Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to preparation of an ecological fish reef.
Background
The artificial fish reef is an artificial structure used for restoring and improving the environment in natural water area environment, and can provide places for fish and other aquatic organisms to breed, grow, make baits and shelter enemies. In the marine environment, people often build artificial fish reefs by using abandoned ships, warships, oil drums, wood, concrete and the like, and in the inland water area environment, the artificial fish reefs are mostly built by adopting concrete. In recent years, most researches have been carried out to prepare artificial fish reef concrete by replacing sand and stone or cement in the concrete with wastes such as sludge, slag, steel slag, coal slag and the like.
However, although wastes such as sludge, slag, steel slag, and coal slag are low in cost, pollutants such as heavy metals in these materials slowly permeate out of water, and cause environmental pollution in water. The artificial fish reef prepared from the common concrete has high manufacturing cost and can consume a large amount of resources such as cement, gravel and the like. Therefore, the artificial fish reef with low development cost and environmental friendliness is a problem which is focused on and urgently needs to be solved in the research field of the artificial fish reef in the inland water area environment.
In inland water bodies, particularly lake water bodies, bottom sludge is seriously deposited, after the concrete artificial fish reef is put into the lake water bodies, the concrete artificial fish reef is easily covered by the sludge, the aims of protecting and proliferating fish and improving the fish harvest yield cannot be fulfilled, and if the concrete artificial fish reef is continuously put into the lake water bodies, the space at the bottom of the lake is occupied, and the bottom of the lake is influenced. At present, an economical and environment-friendly novel artificial fish reef is needed, the function of the existing concrete fish reef can be realized, and the environmental problems of sludge covering and substrate influence can be effectively solved. The biomass material is utilized to manufacture the environment-friendly artificial fish reef which is degradable, low in cost, capable of being thrown for many times and free of pollution, and the artificial fish reef is one of ideas for solving the problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem that the existing concrete fish reef is easily covered by water sludge and the lake bottom is affected by continuous feeding, and provides a preparation method of the ecological fish reef made of crop straw raw materials.
A preparation method of an ecological fish reef made of crop straw raw materials is realized according to the following steps:
1. cutting agricultural waste straws into sections of 4-5 cm by using a straw cutter, treating the sections by a dust remover and a wind selector in sequence, then putting the sections into a normal-pressure presoaking device, dipping the sections into a KOH solution with the mass fraction of 2-8%, and dehydrating the sections by using a spiral dehydrator after dipping is finished until the water content is less than 50% to obtain dehydrated materials;
2. the dehydrated materials sequentially enter a 1-section double-roll mill, a 2-section double-roll mill and a 3-section double-roll mill, the grinding concentration is 10-30%, the grinding disc gaps are 0.5-1.0 mm, the materials which are milled out from the 3-section double-roll mill are conveyed through a screw conveyor and enter a high-concentration mill, and a material A is obtained;
3. and mixing the material A with polyamide epichlorohydrin resin, adding water, uniformly mixing to obtain fiber slurry, putting the fiber slurry into a slurry suction forming die in a fish reef shape, adsorbing fibers with the thickness of 0.8-1.2 cm on the surface of the die through vacuum suction filtration, removing the die to form a fish reef parison, putting the fish reef parison into a hot pressing forming female die, heating, compacting and drying at 170-185 ℃, taking out the fish parison, cooling at room temperature to obtain the ecological fish reef, and finishing the preparation of the crop straw raw material ecological fish reef.
The ecological fish reef prepared by the invention has the advantages that:
1) Good trapping effect of fish larvae
The prepared ecological fish reef adopts the biomass raw material, and is subjected to chemical modification aiming at reducing the content of extract and high-efficiency fiber grinding and separating, so that the aquatic compatibility of the material is improved, the specific surface area and the hydrophilicity of the material are enlarged, the adhesion to spawning of fish is improved, the nidation rate of the viscous and sinking fish eggs is improved, and the effect of attracting and collecting young fish after the fish eggs are hatched is improved. Compared with the concrete material fish reef with the similar structure, the straw raw material ecological fish reef carp egg attachment amount per mu in the artificial culture environment is improved by 13-19%.
2) Degradable
The raw materials of the ecological fish reef body are crop straws, can be naturally degraded, lays a foundation for regular fixed-point putting under the background that the shape of the lake bed is basically not changed, and avoids the failure problem of the concrete fish reef caused by sludge deposition. Under the condition that straw raw material ecological fish reef lake environment is molded and molded by using polyamide epichlorohydrin resin as a wet strength agent, the wet strength after throwing is 55% of the dry strength of the product; after three months of putting, the wet strength is 43 percent of the dry strength of the product, and the weight loss rate of the product is 13 percent; after one year of release, the wet strength is 26% of the dry strength of the product, the product basically loses the designed shape, and the weight loss rate of the product is 34%.
3) Good aquatic environment repairing effect
The characteristic of high carbohydrate content of the ecological fish reef determines the use process and degradation products of the ecological fish reef, and the ecological fish reef has a certain repairing effect on the poor nutrition bottom sediment of the aquatic ecological environment. Through research and calculation, the total organic carbon content of lake sediment in a throwing area can be improved by 10 percent after the ecological fish reef lake environment with straw raw materials is continuously thrown for three years.
4) The preparation process realizes clean production
For the traditional separation (pulping) of high-lignin fiber of rice straw raw material, if a disc grinder is used as fiber separation equipment to form a traditional pulping process, the pulping waste liquid generally adopts an anaerobic-aerobic-advanced treatment combined biological treatment technology, the discharge concentration of the treated waste water can meet the requirements of discharge standard of water pollutants for pulping and paper making industry (GB 3544-2008), but the treatment cost of each ton of the waste water is at least more than 5.0 RMB; the fiber separation wastewater can be recycled together with the prepared solid waste, and the produced organic compound fertilizer is sold as a commodity, so that the fiber separation of the solid waste and the liquid waste without the prepared material is realized, and the clean production is realized.
The ecological fish reef for the lake and reservoir water body is prepared by selecting crop straws which are large in reserves, low in price and renewable as raw materials, adopting a green fiber separation means and combining a molding forming technology, and has the characteristics of good aquatic environment compatibility, large specific surface area, degradability, capability of keeping high lignin content and low water-soluble substance content of fiber materials and the like.
The raw material of the ecological fish reef is a biological raw material, and after the raw material is subjected to green fiber separation modification, the content of water-soluble substances is greatly reduced, and the ecological fish reef is non-toxic and odorless, so that on one hand, the compatibility of aquatic organisms is improved, on the other hand, the ecological fish reef does not pollute the aquatic environment, and the compatibility of the aquatic environment is comprehensively improved; the crop straw raw material used by the ecological fish reef has good porosity, and the advantage of large porosity of the ecological fish reef is further exerted after green fiber separation and combined molding, recombination and molding, so that the specific surface area of the ecological fish reef is increased, the ecological fish reef is more favorable for attachment and propagation of algae, microorganisms and the like, and the aquatic environment is improved; the degradable ecological fish reef can realize regular fixed-point repeated putting, avoids the problem of fish reef failure caused by sludge coverage, does not cause great change of the bottom appearance of the lake or the reservoir due to repeated putting, and is beneficial to improving the environment of poor nutrition bottom sludge in the degradation process and products, thereby finally achieving the purpose of repairing and improving the aquatic environment for a long time.
The preparation of the solid waste and the liquid waste without material preparation is completed on the premise of ensuring the good fiber bonding strength of the ecological fish reef, so that the clean production is realized; by utilizing the multifunctional characteristic of the double-roller mill, high-concentration waste liquid is extracted while fiber is separated, the waste liquid is recycled, the water consumption for fiber separation is reduced, the total amount of the fiber separation waste liquid is reduced, the concentration of the waste liquid is improved, the waste liquid concentration process is omitted, and conditions are created for resource utilization of the fiber separation waste liquid; by utilizing the multifunctional characteristic of the double-roller mill, the internal multi-section countercurrent washing of pulp is carried out, the fiber separation process is simplified, and the investment of fixed assets is reduced; solid waste generated in the material preparation process of crop straw raw materials is mixed with the waste liquid with high concentration in the fiber separation process for composting treatment, so that the high-efficiency compound fertilizer is produced, and the resource utilization of the solid waste and the liquid waste is realized. By utilizing a double-roll grinding knife-free grinding structure and a dynamic extrusion grinding principle, the grinding separation of the high-lignin-content fibers is realized on the premise of keeping the fiber length to the maximum extent, the fiber separation quality is improved, and the bonding strength of the fibers of the ecological fish reef is ensured.
The method is suitable for preparing the ecological fish reef.
