the second abutment surface 230 has a rounded corner structure 240 to facilitate rotation of the first jaw 200.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, as a further alternative to the embodiment in which the connection end of the first jaw 200 is rotatably connected to the shaft seat 100 through the pin 150, the shaft seat 100 is provided with a receiving groove 120, the first jaw 200 is received in the receiving groove 120, and the free end of the first jaw 200 is rotated into or out of the receiving groove 120 with respect to the shaft seat 100 to be rotated toward or away from the shaft seat 100.
In a further aspect of the foregoing embodiment, when the first claw 200 is in the tightened state, the first claw 200 is received in the receiving slot 120, and the first claw 200 does not affect the shaft seat 100 passing through the mounting hole 610.
As a further solution of the above embodiment, the shaft seat 100 has a communication hole 110 for connecting the faucet 700 with the water inlet pipe 710, the receiving slot 120 is communicated with the communication hole 110, the first claw 200 has a lever 210 thereon, the lever 210 is located in the communication hole 110, and the lever 210 is used for rotating the first claw 200 toward or away from the shaft seat 100.
Specifically, the lever 210 may be disposed on a sidewall of the first jaw 200 facing the communication hole 110, and at an end portion where the pin 150 is connected, the lever 210 may be disposed in parallel with the pin 150, and the lever 210 may be moved in the communication hole 110 to withdraw the first jaw 200 from the receiving groove 120 or to rotate the opened first jaw 200 back into the receiving groove 120.
When the plurality of first claws 200 are provided, the plurality of receiving grooves 120 are correspondingly provided, and each of the first claws 200 is correspondingly provided in each of the receiving grooves 120.
Before passing through the mounting hole 610 on the fixing table 600, the shifter lever 210 is shifted to shift the first claw 200 back into the receiving groove 120, so that the shaft seat 100 is convenient to pass through the mounting hole 610, and after the first claw 200 passes through the mounting hole 610, the shifter lever 210 is used to shift the first claw 200 out of the receiving groove 120, so that the first claw 200 is opened to be convenient to cooperate with the fastener 300 to clamp the fixing table 600.
In a further aspect of the above embodiment, the first claw 200 is conveniently turned out or turned back on the faucet mounting side 620 of the fixing table 600 through the lever 210, the first claw 200 can be controlled on the faucet mounting side 620 of the fixing table 600, and the mounting and dismounting operations can be performed on the faucet mounting side 620 of the fixing table 600, so that the dismounting is more convenient.
After the first clamping jaw 200 is tightened back into the accommodating groove 120, the outer wall of the first clamping jaw 200 is flush with the outer wall of the shaft seat 100, so that the tightened first clamping jaw 200 can be ensured not to influence the mounting hole 610 penetrating through the fixing table 600, and the opened first clamping jaw 200 can be ensured to have enough width to provide clamping force with enough strength.
As another further alternative to the embodiment in which the first jaw 200 is rotatably coupled to the shaft seat 100 through the pin 150, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, the coupling end of the first jaw 200 is rotatably coupled to the outer wall of the shaft seat 100, and the rotation axis of the first jaw 200 is perpendicular to the axis of the shaft seat 100. Specifically, the connection end of the first jaw 200 may be rotatably connected to the outer wall of the shaft seat 100 through the pin 150, the pin 150 may be used as a rotation axis of the first jaw 200, the pin 150 may be perpendicular to the axis of the shaft seat 100, and the pin 150 may be parallel to the water inlet pipe side 630 of the fixing table 600. The first jaw has a first abutment surface 220 for abutment with the fixing table 600 toward the water inlet pipe side 630 of the first jaw 200, and a second abutment surface 230 for abutment with the side wall of the shaft seat 100, the pin 150 as the rotation axis of the first jaw 200 being located between the center of gravity of the first jaw 200 and the shaft seat 100.
In one embodiment, when the side wall of the shaft seat 100 is perpendicular to the fixing table 600, the first abutment surface 220 and the second abutment surface 230 are perpendicular to each other, and the cross section of the first claw 200 along the axial direction of the shaft seat 100 may be a right triangle with rounded corners.
In a further aspect of the above embodiment, when the first claw 200 passes through the mounting hole 610 on the fixing table 600, the first claw 200 is rotated toward the second section 180 near the fixing table 600, so as to tighten the first claw 200, after the first claw 200 passes through the mounting hole 610, the first claw 200 automatically falls under the gravity action of the first claw 200 itself due to the gravity center being on the outer side, so that the first claw 200 is opened, the first claw 200 is automatically switched to an opened state, and the first claw 200 is conveniently matched with the fastener 300 to clamp the fixing table 600, without the operation of opening the first claw 200, and the installation is more convenient.
As a further aspect of the above embodiment, the pin 150 as the rotation axis of the first claw 200 is disposed at the intersection of the first abutment surface 220 and the second abutment surface 230, and the length of the first abutment surface 220 is greater than the length of the second abutment surface 230.
The first jaw 200 may have a right triangle shape with rounded corners at right angles in a section along a radial direction of a rotation axis thereof.
In a further aspect of the foregoing embodiment, the first claw 200 after upturning has a small protruding space, and is beneficial to penetrating through the mounting hole 610 on the fixing table 600, and after penetrating through the mounting hole 610, the area for abutting against the fixing table 600 is large, and the abutting and fixing are stable.
In yet further embodiments, as shown in fig. 7-9, the first jaw 200 is a resilient jaw.
In a further aspect of the above embodiment, when the first clamping jaw 200 passes through the mounting hole 610 on the fixing table 600, the mounting hole 610 is pressed against the first clamping jaw 200, the first clamping jaw 200 can be tightened by elastic deformation, and after passing through the mounting hole 610, the first clamping jaw 200 recovers to be opened under elastic restoring force, so that the first clamping jaw 200 can be conveniently matched with the fastener 300 to clamp the fixing table 600, and the operation of opening and closing the first clamping jaw 200 is not required, so that the installation is more convenient.
As a further solution of the above embodiment, the locking ring 400 is provided with a limiting piece 460 extending toward the first claw 200, the shaft seat 100 is provided with a channel 160 through which the limiting piece 460 passes, the limiting piece 460 passes through the channel 160 and then extends to the inner side of the first claw 200, and the limiting piece 460 on the inner side of the first claw 200 is used for limiting the first claw 200 to recover to the tightened state.
The limiting piece 460 may be disposed at an end of the second jaw 410, and extend from the end of the second jaw 410 toward the first jaw 200 by the connection arm 450, the channel 160 may be disposed on a path along which an outer space of the first planar area 130 extends toward the first jaw 200, the channel 160 communicates the outer space of the first planar area 130 with the communication hole 110, and the channel 160 is disposed between the first jaw 200 and the fastener 300.
In a further scheme of the above embodiment, after the installation is completed, the limiting piece 460 can limit the elastic first claw 200 to tighten, so that the clamping force is maintained, loosening can be avoided, the anti-loosening effect is good, and the installation is stable; the limiting piece 460 is provided on the locking ring 400, and the limiting piece 460 is installed after being clamped by the fastener 300, so that the first jaw 200 is kept elastic before passing through the installation hole 610 of the fixing table 600, and the assembling step can be reduced by the locking ring 400 being assembled in place in one step.
When there are a plurality of first claws 200, a plurality of limiting plates 460 are correspondingly provided, and each limiting plate 460 is used for limiting the corresponding first claw 200 to recover to the tightened state. Even if one or a few of the limiting plates 460 are damaged, a part of the first jaws 200 are kept open to keep the clamping of the shaft seat 100 fixed.
As shown in fig. 1-11, in an embodiment of the faucet assembly according to the present invention, the faucet mounting assembly includes the faucet mounting assembly described above.
The water tap 700 can be various water taps 700 such as a common single water tap 700, a common double water tap 700, a digital display water tap 700 with a display screen and the like.
The faucet 700 can be connected and fixed with the shaft seat 100 by adopting the same screw 430 to sequentially penetrate through the faucet 700, the anti-loose ring 400 and the shaft seat 100 after the faucet 700 can be provided with the assembly holes 440 corresponding to the assembly holes 440 on the shaft seat 100 and the anti-loose ring 400.
Because the faucet assembly provided by the invention adopts all the technical characteristics of the embodiment of the faucet fixing seat, the faucet assembly at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical scheme of the embodiment of the faucet fixing seat, and the description is not repeated here.

Claims (15)

1. A faucet fixing seat for mounting a faucet to a fixing table, the fixing table having a faucet mounting side, a water inlet pipe side and a mounting hole; the faucet fixing seat is characterized by comprising:
the shaft seat is provided with a first section penetrating through the mounting hole and positioned on the water inlet pipe side and a second section positioned on the water faucet mounting side;
the first clamping jaw is arranged on the first section in a switchable manner between a tightening state and an opening state, and can penetrate through the mounting hole along with the first section when in the tightening state;
the fastener is detachably arranged on the second section and is used for clamping and matching with the first clamping jaw in the open state so as to clamp the fixed table at two opposite sides of the fixed table; and
the anti-loose ring is fixedly connected with the shaft seat and used for limiting the fastener to axially move along the shaft seat;
the fastener is provided with a step with a table top facing the first claw, the locking ring is provided with a second claw corresponding to the step, and the second claw is abutted with the table top with the step facing the first claw.
2. The faucet mounting base of claim 1, wherein an end of the locking ring facing the first jaw abuts an end of the fastener facing away from the first jaw.
3. The faucet mounting base of claim 2, wherein the locking ring has at least two second claws, the fastener has a plurality of steps corresponding to the second claws, and all the second claws respectively abut against the corresponding steps toward the table top of the first claw.
4. The faucet fixing seat according to claim 2, wherein the fastening piece is of a hollow annular structure with two penetrating ends, the step is arranged on the inner wall of the fastening piece, and the second claw abuts against the step in the inner cavity of the fastening piece.
5. The faucet mounting of claim 1, wherein the first jaw has a connecting end and a free end, the connecting end of the first jaw being rotatably coupled to the shaft seat, the free end of the first jaw being rotatable toward and away from the shaft seat to switch the first jaw between the open and the closed positions.
6. The faucet mounting base of claim 5, wherein the shaft base is provided with a receiving slot, the first jaw is received in the receiving slot, and the free end of the first jaw rotates relative to the shaft base into or out of the receiving slot to rotate relative to the shaft base to move closer to or farther away from the shaft base.
7. The faucet mounting base of claim 6, wherein the shaft base has a communication hole for connecting the faucet to the water inlet pipe, the receiving slot communicates with the communication hole, the first pawl has a lever thereon, the lever is disposed in the communication hole, and the lever is used for rotating the first pawl toward or away from the shaft base.
8. The faucet mounting base of claim 1, wherein the connection end of the first jaw is rotatably connected to the outer wall of the shaft seat, the rotational axis of the first jaw is perpendicular to the axis of the shaft seat, the first jaw has a first abutment surface for abutment with the mounting base and a second abutment surface for abutment with the side wall of the shaft seat, and the rotational axis of the first jaw is located between the center of gravity of the first jaw and the shaft seat.
9. The faucet mount of claim 8, wherein the axis of rotation of the first pawl is disposed at an intersection of the first abutment surface and the second abutment surface, the first abutment surface having a length greater than a length of the second abutment surface.
10. The faucet mount of claim 1, wherein the first jaw is a resilient jaw.
11. The faucet mounting bracket of claim 10, wherein the locking ring has a stop tab extending toward the first jaw, the axle seat has a channel through which the stop tab passes, and the stop tab extends to an inner side of the first jaw after passing through the channel to limit the first jaw from returning to the tightened state.
12. The faucet mounting base of any one of claims 1-11, wherein the outer wall of the shaft mount has a first planar area extending to an end of the shaft mount remote from the first jaw, the inner wall of the locking ring has a second planar area corresponding to the first planar area extending to both ends of the locking ring, and the locking ring is fixedly connected to the shaft mount through the first planar area and the second planar area.
13. The faucet mounting of any one of claims 1-11, wherein the fastener is an annular fastener that is threadably coupled to the shaft mount.
14. The faucet mounting of any of claims 1-11, wherein at least two of the first claws are provided, all of the first claws being disposed uniformly along the circumference of the shaft housing at the same axial location of the shaft housing.
15. A faucet assembly comprising the faucet mount of any of claims 1-14.
