Abstract
The invention relates to the field of paper pulp molding, and particularly discloses a fluorine-free water-proof and oil-proof agent added into pulp and a using method thereof, wherein the fluorine-free water-proof and oil-proof agent added into the pulp is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 29.5-84.5 parts of deionized water, 0.5-3 parts of adhesive, 1-5 parts of butyl acrylate polymer, 1-5 parts of modified starch, 3-8 parts of edible wax emulsion and 10-50 parts of flaky functional material. The fluorine-free water-proof and oil-proof agent can be directly added into paper pulp to be stirred, gaps among fibers are filled in the fluorine-free water-proof and oil-proof agent in the pulp absorption process, or the fluorine-free water-proof and oil-proof agent is attached to the surface layer of the fibers, and then the water-proof and oil-proof paper pulp molding is obtained after dehydration, wet pressing and dry pressing. The fluorine-free waterproof and oil-proof agent disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of environmental friendliness, simple and convenient use method and good oil-proof effect, and is particularly suitable for packaging of paper pulp molded food.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of water and oil proofing of paper pulp molded food packaging, and particularly relates to a fluorine-free water and oil proofing agent for pulp internal application in the production process of paper pulp molded food packaging products and a using method thereof.
Background
The paper pulp molded food package has the advantages of natural sources, environmental protection, safety, sanitation, easy degradation and recovery and the like, is more and more favored by consumers and markets in the field of food packaging, but the packaging product mainly comprises natural plant fibers, the main chemical components are hydrophilic cellulose and hemicellulose, a large number of hydroxyl groups exist in the molecular structure, the formed structure is loose and porous, has certain liquid absorption property, and has weaker barrier property to substances such as air, water, grease and the like.
The common solution is to add a waterproof and oil-proof agent into pulp in the process of packaging and producing pulp molded food, and the fluorine-containing oil-proof agent is the oil-proof agent with the most extensive application, but researches in recent years find that monomers of Perfluorooctane Sulfonate (PFOS) and ammonium Perfluorooctanoate (PFOA) used in the synthesis process have the characteristics of extremely strong persistence and strong biological accumulation, and are environmental pollutants with systemic multi-organ toxicity. Therefore, for the field of food packaging, the fluorine-free water-and oil-proof agent for pulp molding becomes a hot problem to be solved urgently in the industry.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the fluorine-free waterproof and oil-proof agent which is environment-friendly, simple and convenient in use method and good in oil-proof effect and the use method thereof, and the fluorine-free waterproof and oil-proof agent is applied to paper pulp molding food packaging.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a fluorine-free waterproof and oil-proof agent for pulp molding pulp is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 29.5-84.5 parts of deionized water, 0.5-3 parts of adhesive, 1-5 parts of butyl acrylate, 1-5 parts of modified starch, 3-8 parts of edible wax emulsion and 10-50 parts of flaky functional material.
The adhesive is any one of CMC, PVA and sodium alginate.
The modified starch is cationic starch or anionic starch.
The sheet-shaped functional material is any one or the combination of more than two of bentonite, diatomite, barite, talcum powder, kaolin and mica powder.
The application method of the fluorine-free water-proof and oil-proof agent for the pulp molding pulp comprises the following steps:
a1. adding an adhesive and butyl acrylate into deionized water, and stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain a mixed solution A;
a2. adding modified starch into deionized water, stirring and mixing uniformly at constant temperature, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a modified starch solution;
a3. dispersing the edible wax emulsion and the flaky functional material in a modified starch solution, stirring and ultrasonically vibrating to obtain a mixed solution B after uniform dispersion;
a4. when the fluorine-free waterproof and oil-proof agent is used, the mixed liquid A is uniformly stirred with the paper pulp, then the mixed liquid B is added, and the stirring is continuously performed uniformly, so that the addition of the fluorine-free waterproof and oil-proof agent into the pulp molded by the paper pulp is completed.
The temperature condition in the step a2 is between 85 and 95 ℃.
The stirring and the ultrasonic oscillation in the step a3 are mechanical stirring for 5-30 min, and then placing in an ultrasonic cleaner with the ultrasonic frequency of 40KHz for ultrasonic oscillation for 5-10 min.
And c, mechanically stirring the mixed solution A and the paper pulp for 5-30 min in the step a4, and then adding the mixed solution B for mechanical stirring for 5-30 min.
The invention mainly has the following beneficial effects:
1. the water-proof and oil-proof agent disclosed by the invention is a healthy and environment-friendly water-proof and oil-proof agent, adopts a fluorine-free raw material, is safe and environment-friendly, and does not generate toxic and harmful substances to a human body.
2. The preparation method of the fluorine-free waterproof and oil-proof agent is simple to operate, the using method is adding in the slurry, and the fluorine-free waterproof and oil-proof agent is convenient to operate and easy to popularize.
3. The fluorine-free waterproof and oil-proof agent can achieve good waterproof and oil-proof effects, and the mechanical strength of the molding is improved.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Example 1:
a fluorine-free water-proof and oil-proof agent used in pulp molding pulp is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 67.5 parts of deionized water, 2 parts of CMC, 3 parts of butyl acrylate, 2.5 parts of modified starch, 5 parts of edible wax emulsion and 20 parts of talcum powder.
The using method of the fluorine-free water-proof and oil-proof agent for the pulp molding pulp comprises the following steps:
(1) adding 2 parts of CMC and 3 parts of butyl acrylate into 30 parts of deionized water, and stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain a mixed solution A;
(2) adding 2.5 parts of modified starch into 37.5 parts of deionized water, stirring and mixing uniformly at a constant temperature of 85 +/-1 ℃, and then cooling to room temperature to obtain a modified starch solution;
(3) dispersing 5 parts of edible wax emulsion and 20 parts of talcum powder in a modified starch solution, mechanically stirring for 5min, and then ultrasonically oscillating for 5min in an ultrasonic cleaner with the ultrasonic frequency of 40KHz to uniformly disperse the edible wax emulsion and the talcum powder to obtain a mixed solution B;
(4) and adding the mixed solution A into paper pulp (fiber suspension), mechanically stirring for 5min, adding the mixed solution B, stirring for 30min, and dehydrating, wet-pressing and dry-pressing to obtain the fluorine-free waterproof and oilproof paper pulp molding sample.
The oil resistance of the pulp molding sample adopts a T559 standard, and a Kit test solution is used for testing; the water resistance is tested by adopting a contact angle and a hot water resistance detection method in GB/T36787-2018. After detection, the oil resistance grade of the pulp molding can reach 7, the water contact angle is 102.3 degrees, no negative seepage, no leakage and no deformation are caused after hot water at 95 ℃ is carried out for 30min, and the mechanical strength of a pulp molding sample completely meets the requirements of GB/T36787-2018.
Example 2:
a fluorine-free water-proof and oil-proof agent used in pulp molding pulp is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 76.5 parts of deionized water, 0.5 part of CMC, 5 parts of butyl acrylate, 5 parts of modified starch, 3 parts of edible wax emulsion and 10 parts of talcum powder.
The using method of the fluorine-free water-proof and oil-proof agent for the pulp molding pulp comprises the following steps:
(1) adding 0.5 part of CMC and 5 parts of butyl acrylate into 26.5 parts of deionized water, and stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain a mixed solution A;
(2) adding 5 parts of modified starch into 50 parts of deionized water, stirring and mixing uniformly at a constant temperature of 90 +/-1 ℃, and then cooling to room temperature to obtain a modified starch solution;
(3) dispersing 3 parts of edible wax emulsion and 10 parts of talcum powder in a modified starch solution, mechanically stirring for 15min, and then ultrasonically oscillating for 8min in an ultrasonic cleaner with the ultrasonic frequency of 40KHz to uniformly disperse the edible wax emulsion and the talcum powder to obtain a mixed solution B;
(4) and adding the mixed solution A into paper pulp (fiber suspension), mechanically stirring for 30min, adding the mixed solution B, stirring for 5min, and dehydrating, wet-pressing and dry-pressing to obtain the fluorine-free waterproof and oilproof paper pulp molding sample.
After detection, the oil resistance grade of the pulp molding can reach 7, the water contact angle is 103.7 degrees, no negative seepage, no leakage and no deformation are caused after hot water at 95 ℃ is carried out for 30min, and the mechanical strength of a pulp molding sample completely meets the requirements of GB/T36787-2018.
Example 3:
a fluorine-free water-proof and oil-proof agent used in pulp molding pulp is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 37 parts of deionized water, 3 parts of CMC, 1 part of butyl acrylate, 1 part of modified starch, 8 parts of edible wax emulsion, 30 parts of talcum powder and 20 parts of kaolin.
The using method of the fluorine-free water-proof and oil-proof agent for the pulp molding pulp comprises the following steps:
(1) adding 3 parts of CMC and 1 part of butyl acrylate into 27 parts of deionized water, and stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain a mixed solution A;
(2) adding 1 part of modified starch into 10 parts of deionized water, stirring and mixing uniformly at a constant temperature of 95 +/-1 ℃, and then cooling to room temperature to obtain a modified starch solution;
(3) dispersing 8 parts of edible wax emulsion, 30 parts of talcum powder and 20 parts of kaolin in a modified starch solution, mechanically stirring for 30min, and then ultrasonically oscillating for 10min in an ultrasonic cleaner with 40KHz ultrasonic frequency to uniformly disperse the edible wax emulsion, the talcum powder and the kaolin to obtain a mixed solution B;
(4) and adding the mixed solution A into paper pulp (fiber suspension), mechanically stirring for 15min, adding the mixed solution B, stirring for 15min, and dehydrating, wet-pressing and dry-pressing to obtain the fluorine-free waterproof and oilproof paper pulp molding sample.
After detection, the oil resistance grade of the pulp molding can reach 7, the water contact angle is 102.6 degrees, no negative seepage, no leakage and no deformation are caused after hot water at 95 ℃ is carried out for 30min, and the mechanical strength of a pulp molding sample completely meets the requirements of GB/T36787-2018.
The preparation of the fluorine-free waterproof and oilproof agent provided by the invention needs to be divided into the mixed solution A and the mixed solution B, when the fluorine-free waterproof and oilproof agent is mixed with fibers for use, the mixed solution A needs to be added firstly, and then the mixed solution B needs to be added, and only by the preparation method and the adding sequence, the product can obtain good waterproof and oilproof performance.
The fluorine-free waterproof and oilproof agent provided by the invention achieves the waterproof and oilproof effects by compounding five components: the edible wax emulsion and the acrylic resin polymer provide a large environment with low surface energy, the flaky functional material fills gaps among the fibers, and the modified starch enables the edible wax emulsion and the flaky functional material to be uniformly mixed and form a three-dimensional network structure together with the adhesive, so that the flaky functional material is further better fixed on the fibers, and the synergistic effect is exerted. The prepared fluorine-free waterproof and oil-proof agent is added into the pulp fiber suspension, and the fluorine-free waterproof and oil-proof pulp molding is obtained through dehydration, wet pressing and dry pressing, the oil-proof grade can reach 7, the water contact angle is more than 100 degrees, no negative seepage, no leakage and no deformation are generated after hot water at 95 ℃ is carried out for 30min, and the mechanical strength of a pulp molding sample completely meets the requirements of GB/T36787 and 2018.

1. A fluorine-free waterproof and oil-proof agent for pulp molding slurry is characterized by being prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 29.5-84.5 parts of deionized water, 0.5-3 parts of adhesive, 1-5 parts of butyl acrylate, 1-5 parts of modified starch, 3-8 parts of edible wax emulsion and 10-50 parts of flaky functional material.
2. The fluorine-free water and oil repellent agent for use in pulp molding slurry according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive is any one of CMC, PVA and sodium alginate.
3. The fluorine-free water and oil repellent agent for use in pulp molding slurry according to claim 1, wherein the modified starch is cationic starch or anionic starch.
4. The fluorine-free water and oil repellent agent for use in pulp molding slurry according to claim 1, wherein the sheet-like functional material is any one or a combination of two or more of bentonite, diatomaceous earth, barite, talc, kaolin and mica powder.
5. The method of using a fluorine-free water and oil repellent agent for pulp molding slurry according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized by comprising the steps of:
a1. adding an adhesive and butyl acrylate into deionized water, and stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain a mixed solution A;
a2. adding modified starch into deionized water, stirring and mixing uniformly at constant temperature, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a modified starch solution;
a3. dispersing the edible wax emulsion and the flaky functional material in a modified starch solution, stirring and ultrasonically vibrating to obtain a mixed solution B after uniform dispersion;
a4. when the fluorine-free waterproof and oil-proof agent is used, the mixed liquid A is uniformly stirred with the paper pulp, then the mixed liquid B is added, and the stirring is continuously performed uniformly, so that the addition of the fluorine-free waterproof and oil-proof agent into the pulp molded by the paper pulp is completed.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the temperature in step a2 is 85-95 ℃.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the stirring and ultrasonic agitation in step a3 is performed by mechanical stirring for 5-30 min, and then ultrasonic agitation is performed in an ultrasonic cleaner with an ultrasonic frequency of 40KHz for 5-10 min.
8. The method of claim 5, wherein the solution A and the pulp in step a4 are mechanically stirred for 5-30 min, and the solution B is added and mechanically stirred for 5-30 min.
