Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cleaning, and relates to a cleaning solution and application thereof.
Background
The brake system is an important component of the automobile, is closely related to driving safety, and has a self-evident importance. In the daily use process of the brake system, brake dust, oil dirt, dust and the like can be continuously adhered, the formation and accumulation of the dirt can gradually influence the brake performance, the abnormal brake sound can be caused at a light rate, the brake failure can be caused at a heavy rate, and the driving safety is seriously threatened. Therefore, regular cleaning and maintenance of the brake system is essential. In the automobile repair link, the cleaning agent for the brake system is the most basic product in the cleaning and maintenance of the brake system and is also the most important product.
Traditional brake system cleaners are based on strong solvents such as aromatic hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbons, ketones, esters, etc. These solvents have a strong dissolving power and can quickly dissolve and remove dirt adhering to the vehicle-related system. However, these solvents are highly volatile, are easily volatilized at normal temperature to form volatile organic gases (i.e., VOCs), are not environmentally friendly, and are limited in use due to their toxicity to the environment and human body. Meanwhile, the solvents easily emit unpleasant pungent smells, and are particularly unacceptable in the automobile repair workshop with narrow space and poor ventilation, so that the user experience is influenced, and the body health is adversely affected by a large amount of solvents or long-term contact. In addition, these solvents are too corrosive and corrosive to parts of the plastic or seal, and are prone to irreversible damage, resulting in property loss and even braking performance.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, provides a cleaning solution and application thereof, aims to ensure that the cleaning solution has good decontamination effect on a brake system, meets the requirement of GB 38508-.
In order to achieve the above object, in a first aspect, the present invention provides a cleaning solution, which comprises the following components by weight:
wherein the weight ratio of the hexane to the alcohol is less than or equal to 3.
The cleaning solution takes hexane as a main solvent, does not corrode chloroprene rubber, has strong detergency and low toxicity, can replace various dangerous organic solvents such as acetone, benzene, toluene, xylene, dichloromethane, trichloroethylene and the like, has an obvious cleaning effect, is low in smell, quick in volatilization and less in residue, and is an ideal cleaning agent raw material.
The cleaning solution takes alcohols as an auxiliary solvent, has moderate volatilization rate, can adjust the volatilization rate, and improves the cleaning effect. When the weight ratio of the hexane to the alcohol is more than 3, the volatilization speed of the cleaning liquid is high, and the decontamination effect is poor, so that the weight ratio of the hexane to the alcohol is not more than 3 to avoid the too high volatilization speed, and obtain good decontamination effect.
The environment-friendly solvent BT154 (hereinafter, BT154) is a polyol ether ester solvent containing multiple functional groups of BRENNTAG company, has the advantages of no toxicity, biodegradability, easy recycling, no corrosion, no carcinogenesis, good solubility and the like, takes plant bodies as raw materials, belongs to a biological solvent, solves the problems of health and environmental pollution caused by volatilization of the traditional solvent, is green and environment-friendly, has good dissolving capacity on resin with small polarity, can dissolve most natural resins and partial synthetic resins such as nitrocellulose, cellulose acetate, alkyd resin, kaempferol, manila resin, rosin, shellac, vinyl resin and the like, has natural fragrance, has a certain odor covering effect, effectively improves the working environment of strong pungent odor generated by the traditional solvent, and has a better covering effect on the odor of alcohol in the cleaning solution.
The D30 solvent oil is refined low-flash-point kerosene, has extremely low total nitrogen content and sulfur content, no pungent smell, good chemical stability and strong permeability, can reduce the volatilization rate of normal hexane and cyclohexane, and can help the normal hexane and cyclohexane to better permeate into dirt, thereby improving the cleaning effect; the benzyl alcohol has better permeability and fat solubility, and has special aromatic odor, so that the permeability of the cleaning solution can be improved, and the odor of alkane and alcohol can be effectively neutralized, so that the odor of the product is more coordinated, and the user experience is improved. Under the combined action of the D30 solvent oil and the benzyl alcohol, the cleaning solution not only can achieve better decontamination effect, but also can avoid the phenomenon of incongruous smell.
The corrosion inhibitor can prevent the packing material and the construction substrate from being corroded and rusted.
The cleaning solution takes hexane and alcohol as main decontamination raw materials, has good decontamination effect and no pungent smell, has VOC content of less than 900g/L, meets the requirements of national mandatory standard GB 38508-. Meanwhile, by adjusting the dosage of each component, the effects of soft and harmonious smell and low corrosivity can be achieved.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the hexane to the alcohol is 2.7 or more. When the weight ratio of hexane to alcohol is less than 2.7, the volatilization speed of the cleaning liquid is low, and the working efficiency is low, so that the weight ratio of hexane to alcohol is preferably not less than 2.7.
Preferably, the hexane includes n-hexane and cyclohexane. By adopting the combination of normal hexane and cyclohexane, the volatilization speed of the cleaning liquid is prevented from being too fast or too slow.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the n-hexane to the cyclohexane is 1.3: 1-2.5: 1. When the weight ratio of the normal hexane to the cyclohexane is 1.3: 1-2.5: 1, the volatilization speed of the cleaning solution is moderate, and the decontamination effect is good.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the n-hexane to the cyclohexane is 2: 1. When the weight ratio of the n-hexane to the cyclohexane is 2:1, the n-hexane and the cyclohexane have a synergistic effect on decontamination.
Preferably, the alcohol comprises anhydrous ethanol and isopropanol, wherein the weight ratio of the anhydrous ethanol to the isopropanol is 0.9: 1-1.1: 1. The inventors found that the stain removal effect is poor when the weight ratio of the absolute ethanol to the isopropyl alcohol is too high or too low, and that the stain removal effect is good when the weight ratio is in the range of 0.9:1 to 1.1:1, and particularly good when the weight ratio is 1: 1.
Preferably, the alcohol is present in an amount of less than 27% by weight. When the alcohol content is more than 27% by weight, corrosion may occur to chloroprene rubber, and therefore it is preferable that the alcohol content is less than 27% by weight to avoid corrosion of chloroprene rubber.
Preferably, the weight content of the environment-friendly solvent BT154 is 2-3%. When the weight content of the environment-friendly solvent BT154 exceeds 3 percent, the chloroprene rubber is easy to corrode; when the weight content of the environment-friendly solvent BT154 is controlled within the range of 2-3%, the corrosion to the chloroprene rubber is avoided, and the decontamination effect is good.
Preferably, the weight content of the D30 solvent oil is 1-2%. The larger the using amount of the D30 solvent oil is, the better the permeation effect is, and the decontamination capability is favorably improved, but when the using amount is too large, the overall decontamination capability of the cleaning solution is reduced due to weak decontamination capability of the cleaning solution, and the weight content of the D30 solvent oil is preferably within the range of 1-2% in consideration of cost.
Preferably, the weight content of the benzyl alcohol is 1.3-2.5%. The bigger the benzyl alcohol quantity is, the better the infiltration effect is, is favorable to promoting the dirt-removing power, but when its quantity was too big, can lead to the whole smell of washing liquid to be uncoordinated because the fragrant smell of benzyl alcohol self is too outstanding. Therefore, the content of benzyl alcohol is preferably 1.3 to 2.5% by weight.
Preferably, the cleaning solution comprises the following components in parts by weight: 45.3-46.7% of n-hexane, 22.7-23.3% of cyclohexane, 12-13% of absolute ethyl alcohol, 12-13% of isopropanol, 2-3% of an environment-friendly solvent BT 1542, 2% of D30 solvent oil, 1.5-2.5% of benzyl alcohol and 0.5% of corrosion inhibitor. The cleaning solution has a decontamination effect of over 99 percent, moderate volatilization speed, no corrosion to chloroprene rubber and soft smell.
Preferably, the cleaning solution comprises the following components in parts by weight: 46% of n-hexane, 23% of cyclohexane, 12% of absolute ethyl alcohol, 12% of isopropanol, 1543% of an environment-friendly solvent BT, 2% of D30 solvent oil, 1.5% of benzyl alcohol and 0.5% of corrosion inhibitor. The cleaning solution with the specific composition has the oil stain removing capacity of 99.7 percent, does not corrode chloroprene rubber, and has soft smell.
Preferably, the corrosion inhibitor is polyglycerol oleic acid.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides an aerosol-type cleaning agent comprising the cleaning fluid, a propellant and a compressed gas. The cleaning liquid, the propellant and the compressed gas are combined to prepare the aerosol cleaning agent.
Preferably, the propellant is LPG (liquefied petroleum gas). The LPG has excellent miscibility, can be mixed with the organic solvent in the cleaning solution to form a homogeneous phase, and has the effect of having a better spraying state without shaking the tank body when in use, thereby simplifying the use process.
Preferably, the LPG comprises 30% by weight of the cleaning agent. When the weight of the LPG is 30% of that of the cleaning agent, the atomization effect is good, no residual liquid is left, and the pressure is within the deformation pressure of the aerosol can.
Compressed gas is used as a jet power auxiliary agent, so that the internal pressure of the product can be effectively improved, the scouring effect is enhanced, and the dirt-removing capacity is improved. Preferably, the pressure of the cleaning agent is 0.70-0.75 MPa. The compressed gas is filled too little, and the scouring force is insufficient; the excessive filling of the compressed gas can reduce the space in the tank and reduce the filling amount of the stock solution. Preferably, the compressed gas is used to make the pressure of the cleaning agent reach 0.70-0.75 MPa.
Preferably, the compressed gas is compressed carbon dioxide. The compressed carbon dioxide has the characteristics of low price and high pressure, can effectively reduce the use of a propellant and helps to control the cost.
In a third aspect, the invention provides application of the cleaning solution in cleaning a brake system.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the cleaning solution takes hexane and alcohol as main decontamination solvents, the weight ratio of the hexane to the alcohol is less than or equal to 3, the cleaning effect is good, no pungent smell exists, the VOC content is less than 900g/L, the requirements of national mandatory standard GB 38508-.

(1) Detergency: evaluation of detergency of detergent by artificial oil stain
The artificial oil stain is prepared by referring to an oil stain formula in QB/T2117 general water-based metal cleaner and combining the actual oil stain condition of a brake system, and the artificial oil stain comprises the following components: 8 wt% of barium petroleum sulfonate, 2 wt% of wool fat, 20 wt% of industrial vaseline, 15 wt% of liquid paraffin, 25 wt% of 20# machine oil, 15 wt% of 46# machine oil, 5 wt% of stearic acid and 10 wt% of carbon black; the preparation method of the artificial oil stain comprises the following steps: heating barium petroleum sulfonate, lanolin, industrial vaseline, liquid paraffin, 20# machine oil and 46# machine oil according to the formula amount to 85 ℃, adding stearic acid while stirring, stirring until the stearic acid is completely dissolved, stopping heating, adding carbon black, uniformly dispersing, standing at the constant temperature of 240 +/-2 ℃ for 24 hours, taking out, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the artificial oil stain. The obtained artificial oil stain is stored in a refrigerator or a dryer at 5-10 ℃ for standby.
The method comprises the steps of coating a metal test piece with the same specification of QB/T2117 universal water-based metal cleaner according to requirements, placing the metal test piece coated with the artificial oil stain in an oven at 150 +/-2 ℃ for drying for 2 hours, recording the weight of the metal test piece before oil stain coating and the weight of the metal test piece after oil stain coating are respectively recorded, clamping the metal test piece on a swinging frame of a swinging washing machine, enabling the surface of the test piece to be perpendicular to the swinging direction, and placing a tray under the test piece for collecting dirty liquid. And (3) placing the aerosol cleaning agent at a position 15cm away from the test piece, pressing a spray nozzle to continuously spray for 15s, and calculating the detergency according to the QB/T2117 method.
(2) Speed of volatilization
And (3) spraying equivalent products to the 5 x 5cm iron test piece (pressing a valve once according to the aerosol cleaning agent), recording the time required by complete volatilization of the cleaning solution on the iron test piece, and dividing the time into three grades of fast, moderate and slow according to the volatilization time, wherein the fast grade volatilization time is less than or equal to 10s, the moderate grade volatilization time is more than 10s and less than or equal to 20s, and the slow grade volatilization time is more than 20 s. The volatilization is too fast, the contact time with oil stains is short, and the decontamination effect is influenced; the volatilization is too slow, and the drying is difficult, so that the construction efficiency is influenced.
(3) Corrosiveness of
The chloroprene rubber ring commonly used for a sealing element of a brake system is taken as a test material, the chloroprene rubber ring is soaked in cleaning fluid, the cleaning fluid is sealed and then placed in a 50 ℃ oven for 24 hours, and the chloroprene rubber ring is taken out to immediately test the swelling rate of the chloroprene rubber ring and take an absolute value. If the absolute value of the swelling ratio is more than or equal to 1 percent, judging that the corrosion exists; and if the absolute value of the swelling ratio is less than 1, judging that the corrosion is not generated.
(4) Smell(s)
Sensory judgment, the odor is divided into two grades of mild odor and strong odor, and the mild odor is suitable.
The results of the tests on each aerosol-type cleaner are shown in Table 3. Meanwhile, the VOC content of the cleaning agent in the test groups 1-19 is quantitatively analyzed by adopting a chromatographic analysis method to be less than 900g/L, and benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene, dichloromethane, trichloromethane, trichloroethylene, tetrachloroethylene, formaldehyde and the like are not detected, so that the cleaning agent meets the requirements of national mandatory standard GB 38508-.
TABLE 3
As can be seen from table 3, when the weight ratio of hexane to alcohol is greater than 3, the volatilization speed of the cleaning solution is faster, and the decontamination effect is poorer; when the weight ratio of hexane to alcohol is less than 2.7, the volatilization speed of the cleaning solution is slow, and the construction efficiency is low. When only normal hexane or cyclohexane is selected as hexane, the volatilization speed of the cleaning solution is too high or too low, and the normal hexane and cyclohexane are combined to obtain a moderate volatilization speed, so that the cleaning solution has a good decontamination effect and high construction efficiency, and when the weight ratio of the normal hexane to the cyclohexane is 2:1, the two fully play a synergistic role, so that the cleaning effect of the cleaning solution is best. When the weight ratio of the absolute ethyl alcohol to the isopropanol is too high or too low, the decontamination effect of the cleaning liquid is poor, and when the weight ratio of the absolute ethyl alcohol to the isopropanol is within the range of 0.9-1.1, the absolute ethyl alcohol to the isopropanol and the isopropanol show obvious synergistic effect, so that the cleaning liquid obtains a better cleaning effect. When the total content of alcohol in the cleaning liquid is less than 27%, the corrosion of the chloroprene rubber can be avoided. The higher the content of the environment-friendly solvent BT154 is, the better the decontamination effect is, but when the content exceeds 3 wt%, the chloroprene rubber can be corroded. D30 solvent oil and benzyl alcohol have the effect of promoting penetration, but only one of the two is adopted, so that the odor is too strong and inconsistent (the odor of comparative examples 4-5 is stronger and inconsistent than that of each example); the higher the content of the D30 solvent oil is, the better the penetration effect is, which is beneficial to improving the decontamination capability, but when the dosage is too large, the whole decontamination capability of the cleaning solution is reduced because the decontamination capability of the cleaning solution is not strong.
In addition, the VOC content of the cleaning liquid in each embodiment is less than 900g/L, and the requirement of the national mandatory standard GB38508-2020 'limit of content of volatile organic compounds of cleaning agents' is met.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
